Abstract

Job satisfaction of employees is one of the successes for a person who leads an organization. A leader is appointed based on the results of his hard work during his previous work, of course as a leader is appointed because of his work that is considered good and trusted from the organization. Employee job satisfaction can be seen from the leader's treatment of them. The purpose of the study is to analyze whether the situational leadership style affects the job satisfaction of employees in carrying out their duties. By using the literature review study method, data obtained from books and several previous studies. Situational leadership affects job satisfaction. Most employees are more likely to like the situational leadership style because it can make it easier for employees to make work plans for the organization and control employees to prevent unwanted things. Therefore, good leadership in environmental adjustment often leads to job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several crucial roles in achieving effective team performance. In understanding team leadership, a strong theoretical and conceptual framework is needed. Team leadership also influences team performance motivation. Effective leaders can influence team motivation through effective communication, providing positive feedback, providing rewards and recognition, and creating a supportive work environment. The key factors that influence great team performance also need attention. factors such as team trust, collaboration, effective communication and leader support are major factors that contribute to great team performance. This study uses the literature study method and aims to determine the role of leadership in organizations. In conclusion, team leadership plays an important role in achieving effective team performance in organizations. By understanding a strong theoretical and conceptual framework, leaders can develop the practical and strategic insights needed to lead teams effectively. Effective leaders influence team performance motivation, manage conflict, build teamwork, and create a supportive work environment. The importance of effective team performance is also underpinned by the key factors that influence great team performance. In practice, leaders must be able to apply these insights practically to achieve the desired results.

Abstract

This article examines servant leadership as a promising approach to addressing challenges in the ever-evolving era of business and organizations. Servant leadership places the interests of and service to subordinates as top priority with the aim of helping them achieve their full potential. In this article, we explore the results and discussion of literature studies on servant leadership, including its influence on organizational performance, creating a harmonious work environment, and building subordinate loyalty. We also identify challenges in practicing servant leadership and provide recommendations for addressing these challenges. This article aims to provide a comprehensive and detailed insight into the importance and benefits of servant leadership in this dynamic era.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing conditions of technological development. Technology has become an important factor in various aspects of human life, one of which is in the world of business and organizations. The development of technological tools can facilitate collaboration between teams to be more efficient, thus impacting the formation of an organization's culture and relationships between employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the technological revolution on organizational cultural conditions and the formation of social dynamics between employees in the work environment. Research conducted using the type of writing literature studies or literature review studies that focus on comparing data from several journals or sources through a series of analysis and summarization activities. The research method applied is a qualitative method by containing sources from several previous research journals and e-books published on digital platforms. The results show that the influence of the technological revolution in the formation of organizational culture and interaction between employees can realize team collaboration efficiently and create correlations in a wider scope. However, dependence on technology can lead to social isolation and unnecessary conflict. There needs to be an understanding for every individual and company about the advantages and disadvantages that can result from access to technology. In addition, strategies need to be created to achieve harmony in an increasingly productive work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereview dan berupaya menginformasikan mengenai konsep strategi word of mouth marketing dalam peningkatan pengembangan bisnis. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan studi literatur atau library research. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa word of Mouth memicu reaksi berantai sehingga mencapai ke semua orang secara cepat. Pengguna media sosial lebih aktif dalam menanggapi kebutuhan masyarakat daripada mereka yang hanya menggunakan media konvensional, menjadikan media sosial sebagai alternatif yang layak untuk beberapa bentuk komunikasi tradisional di era digital saat ini. Adanya sosial media berpengaruh positif dan negatif bagi keberlangsungan suatu usaha tergantung bagaimana pelaku usaha memenuhi harapan konsumen agar konsumen merasa puas sehingga berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai suatu usaha. Oleh karena itu, pelaku usaha harus memberikan kualitas yang maksimal sehingga memenuhi ekspetasi konsumen karena konsumen yang merasa puas dapat menarik konsumen lain untuk membeli juga.

Abstract

Era digital telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan tanpa terkucuali dalam ekonomi bidang keuangan. E-wallet salah satu inovasi fintech telah menjadi alternatif transaksi digital populer di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami perkembangan dan peran penting e-wallet dalam transformasi transaksi digital di Indonesia. Literatur review ini mengkaji berbagai penelitian terkait penggunaan e-wallet, termasuk faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaannya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa e-wallet telah membawa perubahan signidikan dalam perilaku masyarakat terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan transaksi digital. Faktor-faktor seperti kemudahan, kepercayaan, pengetahuan konsumen, dan promosi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan penggunaan e-wallet.peningkatan penggunaan e-wallet di Indoneisa menunjukkan upaya Bank Indonesia dalam mendorong penggunaan transaksi nontunai dan visi menuju ekonmi digital yang lebih inklusif dan efisien. Di masa mendatang, e-wallet diprediksi akan terus berkembang dan berperan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia.

In the current era of digitalization and globalization, information and communication technology has become an integral part of human life. The rapidly growing use of technology has also influenced almost all aspects of life, including the world of work. Technology has made work easier, increased productivity, and opened up new opportunities for companies to develop faster. Information and communication technology has now become an important factor in changing the way companies operate. Companies that are successful in facing technological changes and can utilize them effectively will have a competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, Human Resource Management (HRM) has experienced many changes since the start of the digital era. This means they need a comfortable vehicle, friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy their trip. Abstract

Career management is a crucial process for both individuals and organizations. For individuals, it facilitates the achievement of career goals and enhances job satisfaction. For organizations, it aids in attracting, developing, and retaining qualified employees. This study delves into the factors influencing career management, encompassing individual factors (abilities, skills, interests, values, and personality), organizational factors (organizational culture, structure, career opportunities, and career policies), and environmental factors (economic, socio-political, and technological conditions). The findings demonstrate that effective career management can enhance employee career effectiveness, job satisfaction, and organizational performance. The study also provides recommendations for improving career management, including regular career assessments, career development program development, information and training, a supportive organizational culture, and encouraging employees to proactively manage their careers. Further research is warranted to develop more effective and contextual career management models and investigate the impact of career management on other factors such as organizational commitment, employee turnover, and gender equality in the workplace.

Abstract

Change management in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era has become increasingly important in dealing with business dynamics that change rapidly and unexpectedly. This era is characterized by continuous change, external uncertainty, the complexity of the business environment, and information ambiguity. This study uses the literature study method to explore the concepts and practices of change management that are effective in dealing with the instability and uncertainty of the business environment. Through the research method of literature study, the authors analyze various sources of literature which include change management theories, as well as case studies of the implementation of change management in various organizations. This article highlights the importance of organizational adaptation to rapid and unpredictable environmental change. The study results emphasize continuous adaptation and innovation as the keys to success in the face of constant change. In addition, this article provides insight into how organizations can turn VUCA challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth and development.
