Abstract

This study examines trade and the movement of production factors between regions in Payakumbuh City and their impact on local economic growth. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review method by examining data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and various relevant scientific literature. The findings show that the wholesale and retail trade sectors play an important role in supporting the economy of Payakumbuh City. In 2024, this sector contributed 24.08 percent of the total Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), which was recorded at Rp 9.42 billion. As a city with a strategic position as a center for the transfer of goods in the eastern region of West Sumatra, Payakumbuh acts as a center for distribution and economic activities that cross various regions. In comparison with the city of Bukittinggi, it can be seen that the two cities have complementary economic patterns, with Payakumbuh excelling in agriculture (Rp 524.23 million) and construction (Rp 1.29 billion), while Bukittinggi is more dominant in trade, contributing 34.51% of the GRDP, and tourism. Trade relations between the two cities are established through three main routes, namely Payakumbuh, Piladang, Bukittinggi, Payakumbuh, Lintau, Bukittinggi, and Payakumbuh, Pasaman, Bukittinggi, which form an integrated economic system. The impact of interregional trade includes economic aspects such as an increase in GRDP and economic sector diversity, social aspects such as social integration and population mobility, and infrastructure aspects such as improvements in road quality and facilities supporting trade activities.   Keywords: Interregional Trade, Transfer Of Production Factors, GRDP, Payakumbuh, Bukittinggi, Regional Economic Growth   Abstrak Penelitian ini menelaah tentang perdagangan dan perpindahan faktor produksi antar daerah di Kota Payakumbuh serta dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode studi pustaka dengan meninjau data yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) serta berbagai literatur ilmiah relevan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian Kota Payakumbuh. Pada tahun 2024, sektor ini menyumbang 24,08 persen dari total Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), yang tercatat sebesar Rp 9,42 miliar. Sebagai kota yang memiliki posisi strategis sebagai pusat peralihan barang di wilayah timur Sumatera Barat, Payakumbuh berperan sebagai pusat distribusi serta aktivitas ekonomi yang melintasi berbagai daerah. Dalam perbandingan dengan Kota Bukittinggi, terlihat bahwa kedua kota memiliki pola ekonomi yang saling melengkapi, di mana Payakumbuh unggul di bidang pertanian sebesar Rp.524,23 juta dan konstruksi sebesar Rp.1,29 miliar, sedangkan Bukittinggi lebih dominan dalam bidang perdagangan dengan kontribusi 34,51% dari PDRB dan pariwisata. Hubungan perdagangan antara kedua kota terjalin melalui tiga jalur utama, yaitu Payakumbuh, Piladang, Bukittinggi, Payakumbuh, Lintau, Bukittinggi, dan Payakumbuh, Pasaman, Bukittinggi, yang membentuk suatu sistem ekonomi yang terintegrasi. Dampak dari perdagangan antar daerah ini mencakup aspek ekonomi seperti peningkatan PDRB serta keragaman sektor ekonomi, aspek sosial seperti integrasi sosial dan mobilitas penduduk, serta aspek infrastruktur seperti peningkatan kualitas jalan raya dan fasilitas pendukung aktivitas perdagangan.   Kata kunci: Perdagangan Antar Daerah, Perpindahan Faktor Produksi, PDRB, Payakumbuh, Bukittinggi, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Daerah

Abstract

Manufacturing companies play an important role in Indonesia’s economy, and this sector comprises several subsectors, one of which is the miscellaneous industry sector. The miscellaneous industry sector is important because it is considered a national priority industry with development potential and also attracts investors. However, during the 2020–2024 period, the sector experienced a decline in asset growth alongside a decrease in market valuation. These conditions motivated this study, which aims to examine the effect of company growth and capital structure on company value, both partially and simultaneously, in manufacturing companies in the miscellaneous industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2024 period. This study uses a causal associative quantitative approach with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) method, and samples are determined using the Purposive Sampling technique on companies that meet the research criteria. The research results indicate that asset growth (TAG) and capital structure (DER) do not have a significant effect on firm value (PBV), both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0,009 shows that only 0,9% of the variation in firm value can be explained by these two variables, while 90,1% is influenced by other factors outside the study, such as profitability, company size, and capital market conditions. Thus, the findings indicate that asset growth and capital structure are not dominant determinants of firm value within the diversified industrial sector on the IDX during the 2020–2024 period. These results reinforce the view that other fundamental factors, such as operational efficiency, profitability, and investor confidence, play a greater role in shaping a company's market value.

Abstract

This activity is designed to provide support to high school students in overcoming challenges related to self-identity in this day and age. The goal is to give them a deeper insight into themselves, which includes their strengths, weaknesses, and potentials, so that they are able to make wiser decisions regarding their future education and career. The method applied was an interactive socialization with the theme “Learning About Yourself” held at SMA Negeri 2 Playen, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. This activity involved 50 students who were divided into three groups: class X, XI, and XII. Each group received materials as well as practical sessions focusing on self-reflection and potential mapping techniques. The results of this activity showed that all participants from the three groups-grade X, XI, and XII-showed a marked improvement in their self-understanding. Around 50 students actively participated in the discussion and practice sessions. The main benefit gained was increased self-awareness, which helped students to more clearly recognize their interests and talents. This is very helpful in determining the most suitable educational path and career choice for them. In conclusion, this activity proved that intervention through planned socialization is effective in increasing students' self-awareness. The active involvement of the students in this activity is crucial to help them build a solid foundation for their future. Abstract

Proses seleksi desa wisata untuk menerima bantuan Dukungan Pengembangan Usaha Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (DPUP) dalam program Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI) memiliki kompleksitas tinggi dalam menentukan desa yang tepat sasaran. Dari 6.016 desa wisata yang mendaftar pada tahun 2024, hanya 24 desa yang terpilih untuk menerima bantuan. Proses penilaian tersebut melibatkan pengelolaan data dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) dalam SPK yang didukung dengan RESTful API guna meminimalkan bias dan meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 alternatif desa wisata di Kabupaten Sleman dengan 5 kriteria penilaian yaitu Kelembagaan & SDM, Amenitas, Digital, Daya Tarik, dan Resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan peringkat secara konsisten yang telah diverifikasi melalui pengujian black box dan perbandingan perhitungan manual. Berdasarkan evaluasi tersebut, Desa Wisata Tegal Loegood menduduki peringkat pertama dengan nilai 0,913 sebagai desa yang paling layak menerima bantuan. Sistem ini diharapkan membantu pemerintah dalam membuat keputusan efisien terkait pemberian bantuan pengembangan desa wisata.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the diversity of mangrove species in the Baros Beach mangrove ecosystem, Bantul, Yogyakarta, using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index method. Observations were conducted at five stations using line transect sampling, species identification, and measurements of environmental parameters such as temperature, salinity, pH, and light intensity. Five mangrove species were identified: Rhizophora mucronata, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Avicennia marina, Nypa fruticans, and Sonneratia sp. The Shannon-Wiener index value (H') was 1.288, indicating a moderate level of species diversity. This diversity is influenced by substrate variation—including muddy, sandy, and mixed types—and local environmental conditions across observation points. Muddy substrates rich in organic matter generally support higher mangrove density. These findings suggest that the Baros Beach ecosystem is relatively stable but still requires ongoing conservation efforts to sustain its biodiversity and prevent environmental degradation. Engaging the local community in protection and routine monitoring is essential for ensuring effective long-term mangrove ecosystem management.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the public sector has evolved from just an administrative tool to a strategic instrument in adaptive and data-based regional financial management. However, the study of digital transformation in the preparation of the Regional Apparatus Work Unit Work Plan and Budget (RKA-SKPD) still tends to be partial and focuses on technical aspects, without integrating the overall strategic, organizational, and resource readiness dimensions. This research aims to fill this gap through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study analyzes the scientific literature for the period 2018–2026 related to digital transformation, e-budgeting, and regional financial information systems. The results show that digital transformation not only improves efficiency, transparency, and accountability, but also drives a paradigm shift in the budgeting process, from an administrative approach to a data-based and analytics-based approach. In addition, the successful implementation of digital transformation is greatly influenced by the synergy between technology, human resource capacity, and strong institutional commitment. The findings of this study show that most previous studies have not examined the relationship between these three aspects integratively in the context of the preparation of RKA-SKPD. Therefore, this research offers a contribution in the form of a conceptual framework that places digital transformation as an ecosystem that connects technology, governance, and organizational culture. The implications of this research are expected to be a strategic basis for local governments in optimizing budgeting digitalization in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kebijakan hukum Pemerintah Kabupaten Bone dalam promosi pariwisata Goa Mampu berdasarkan perspektif siyasah syar’iyyah. Goa Mampu merupakan destinasi wisata religi dan adat yang belum berkembang secara optimal akibat strategi promosi yang masih terbatas dan tidak berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji bentuk pengaturan hukum, strategi promosi, serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip kemaslahatan, keadilan, dan amanah dalam Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris dan normatif syar’i. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bone, pengelola Goa Mampu, masyarakat sekitar, dan akademisi bidang syariah, serta didukung oleh analisis dokumen Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bone Nomor 2 Tahun 2023 tentang Rencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah telah memiliki dasar hukum dalam pengembangan dan promosi Goa Mampu. Namun, pelaksanaan promosi masih bersifat musiman, belum didukung oleh anggaran, sarana, dan pembaruan media digital yang memadai. Akibatnya, peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan belum signifikan dan masih bergantung pada momen adat atau ziarah tertentu. Dalam perspektif siyasah syar’iyyah, kebijakan tersebut telah mengarah pada kemaslahatan dan pelestarian nilai budaya serta religi, tetapi masih perlu penguatan prinsip amanah dan keadilan agar manfaat pariwisata dapat dirasakan secara merata oleh masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Knowledge is paramount in implementing an action because actions based on knowledge are, in principle, better. Husbands who have good knowledge about stunting prevention can provide support to mothers by meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Husband's support is the most important element in helping individuals solve problems. With support, self-confidence will increase and motivation to face problems will increase. Family support, especially husbands, is very dominant in providing moral and physical assistance during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between husbands' knowledge levels and support for pregnant women in stunting prevention efforts. This type of research is quantitative with an analytical design and a cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted at the Blora Community Health Center UPTD with a population of 92 husbands of pregnant women who underwent examinations in August 2024. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling and obtained a sample of 75 people. The research instrument used a knowledge and support questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using the Fisher's Exact test with a 5% error rate. The results showed a relationship between husbands' knowledge and support for pregnant women in stunting prevention efforts with a p-value of 0.002 <0.05. There is a need to increase counseling for pregnant women about preventing stunting by involving the family, especially the husband.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the mobility and sensor systems of a strawberry-picking robot so that it can move stably in garden areas and harvest fruit without causing damage. The research method includes the design of the mechanical structure, assembly of an electronic system based on Raspberry Pi and Arduino Uno, and programming of strawberry ripeness detection using the You Only Look Once (YOLOv8) algorithm. The robot is designed with four wheels driven by DC motors, a manipulator equipped with a servo motor, and a distance sensor to maintain the position of the end-effector relative to the fruit. The test results show that the YOLOv8-based detection system is capable of identifying the ripeness level of strawberries with consistent accuracy. The manipulator can adjust its position relative to the fruit and perform automatic picking. The mobility system demonstrates stable movement on uneven terrain and is able to stop automatically when a ripe fruit is detected. The integration between the detection system, manipulator control, and drive system operates in real time, although there is still a slight delay due to the processing limitations of the Raspberry Pi 5. It can be concluded that the development of mobility and sensor systems in the strawberry-picking robot can improve the effectiveness of automated harvesting, minimize fruit damage, and support efficiency in agricultural production.

Abstract

This study examines the role of zakat-based Islamic philanthropy in supporting maternal health equity among urban poor women in Banjarmasin within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Maternal health disparities indicate that vulnerable women continue to face barriers in accessing reproductive health services. Using a descriptive qualitative case study, this research was conducted at the Klinik Pratama Gratis Dhuafa Tersenyum managed by the Dhuafa Tersenyum Foundation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds were utilised to provide free antenatal care, modern contraceptive services, and safe childbirth assistance. This zakat-based model complements government maternal health policies by reducing financial barriers, strengthening continuity of care, and supporting the achievement of SDG targets 3.1 and 3.7. The study highlights Islamic philanthropy as a socio-religious mechanism for equitable and sustainable maternal health policy implementation.
