Abstract

Instilling the values of akhlaq in modern times is something that should find more concern, considering that lately the decline of akhlaq is often intertwined, not only in people of age but also in young people let alone until childhood. This can be seen from the complaints of some parents, residents and people who are located in the school area, that the deterioration of akhlaq also took place in the students. Materially, the lessons of Islamic History are stories of the past, but the scope is not as narrow as what is in the discourse. It is a culture that is widely reflected in art, literature, religion and even morals. In the study of Islamic Cultural History often a teacher does not connect between learning materials with the purpose of learning. A teacher enters the classroom and then immediately tells or dictates the story of history. Teachers forget that a learning activity conducted in the classroom is a learning that has a clear purpose. The purpose of a teacher in carrying out learning is not only to improve the hours of the subjects, but to invite students to develop the intelligence that the learners have. On the other hand, learning will be formed in students a positive change, be it from the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes or behaviors that arise after the learning process. In connection with this problem, the author wants to examine "The Role of Teachers in Instilling The Values of Akhlaq Mapel History of Islamic Culture in Grade Vii Students of SMPIT At-Taubah Karawang."

Abstract

Pademi covid-19 telah mengganggu proses pembelajaran secara konvensional. Maka diperlukan solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Pembelajaran secara daring adalah salah satu alternatif yang dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Sekolah Dasar Islam Majlis Tafsir Al-Qur’an Karawang sebagai upaya menekan penyebaran covid-19 di Sekolah Dasar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas 6. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara melalui zoom cloud meeting. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Siswa telah memiliki fasilitas-fasilitas dasar yang dibutuhkan untuk mengikuti pembelajaran daring; (2) pembelajaran daring memiliki fleksibilitas dalam pelaksanaannya dan mampu mendorong munculnya kemandirian belajar dan motivasi untuk lebih aktif dalam belajar; dan pembelajaran jarak jauh mendorong munculnya perilaku social distancing dan meminimalisir munculnya keramaian siswa sehingga dianggap dapat mengurangi potensi penyebaran Covid-19 di lingkungan sekolah dasar. Lemahnya pengawasan terhadap siswa, kurang kuatnya sinyal di daerah pelosok, dan mahalnya biaya kuota adalah tantangan tersendiri dalam pembelajaran daring. Meningkatkan kemandirian belajar, minat dan motivasi, keberanian mengemukakan gagasan dan pertanyaan adalah keutungan lain dari pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan cakupan pelayanan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat dengan menerapkan beberapa asas seperti profesional, efektif, efisien dan akuntabel oleh aparatur pemerintah terkait. Salah satu tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di Indonesia adalah praktik korupsi oleh pejabat dan aparatur negara. Tujuan dalam artikel ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi urgensi pendidikan anti korupsidalam pelayanan publik di Indonesia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuaitatif dengan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pendidikan anti korupsi adalah reformasi bidang pelayanan publik dimana kualitas sumber daya manusia yang harus dibina dan dikembangkan agar menjadi aparatur pemerintah yang profesional dan bertanggung jawab.Dalam lingkup pemerintahan dan aparatur pemerintah, pendidikan anti korupsi kemudian mengarah pada penciptaan good governance.

Abstract

Nikah sirri merupakan fenomena yang sering kali terjadi di tengah-tengah masyarakat, hal ini terjadi dari beberapa faktor seperti tidak adanya biaya untuk melangsungkan pernikahan secara resmi, belum cukup umur dan kendala lainnya yang membuat fenomena ini menarik untuk dikaji dan diteliti lebih mendalam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskripftif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara serta dokumentasi. Subjek penelitiannya dengan beberapa masyarakat di Karawang Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan masyarakat di Karawang Timur melakukan pernikahan siri karena ketatnya izin poligami, faktor usia, ada ikatan dinas/kerja/sekolah, ada pihak lain bahkan keluarga yang tidak menyetujui pernikahan tersebut, ada masalah keturunan sehingga istri tidak dapat dikarunia anak, dan dalam hal waris anak yang terlahir dari hasil pernikahan siri maupun seorang istri yang dinikahkan secara siri bakal sulit untuk meminta haknya, karena tidak memiliki bukti yang menunjukkan tentang adanya hubungan hukum antara anak tersebut dengan ayah sirinya atau juga istri dengan suaminya. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian tersebut, maka direkomendasikan kepada masyarakat, agar keturunan dapat tercatat di hadapan hukum pemerintah, maka sebaiknya Nikah siri itu sebaiknya dilakukan jika mendesak saja, dan secepatnya di naikkan pada KUA, sehingga kedudukan anak dari hasil pernikahan tersebut dapat dicatat oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

At this time the islamic character seemed to decrease with the times. Technological development and the lack of the role of parents in controlling and supervising children due to career busyness are the main things that can affect a child's character. Other factors that influence it are the lack of Islamic character education within the scope of the family itself. A superior Islamic school is expected to be able to guide children to have an Islamic character. In conducting this research, researchers used the method of studying literature, observation and interviews with a qualitative-descriptive approach. This study aims to determine the role of the principal in fostering Islamic character in grade 6 students. Based on research conducted, the headmaster of al-hikmah Elementary School in Indonesia applied the habituation method to fostering the Islamic character of a student. In addition, Islamic values are always attached to every learning activity in school.

Abstract

The era of globalization full of challenges is an unavoidable period. For this reason, learning institutions, especially Islamic learning, must be able to respond to these challenges by changing the direction and orientation of learning. In experiencing the growth of the globalization era and the competitiveness of this highly environmental nation, both in terms of science and technology, it is necessary to have a defense in order to preserve the existing culture through efficient and effective learning management. SMPIT Gameel Akhlaq Bekasi has core subjects of Cultural Arts. There, students are introduced to cultural diversity because students come from different regions. On the subject of Cultural Arts, there is cultural content from many regions, this creates a sense of love for the cultural diversity of the Indonesian nation. SMPIT Gameel Akhlak Bekasi also emphasizes personality learning through tahfizh and memorizing the Qur'an, this also affects the personality of the students who want to be able to affect the management of learning and culture in schools that cannot be separated from Islamic values ​​in culture and local wisdom of citizens. so that it can print the next generation of quality and can bring Indonesia into a developed country.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the leadership of school principals in improving human resource management in order to create quality Islamic educational institutions. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach by collecting books, journals, and previous research results that support the research theme, including literature on leadership which includes the leadership role of school principals, improvement of human resources, and quality Islamic educational institutions. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership is the most important and urgent variable in improving quality human resources and Islamic educational institutions. Improving the quality of good human resources needs to be carried out by school principals through existing activities in management functions, namely by carrying out planning, organizing, directing, and supervising all tasks that have been given to all school members, so that it will produce a good performance. and will be able to realize the vision, mission, and goals of Islamic educational institutions. For this reason, for the sake of improving its quality, Islamic educational institutions need to be assisted, defended and fought for in order to be able to live and develop in this modern era.

Abstract

The school headmaster is one of the factors in encouraging the school to reach its vision, mission, aim and target through the planned and implemented program. The aim of the study is to know the leadership of the headmaster of the school in improving the teachers’ commitment, work motivation, and obstacles experienced by the school headmaster in improving the teachers’ performance at MTs Al-I'anah. The study used the descriptive method. The data collection techniques were observations, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this research were the headmaster of the school and the teachers of MTs Al-I'anah. The data analysis of this qualitative analysis shows that: (1) The leadership of the headmaster of the school in improving working commitment is thought empowerment of the training teacher in accordance with their field, class supervision evaluation and interns routinely madrasah supervision, and give reward to outstanding teacher; (2) The school headmaster leadership in improving work motivation is through professionalism work guiding, evaluate the teacher learning program, consensus agreement in time discipline, and intern cooperation with thie school headmaster and guiding teachers; (3) The headmaster leadership in improving discipline is through applying self discipline of school headmaster in order to be followed by teachers as the discipline being conducted by the school headmaster in fully self awareness without any coercion; (4) The obstacles faced by the school headmaster in improving the teacher performance is because of time restriction in carrying out classroom supervision, guiding professional teachers and evaluate the teachers teaching-learning process, as well as restricted fund allocation in MTs Al-I'anah.

Abstract

Education is a sector that needs to be developed in order to creat a developed country. The era of the industial revolution 4.0 is a challenge for the education sector, especially education in Indonesia. There are so many students in Indonesia who are influenced by foreign cultures due to the rapid development of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era, this requires the cultivation of religious values to balance the development of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution Era. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method that aims to describe the data in the form of facts that occur in the field, whit interview data collection techniques. Based on the results of interviews with Curriculum teachers, it was found that the startegy for impelementing religious values in the Industrial Revoulusion 4.0 Era carried out at SMP N 1 Sukakarya was to instill habituation in religious activities, apply regulations to teachers so that as an ecample for students, and the involvement of ROHIS extracurricular activities in the context of implementing religious values at SMP N 1 Sukakarya.

Abstract

Aspek yang terpenting dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan ialah kurikulum yang digunakan dalam lembaga pendidikan tersebut. kurikulum menjadi masalah yang mengambil banyak perhatian terutama dalam dunia pesantren. Dalam bukunya yang berjudul “Manajemen Kurikulum” Rusman menyatakan bahwa manajemen kurikulum merupakan suatu sistem pengelolaan kurikulum yang kooperatif, sistemik, dan sistematik dalam rangka mewujudkan ketercapaian tujuan kurikulum.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen kurikulum di pesantren nihayatul amal Rawamerta, selain itu penelitian juga difokuskan pada aspek manajemen kurikulum pendidikan seperti perencanaan sampai evaluasi.Sedangkan pendekatan penelitian ini didasarkan pada pendekatan kualitatif, karena data yang diperoleh banyak disajikan dalam bentuk verbal. Dalam penelitian ini, ada tiga teknik yang digunakan dalam menggali data yang dibutuhkan, yaitu observasi langsung ke pesantren nihayatul amal untuk mengamati langsung, wawancara terhadap sekretaris pesantren guna mendapat peryataan langsung dari lapangan, dan juga dilakukan penggalian data melalui dokumentasi terkait kurikulum yang dilaksanakan. Hasil kajian yang dipaparkan diatas maka secara umum dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan bahwa perencanaan manajemen kurikulum yang ada di Pesantren Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta yang dilakukan dengan analisa, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dalam hal ini sudah menunjukan upaya yang baik selama perencanaan nya dan aktualisasi nya walaupun masih ada beberapa kelemahan yang harus diperbaiki agar berjalan optimal.
