Abstract

The influence of organizational culture on employee performance at BPJS Employment Bangkalan is discussed in this research. Employees can be inspired, motivated, and guided to achieve company goals effectively through a strong and healthy organizational culture. Based on previous research, this study tries to investigate how company culture influences employee performance. Literature review is the research method used. This approach uses various literature sources, including books, journals, and other scientific publications, to collect data. The findings of this research can be used to find out how much influence organizational culture at BPJS Employment Bangkalan has on employee performance.

Abstract

Work is a component in an organization. Jobs should be designed to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. The duties and responsibilities of each job determine the knowledge, skills, and abilities of those involved in the job to achieve goals, as reflected in the tasks performed. Therefore, job analysis is very important to determine the human resource needs of a company. Job analysis is needed so that managers know whether the performance of their human resources is in accordance with work procedures or not, and to know the elements that inhibit and encourage the progress of a job. Information is needed in order to understand the job and its requirements through job analysis. Apart from that, job analysis also has several specific objectives and also steps in carrying out job analysis. Job analysis has various types, namely traditional job analysis and also results-oriented job analysis and job classification. This journal is descriptive analysis. This method solves problems by describing and analyzing them, then finding solutions to the problem based on the results of the literature review. A variety of methods are used to collect information for job analysis, including interviews, questionnaires, observations, diaries, and a combination of methods. Interviews involve direct conversations with employees or potential candidates, observation means observing an individual performing their job duties, questionnaires require individuals to provide data about their work in their own words, and diaries involve employees describing their daily work activities in a log. . Combining methods is often more accurate in job analysis, because different techniques can provide a comprehensive picture of the job.

Abstract

A good leader will pay attention to the quality of his employees' performance. This statement illustrates the need for leaders to be sensitive in managing Human Resources (HR) wisely. Wise Human Resources (HR) management can be implemented by holding digital-based employee training and development with the hope that employee training and development can increase employee knowledge, development and skills without disrupting working hours. The presence of digital-based training and development will improve the quality of employees so they are able to compete with employees of other companies which will influence the progress of the company's performance and development. This digital-based training and development can be carried out through various digital platforms and applications that are accessible to employees.

Abstract

Budaya perusahaan memainkan peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan membentuk perilaku, memandu pengambilan keputusan, dan mendorong keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya budaya perusahaan dengan fokus pada PT. Pelindo Marine Service (PT PMS), penyedia jasa maritim terkemuka di Indonesia. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan metode kualitatif termasuk wawancara, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana budaya perusahaan PT PMS, yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai seperti dapat dipercaya, kompetensi, harmoni, loyalitas, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan kolaborasi, dengan kata budaya organisasi ini sering disebut dengan AKHLAK. Budaya organisasi AKHLAK dapat mempengaruhi perilaku karyawan, strategi organisasi, dan hasil kinerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa budaya perusahaan PT Pelindo Marine Service yang kuat tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan dan kepuasan pelanggan namun juga mendorong efisiensi operasional dan perluasan pasar. Faktor kunci yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan budaya perusahaan PT Pelindo Marine Service antara lain keterlibatan karyawan secara aktif, komunikasi yang transparan, dan evaluasi yang berkesinambungan. Data kinerja perusahaan dan survei kepuasan pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa budaya perusahaan yang kuat memiliki dampak positif pada pertumbuhan pendapatan, kualitas layanan, dan reputasi perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the leadership and management styles applied at PT. Sejahtera Wahana Gemilang, a subsidiary of PT. Chitose International Tbk. which operates in the field of furniture distribution. Through a literature study, this research examines how transformational leadership style and participative management can influence company performance in meeting customer needs in the office, school, hotel, cafe and restaurant furniture sectors. The research results show that the combination of transformational leadership style and participative management is very important for the company's success in increasing innovation, employee motivation, customer satisfaction and competitiveness in the furniture industry.

Abstract

Infrastructure management is coordination between the physical work environment and employees and work in an organization to maintain the quality of an integrated work environment in operating, maintaining, improving and adapting through the organizational restructuring process so that employee contributions can be realized in achieving company goals. Strength in the form of commitment and individual strength is individual capital that is important for management. This shows that the organizational role of employee contributions as superior employees (store employees) creates intellectual capital through greater effort and hard work which is closely related to the creation of intellectual capital.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous research as the main reference which is then decorated and varied so that it is different from previous research. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtained from 350 Samsung Smartphone employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the hypothesis used in this article, namely the variable Trust in Superiors, does not have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence because the P-Values ​​are not below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.52. This can be caused because not only Trust in Superiors can affect Employee Trust in the company such as Superior Behavior, Work Environment, and other things that can make Employees trust the company. In addition, the Work Engagement variable also cannot moderate the influence of the Trust in Superiors variable on the Employee Trust in the Company variable because the P-Values ​​value is above the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.051. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in the study cannot be proven and accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of path-goal leadership style in improving the performance of school teachers in the mentioned school. The expected outcome of implementing the path-goal leadership style is to enhance the performance of school teachers. The research method employed in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire in the form of an online Google Form distributed via WhatsApp application. The findings of this research indicate that the path-goal leadership style plays a significant role in improving the performance of teachers at SMAN 1 Patianrowo. Among the four path-goal leadership styles (directive, supportive, participative, and achievement-oriented), the supportive leadership style appears to have a considerable impact on enhancing the performance of school teachers. This suggests that an approach focusing more on support, motivation, and cooperation is the primary preference in enhancing the performance of teachers in SMAN 1 Patianrowo.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important asset for a company in supporting the achievement of company goals, so it is a necessity and necessity for companies to improve employee abilities and competencies through training and development. Training is an effort to increase short-term capabilities, while development is an effort to increase employee competency in preparation for developing higher responsibilities in the future. Human resource development is a systematic and targeted approach to equipping employees in an organization with the skills they need to fulfill job requirements, both on the one hand and on the other hand, a series of planned, implemented and planned activities. This research aims to explore the world of creative behavior, focusing on aspects of innovation, imagination, and its influence in everyday life. In addition to having a significant impact in the realm of business and management, creative behavior also has a great influence in everyday life, covering various aspects such as art, education, health, and social relations. The importance of creative behavior in the context of management is emphasized, where innovation and imagination are vital triggers of creativity. Furthermore, this study aims to identify the factors that influence an individual's level of creativity, with the hope of making a tangible contribution to the development of innovative management strategies.
