Abstract

A bank is a business entity that collects funds from the public, and distributes them to the public in the form of credit with the aim of improving the standard of living of many people. Lately it is increasingly popular with the term healthy bank or unhealthy bank. The health of a bank can be seen from the ability of a bank to carry out banking operations normally and be able to fulfill all obligations properly in accordance with applicable banking regulations. The company's financial performance is closely related to the measurement and appraisal of performance within a company. The purpose of the company's ratio analysis is to know the level of liquidity, know the level of solvency, know the level of profitability, and know the level of stability. The profitability ratio that will be used to assess Bank Rakyat Indonesia's financial performance is classified into several parts, including Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On Equity.

Abstract

: Operational management is a field of management that has a focus in production or services using special tools and techniques to complete the production. Participants can implement knowledge about the way of production process that is the combination of one material with the other so that it becomes a product, the purpose of operational management, benefits, planning, strategy and challenges in the production process within the company. To gain a deeper knowledge of how production processes within the enterprise then it is necessary to understand the operational control of the process of production. Thus, through this seminar, we were conducted in the Aula of the School of Economic Sciences of Ekadharma Indonesia by inviting three sources that were very competent in its field and which were followed by 42 public participants among them consisting of class XII students of the school. In the seminar activities in addition to adding knowledge about the production process can also be discussed together as well as inserted some ice breaking to get some interesting prizes during the event. To see how enthusiastic the participants were, we used some suggestions and criticisms from some of the participants with a review method and a double choice that contained excellent good, good, pretty good, and bad. And it can be concluded that 66.1% of the participants thought that the seminar was very useful.

Abstract

The organization is a system that influences insiders and working groups in the same to reach the objective. Position a leader organization owns a very important role because own task as taker decisions for the continuity of the organization he leads. Study this aim to know the implementation of internal and external environment campus Palapa Nusantara Tarbiyah College of Science, the campus's internal organizational strategy to increase the ability of communication students, and internal campus strategies to increase the performance of academic students. Study This is a study, Analysis of collected data with observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results show that the implementation of internal and external environments in internal campus organizations has strengths in the form of doing SME activities (activity unit students), and writing work scientific, Weaknesses or weaknesses in the form of the difficulty of proposals for applying for funds in activity organization, opportunities in the form of support from party campus, threat or threats in the form of less parental support in organize. Improving strategy ability communication by conducting discussion programs and providing a chance for opinions, and strategies to improve performance academic by running a language UKM program in English and language Arabic, designing graphics, and writing work.

Abstract

Financial management is a field of management related to planning, examining, controlling, managing and storing activities carried out by individuals, organizations or companies. The importance of understanding financial management strategies well is not only for workers who already have income, but also for students who will one day enter the workforce and will have their own income. Community service activities with the theme "Financial Management Strategies for Students" carried out at SMK Bina Patriot located in Bekasi were carried out through a seminar method by presenting speakers from lecturers and students. This activity was attended by class XII participants as many as 45 participants. With this seminar, it is hoped that students can understand the importance of planning, managing, and investing their money wisely so as to avoid financial problems in the future. Based on the results of a survey conducted as feedback on this activity, it can be seen that 64.3% of participants stated that this seminar was very useful

Abstract

This article examines phenomenology as a philosophical approach to exploring Karl Popper's concept of falsification and Jacques Derrida's notion of deconstruction. Karl Popper argues that falsification serves as the primary criterion for distinguishing science from non-science. According to this perspective, a theory can only be considered scientific if it allows for tests that could potentially falsify it. Conversely, Jacques Derrida, through his concept of deconstruction, offers a critical analysis of the structure of language and meaning, emphasizing the inherent ambiguity and uncertainty within texts and discourses. This study employs a qualitative method with a conceptual analysis approach to investigate the relationship and comparison between these two perspectives. The findings indicate that falsification is more applicable to the domain of empirical science, focusing on theoretical testing and validation, whereas deconstruction is better suited for the fields of literary criticism and philosophy, with its emphasis on deconstructing and dismantling foundational assumptions. Although emerging from distinct areas of thought, these two approaches can complement each other within the framework of phenomenology. Falsification provides an empirical foundation for the search for truth, while deconstruction opens opportunities to uncover hidden biases, frameworks, and hierarchies in thought. This article underscores the importance of integrating scientific and philosophical critique to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of phenomena.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-concept on social piety, the influence of obedience in worship on social piety, and the influence of self-concept and obedience in worship on the social piety of students at Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru City. This research is a field study with a quantitative approach. The research sample consists of 271 students at Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique uses linear and multiple regression. The results of this study show that self-concept has a significant influence on the social piety of of students at Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru City. This is indicated by the result where the calculated r value is greater than the r table (0.678 > 0.119) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 40.7%. Obedience in worship has a significant influence on the social piety of of students at Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru City. This is indicated by the result where the calculated r value is greater than the r table (0.208 > 0.119) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, contributing 4.3%. There is a significant simultaneous influence of self-concept and obedience in worship on the social piety of students at Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru City. This is indicated by an F value (96.944 > 3.03), contributing 42%. This means that the independent variables contribute 42% to the dependent variable.

Abstract

This research is based on the low understanding of students in Arabic material, especially in mabni and mu'rab in the structure of Arabic. The method that the researchers used was "Application of the Qawaid Wa Tarjamah Method to Improve Understanding of the Basic Mabni and Mu'rab Arabic Language Structures". The formulation of the problem in this study is: can the application of the Qawaid Wa Tarjamah method increase the understanding of the basic Arabic language structures of mabni and mu'rab?. This research has been carried out in two cycles. Based on the implementation of this study using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which can help improve teacher teaching methods in the classroom, and can also be called a qualitative method. The average value of the pre test is 26.39. Researchers believe that this method is appropriate to apply. After being given this method, cycle I tests were carried out and an average value of 70.20 was obtained. There was an increase of 43.81 points. Then in the second cycle test obtained an average value of 80.90 points. Increased by 10.7 points from the cycle test. The increase in these two cycles was due to the maximum teaching techniques and the support of high student enthusiasm. From the results obtained from this study, it was concluded that the application of the Qawaid Wa Tarjamah method can improve understanding of the basic Arabic structure of Mabni and Mu'rab.

Abstract

Arabic is a Semitic language originating from the Middle East region which is used as the mother tongue of several countries. Arabic has a close relationship with Islam because the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and the books of the majority of scholars are in Arabic, so it is very important to learn Arabic to be able to understand the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This type of research is a quantitative correlation by utilizing data in the form of student report cards to find out how much the relationship between Arabic language skills and learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects. The two variables are processed into classified data which is then used as a correlation map. From the correlation map, the correlation index value can be known as well as determining the interpretation of the correlation index value. After the report card scores were analyzed, it was found that the average Arabic language ability of students was 88.67 and the average value of learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects was 93.50. This indicates that students' Arabic language skills are fairly good and the learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects are very good. The next step is that the correlation map is analyzed, it is found that the correlation index value is 0.59 or> 0, which means that there is a positive correlation between Arabic language skills and learning outcomes of Al-Quran Hadith subjects. Finally, giving an interpretation number to the correlation index value based on the table. The positive correlation between Arabic language skills and Al-Qur'an Hadith learning outcomes is a moderate positive correlation. From this research, it is hoped that teachers can increase creativity in teaching so that students can improve their Arabic language skills and learning outcomes, especially in the subjects of Al-Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the process of muhadatsah learning in class VIII B students of SMPIT Ar-Raihan, and the problems faced by teachers and students in muhadatsah learning. The questions in this study include "How is the muhadatsah learning process for class VIII B students of Smpit Ar-Raihan Bandar Lampung?". This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were class VIII B, which consisted of 21 students. Based on the research that has been done, the results of this study show that: 1) the process of learning muhadatsah in class VIII B students is planning before the learning process of muhadatsah in class is quite good, by fulfilling the requirements for implementing learning. The methods used by the teacher when teaching are quite varied, namely the lecture method, question and answer, practice, and games and the teacher also provides evaluations at home such as memorizing the material that has been delivered. 2) Problems of learning muhadatsah faced by teachers and students are educational background, not interested in learning muhadatsah, lack of motivation to learn, not attaching importance to learning, lack of mastery of muhadatsah vocabulary, difficulty in pronouncing muhadatsah, difficulty in memorizing muhadatsah texts, Difficulties in translating muhadatsah texts. So it can be concluded that the problems originating from teachers and students have an impact on the students' point of view about difficult/difficult muhadatsah

Abstract

Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathla'ul Anwar Sidowaluyo Kalianda is one of the formal institutions that provides Arabic learning facilities for their students. The Arabic learning method in MTs MA Sidowaluyo Kalianda will be examined there. The results showed that there was an increase in the average value of students and the percentage of students who got grades from 6 up with prior to conducting research, which are from the three cycles more than 50% of students got grades from 6 upwards and the average student in all three cycles, they are: cycle 1 is 6.6, cycle 2 is 6.6, and cycle 3 is 6.2, whereas before research is conducted the average student score is 4.8 and students who get grades from 6 upwards are less than 50 %.
