Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green transformational leadership and organizational culture on the performance of Foodmart Samarinda employees. In the context of increasingly fierce retail business competition, companies are required not only to improve efficiency and productivity but also environmental awareness. Foodmart Samarinda faces challenges in maintaining and improving employee performance amidst operational demands and sustainability requirements. The research employed a quantitative method with a causal associative approach, using the entire population of Foodmart Samarinda employees, totaling 34 people, as a saturated sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that green transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, evidenced by a positive beta coefficient and a significance value of 0.006 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, organizational culture also shows a significant influence on employee performance, but with a negative beta coefficient and a significance of 0.006 (< 0.05), indicating aspects of the culture that need improvement. These two variables simultaneously explain 33.9% of the variation in employee performance, with the remainder explained by other variables outside the model. Therefore, it is recommended for Foodmart Samarinda management to strengthen green transformational leadership and evaluate and adjust relevant organizational culture elements to support optimal employee performance improvement.

Abstract

Solar Power Plants (PLTS) are a renewable energy solution that is very relevant in Indonesia, especially in areas with high solar radiation intensity such as Sulawesi. This study evaluates the PLTS system in Andau Village by highlighting the efficiency of solar panels which is influenced by temperature and intensity of solar radiation. Based on data, the average daily radiation in the region ranges from 3.8 to 6.7 kWh/m², making Sulawesi a strategic location for PLTS development. Solar cells, or photovoltaics, are devices that can directly convert sunlight energy into electricity. As the main component, solar cells have an important role in utilizing the enormous potential of solar energy that reaches the earth's surface. Apart from producing electricity, solar energy can also be optimized to produce heat energy through a solar thermal system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difficulties and strategies used by participants in facing the Listening Section of the TOEFL test. The study used a mixed-methods approach, employing a survey and qualitative analysis of twelve respondents who had taken the TOEFL. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively to illustrate patterns of difficulty and thematically to explain the strategies used by participants.The results showed that the most challenging section was Part C (long conversation), where participants experienced difficulties understanding the academic context and the speaker's pace. The main obstacles included linguistic, psychological, and technical factors. This finding aligns with theories in several referenced TOEFL modules, as well as research by Silviyanti, Rahmadhani, & Samad (2020), which showed a tendency toward the use of form-centric strategies. An article by TST Prep (2024) reinforces these findings by emphasizing the importance of active and contextual listening practice. Therefore, this study concludes that improving TOEFL listening skills requires continuous practice, the application of meaning-based strategies, and the consistent practice of listening to authentic materials.

Abstract

Organization is a system of each other influence between insider working groups The same for reaching the objective. One's position leader organization has a very important role because own task as taker decisions for the continuity of the organization he leads. Study this aim for know implementation of internal and external environment campus College of Science Tarbiyah Palapa Nusantara, campus internal organizational strategy in increasing ability communication students, and internal campus strategies in increasing performance academic student. Study This is a study, Analysis of collected data with observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results show that the implementation of internal and external environments in internal campus organizations has strengths in the form of doing UKM activities (activity unit students), and writing work scientific, weaknesses or weaknesses in the form of the difficulty of proposals for applying for funds in activity organization, opportunities in the form of support from party campus, threat or threats in the form of less parental support in organize. Improving strategy ability communication by conducting discussion programs and providing a chance for opinions, and strategies to improve performance academic by running a language UKM program in English and language Arabic, design graphics, and writing work.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang perancangan prototype alat pengukuran daya DC berbasis IoT Arduino NodeMCU. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur daya DC yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi IoT untuk memantau dan mengontrol daya DC secara online. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan eksperimen dengan merancang alat Prototype pengukuran daya DC menggunakan Arduino NodeMCU ESP8266 sebagai mikrokontroler, sensor INA219 untuk mengukur arus dan tegangan listrik dan modul komunikasi IoT Blynk. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Motor DC dan memvariasikan resistansi tegangan dan arus untuk mengukur besar kekuatan daya pada Motor DC. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa daya yang dihasilkan dari Pth sebesar 0,26 W hingga 1,14 W dan Pmax berkisar 0,29 W hingga 0,39 W. Untuk itu, prototype alat pengukuran daya DC dapat membantu memantau dan mengontrol Daya DC secara online secara efektif. Selain itu, hasil peenlitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk pengembangan teknologi Arduino dan IoT lainya.

Abstract

The development of the business world in the digital era requires every company to adapt quickly and implement innovative strategies in order to remain competitive. PT Eurotruk Transindo Samarinda faces increasingly fierce competition due to the emergence of various new companies in various sectors, thus requiring optimal human resource management that is in line with the dynamics of digital transformation. This study aims to analyze the influence of non-physical work environment, job satisfaction, and motivation on employee performance at PT Eurotruk Transindo. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents, which were then analyzed using statistical tests with the assistance of SPSS version 31. The results of the study indicate that non-physical work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while job satisfaction does not have a significant impact. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of aligning human resource management strategies with business transformation to enhance employee performance and maintain competitiveness in the digital era.
