Abstract

Peningkatan prosedur pembelajaran sangat penting seiring berkembangnya teknologi pendidikan untuk membantu murid menginterpretasi materi pelajaran secara lebih menyeluruh. Perihal tersebut mendorong anak-anak untuk berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas pembelajaran mental dan fisik, yang membantu mereka mengembangkan ide tentang lingkungan mereka, mempertahankan motivasi, dan menjadi lebih terlibat dalam upaya akademis mereka yang semuanya pada akhirnya menaikkan kinerja akademis mereka di kelas. Perihal tersebut dilandaskan masalah di salah satu sekolah dasar Wolowio, di mana sumber belajar yang dipergunakan ialah buku teks yang disediakan perpustakaan, yang membuat anak-anak sulit menginterpretasi pelajaran yang diajarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk membuat buku elektronik untuk murid sekolah dasar kelas V yang berfokus pada sistem pencernaan manusia. Research and development (R&D) ialah jenis penelitian yang gunakan. Alat penilaian kuesioner dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sepuluh murid sekolah dasar di kelas lima menjadi subjek penyelidikan. Dengan rata-rata persentase total balasanmuridsejumlah 95% dan persentase tanggapan instruktur mencapai 89,3%, yang keduanya tergolong sangat memungkinkan, hasil menunjukkan bahwasanya materi pembelajaran digital dalam bentuk e-book yang dihasilkantergolong sangat praktis. Perihal tersebut menggambarkan betapa cocoknya konten e-book digital yang dibuat Canva untuk topic Sistem Pencernaan Manusia untuk di pergunakan sebagai sumber pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan budidaya tanaman holtikultura di SDK Boba, Desa Boba. kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan budidaya tanaman holtikultura dan memberikan pemahaman dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk membudiyakan tanaman holtikultura. Program tersebut dilatar belakangi oleh rencana program kampus mengajar  untuk mengembangkan desa Boba. Keberadaan  tanaman holtikultura dapat menambah daya Tarik dan nilai estetika lingkungan, sehingga dapat menarik minat siswa, dan guru. Hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan kesajahteraan masyarakat dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Kegiatan pengabdian telah dilaksanakan dari bulan Agustus- Desember 2023 di Desa Boba. Tahap metode pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi rutin memastikan keberhasilan implementasi dan menciptakan dasar untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, transformasi lahan mini di SDK Boba bukan hanya menciptakan kebun produktif, tetapi juga menjadi model inspiratif bagi sekolah-sekolah sekitarnya dalam mempromosikan keberlanjutan dan ekosistem seimbang melalui pendekatan praktis dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SDK Boba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SDK Boba khususnya pada materi IPA. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan melalui empat tahap yaitu; tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru wali kelas VI dan siswa kelas VI yang berjumlah 9 orang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes kemampuan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan presentase nilai rata-rata kemampuan siswa dan ketuntasan klasikal siswa sebesar 44,4% dari 77,1% dari kriteria baik menjadi 88,8% dari 84,7% kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SDK Boba.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran IPA sering terjadi di dunia pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Salah satu contoh yang ditemukan di UPTD SDI Mengeruda, khususnya di kelas V, adalah minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menjadi kendala utama dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPA, dengan menerapkan pendekatan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, masukan dari ahli, serta penilaian guru dan respons siswa terhadap media Pop Up Book. Sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari validasi ahli dan angket respons guru serta siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Pop Up Book efektif sebagai media penghubung antara pendidik dan peserta didik dalam penyampaian materi pembelajaran. Evaluasi terhadap media Pop Up Book dengan materi Sistem Tata Surya menunjukkan bahwa ahli materi memberikan skor 97% (sangat layak), ahli desain memberikan skor 95% (sangat layak), dan ahli bahasa memberikan skor 92,5% (sangat layak). Guru memberikan tanggapan positif dengan skor 89,3% (sangat layak), sementara tanggapan siswa memperoleh skor 95% (sangat layak). Media ini dianggap praktis dan valid untuk digunakan karena dapat berperan sebagai sumber belajar yang mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa. Dengan demikian, Pop Up Book dinilai sangat sesuai untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

The school literacy movement program is defined as the ability to access, understand, and utilize something intelligently through various activities, such as writing, reading, and listening. The class reading corner also functions as a mini library to help students become more familiar with and familiar with reading books. Based on the results of observations on the implementation of PLP II, it was found that students were less interested in reading, the AKM results showed a literacy Pre-Test score of 42%. The use of class reading corners to increase students' interest in reading is the purpose of this study. This study uses descriptive qualitative research using test, observation, and interview methods. Data collection techniques through tests. The instruments are in the form of AKM Pre-Test and Post-Test sheets. The subjects of this research are 19 students consisting of 9 female students and 10 male students in class V SDK Majamere. The results of the AKM Post-Test activities increased by 47%, with the results of the Post Test literacy percentage of 89%, this is due to the creation of a class reading corner. Based on the researcher's findings, the positive impact of the literacy movement on the reading interest of fifth grade students increased after the creation of a class reading corner.

Abstract

Students at St. Agustinus Langa who lack scientific literacy are less able to react to local natural events and technological advancements. The purpose of this study is to describe the procedures used to create science learning resources based on scientific literacy using series and parallel series materials. This study employs the five stages of the ADDIE model—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—as a research and development (R&D) methodology. SMP St. Augustine Langa's class VIII students served as the research subjects. The study's findings demonstrate that using scientific literacy-based science learning materials in series and parallel series content can improve students' comprehension of the subject matter. The educational materials according to the research findings, St. Mary's Middle School students' understanding of scientific literacy has increased as a result of the creation of science learning materials based on scientific literacy in series and parallel circuit content. Langa, Augustine. Therefore, science learning media based on scientific literacy is appropriate for use in the science learning process. The implications of learning media created in the teaching and learning process include helping teachers explain learning material, improving the quality of the teaching and learning process in this case, and creating a pleasant learning atmosphere with the teaching and learning.

Abstract

The lack of learning media that enables students to learn makes it challenging to understand the learning material. This research aims to describe the design process of solar system multimedia products and determine the validation results of solar system multimedia products according to the results of expert reviews and individual trials. This development research uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) method. Data collection uses a questionnaire method. The research results show that the learning media developed has a very feasible category, with the results of student responses being very feasible with an overall average percentage of 95% and the results of teacher responses getting a percentage of 89.3% with a very feasible category. This demonstrates how well-suited the learning resources created for the solar system are for use as classroom instruction. According to the research, learning materials could be a solution for creating science learning materials that improve and ease students' comprehension, particularly regarding solar system content.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of out-of-class learning methods on improving students' understanding of science in SDK Majamere. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR), with the research method used being the Kemis and McTaggart model, which consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The approach used is quantitative and qualitative. The subjects in this study were 18 students of class V SDK Majamere. The research instruments used were observation sheets and learning outcome tests. This study showed a significant increase in students' understanding of science. The results of the percentage of student learning completeness increased from 33.3% in cycle I to 77.7% in cycle II. The results of observations of questioning activities increased from 27.7% in cycle I to 72.2% in cycle II. Answering activities increased from 16.6% in cycle I to 88.8% in cycle II. The activity of noting important material increased from 22.2% in cycle I to 55.5% in cycle II. Based on the results of this classroom action research, the impact of out-of-class learning methods can improve the understanding of science in grade V students at SDK Majamere.

Abstract

The lack of innovation from teachers in creating learning materials in the 5.0 era significantly impacts overall learning standards. Student Worksheets (LKPD) are essential learning materials for students, especially those focusing on practicum. The use of practicum-based LKPD is still lacking at UPTD SDI Tarawaja. This research aims to create a simple Student Worksheet (LKPD) using a practical approach, especially for Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by applying the 3D development model (Define, Design, and Develop). The research was carried out at UPTD SDI Tarawaja, Soa District, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province involving 5 grade IV students and 1 teacher. Data analysis was carried out on a limited basis by material experts, design experts, and language experts, all science teachers. The data includes quantitative data from validation results by experts, responses from students and teachers via questionnaires, and qualitative data obtained through suggestions and input from assessors. The percentage of validation by material experts reached 90%, design experts reached 87%, and language experts reached 82%. Responses from teachers via questionnaire reached 90.7%, while responses from students reached 88%. The findings from the research show that the LKPD that has been developed has a high level of validity and is very suitable for use in science and science learning in fourth-grade elementary school.

Abstract

This study is based on the existence of problems at SDI Rawe related to the psychomotor skills of students who are still low and have not been well developed, so students have not been active in the implementation of learning, especially IPAS subjects. This study aims to measure the psychomotor skills of students in IPAS learning through project-based learning. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), with a research design of the Kemmis and Mac Taggart model carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle has 4 stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 25 fifth-grade students of SDI Rawe. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. Data collection instruments used observation sheets and psychomotor skills test sheets. The results of the project implementation in cycle I and cycle II have increased by 32%, as seen from the percentage of student activeness of 48%, which has increased by 80%. Thus it can be concluded that project-based learning can improve the psychomotor skills of students at SDI Rawe class V in IPAS subjects.
