Abstract

The object of research was done on employees in Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia (BJTI) Port of Surabaya. Methodology this study used a quantitative method, the analysis of multiple regression. The sampling method by using sample random sampling with quantity of respondents as many as 65 respondents who are staff BJTI Port of Surabaya. The study to decide the relationship and impact of the implementation of work from home work productivity of employees BJTI Surabaya. The results of this study prove (1) time has positive and significant on work productivity with value tcount is 13.780 > ttable 1,67065 and significant level has 0,000 < 0,05 ; (2) room (workspace) has positive and significant influence on work productivity with value tcount is 3.215 > ttable 1,67065 and significant level has 0,002 < 0,05 ; (3) role of social has positive and significant influence on work productivity with value tcount is 12.758 > ttable is 1,67065 and significant level has 0,000 < 0,05 ; (4) Together or simultaneously that time, room and role of social has significant effect on work productivity, from the value of Fcount 402.181 > Ftabel 2.76 with significant level 0,000.

Abstract

In the current business environment, knowledge management and organizational learning are one of the important aspects of a company. A company needs to have knowledge management and organizational learning like in the current VUCA era to improve the quality of the company. This research aims to find out how important knowledge management and organizational learning are to a company in the VUCA Era. This research methodology uses qualitative research, with the research method used is the literature study method. The data sources used are the results of various literature reviews such as scientific journals and articles on organizational learning and knowledge management. The results of this research show that knowledge management and organizational learning have an influence on the company, both in improving the company's performance and career and the performance of its employees' career funds.

Abstract

The purpose of ithis literature review is to find and examine various definitions of conflict management based on the broad context of previous research. This research was conducted qualitatively using the literature study method with the help of the Google Scholar and Mendeley databases. The type of data iused in this literature review is a type of secondary data in the form of articles and research journals totaling 29 articles and research journals both nationally and internationally with the journal publication year 2011-2022. The results of this literature review are based on the results of bibliometric data analysis through the context of previous research which shows that there are 5 definitions of conflict management, there are 4 antecedents of conflict management and there are 6 consequences of conflict management, there iare 9 sectors of conflict management

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi tentunya manajer yang memanajemen karyawannya dengan baik, kinerja karyawannya akan berdampak berbeda dengan kinerja karyawan yang dibiarkan begitu saja. Sedangkan kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi perkerjaan dan kualitasnya, yaitu dengan melihat bagaimana tanggung jawab seorang karyawan dalam mengerjakan apa harus ia kerjakan. Jika ditinjau dari tujuan kinerja, adanya sistem manajemen karyawan dapat menyelaraskan harapan kinerja masing-masing individu (karyawan) dengan harapan kinerja organisasi ataupun perusahaan. Hal ini akan mewujudkan dampak yang baik sesuai dengan sistem manajemen kinerja, apalagi jika faktor produktivitas kerja diterapkan dengan efektif. Abstract

This research aims to show how effective performance management strategies are in facing the VUCA era. The data of this research was collected through literature study and data analysis from various materials related to performance management in the VUCA era, such as books, journals, and websites, and then examined descriptively. The findings of this study indicate that performance management strategies are adaptive, data-driven, and innovation-oriented. With a focus on agility, use of data, simplification of processes, clarity of communication, development of a culture of innovation, and continuous evaluation, organizations can manage performance more effectively and remain competitive amidst uncertainty and rapid change.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, performance management has become an essential element in efforts to improve the quality of organizational services. Performance management is a systematic process designed to increase organizational effectiveness through improving individual and team performance. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature study or literature review methods. The goal is to compare the hypothesis with existing theories in the scientific literature. The material used is literature from community service research that has been published in scientific journals at both national and international levels that are relevant to the research topic. This research reveals that performance management has a crucial role in improving service quality in various sectors. Through the implementation of an effective performance management system, significant improvements in employee productivity were found. In particular, this strategy has proven successful in optimizing individual and team performance, as well as improving the quality of services provided to consumers or the public.

Abstract

The VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) era has significantly changed the business landscape, forcing organizations to change their approach to recruitment and selection strategies. In this context, this research explores how organizations can adapt their recruitment and selection practices to address the challenges of the VUCA era. This study presents an in-depth literature review of recruitment and selection strategies relevant to the VUCA era. We highlight a shift from an emphasis on technical skills toward assessing adaptability skills, situational leadership, and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams. In addition, this research considers the use of technology such as data analysis and artificial intelligence in the recruitment and selection process. We illustrate its usefulness in identifying candidates that have the potential to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity. The results show that organizations need to change their recruitment and selection paradigm to be more responsive to the VUCA era. They should focus on identifying candidates who not only have the necessary technical skills but also have strong adaptability, problem-solving and collaboration abilities. Technology can be a valuable tool in assisting this process. In conclusion, recruitment and selection strategies in the VUCA era must follow market development trends and prioritize attributes that are relevant to the challenges faced by the organization. In this way, organizations can build a workforce that is ready to face uncertainty and achieve long-term success.

This study aims to determine the role of motivation, factors, and impact on the performance of banking company employees. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method. In this study, it was used to collect information data through interviews with informants. The results of this study show that motivation has an important role that affects the performance of banking company employees.

Abstract

Leadership is an important factor that determines employee performance and the organization's ability to adapt to environmental changes. The purpose of this study is to understand that ethics and transformational leadership greatly influence how employees work. This research is a research using literature study method or literature review. Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that this research can provide in-depth insight into the Ethics and Transformation of a leader on the performance of employees. It was concluded from this study that the influence of ethics on employee performance has significant results related to ethical leadership and transformational leadership on employee performance to increase employee ability in ethics and employee courage because they get motivation from their leaders.
