Abstract

The study aims to design and develop a more efficient measurement monitoring system based on influential parameters for the performance of hybrid PV and TEG modules using IoT with the Thingspeak application. The parameters measured include the PV top and bottom surface temperatures and output current and voltage, the surface temperatures of the TEG's hot and cold sides, their respective current and voltage outputs, air humidity, and solar intensity. This IoT-based monitoring system experimental method utilizes two types of PV, polycrystalline and monocrystalline, each rated at 50 Wp, in a hybrid configuration with 5 TEG modules attached to the back of the solar panel. The monitoring design results indicate that sensor measurements were accurate and data readings were reliable. The temperature difference between the two sides of the TEG was measured up to 21.7°C, and the hybrid efficiency of the monocrystalline PV with TEG showed better results compared to the polycrystalline setup, achieving optimum efficiency above 6%, with the PV surface temperature maintained at an average of 50°C. Additionally, IoT monitoring revealed the effect of air humidity on TEG performance: lower air humidity resulted in a larger ?T, peaking at 21.7°C with humidity at 39.1%. Therefore, this study recommends using IoT technology for observational data collection on system performance, particularly for PV and TEG, with sensor component modifications tailored to the characteristics of the targeted sensor object.

Abstract

This paper employs a systematic literature review (SLR) rooted in the PRISMA methodology to investigate the interaction between market competition and firm performance based on 2020-2024 peer-reviewed articles published on the Web of Science database. Out of the original 105 articles, 24 empirical studies were selected based on strict filtering criteria and then analyzed according to methodology, region, theory, and main findings. Evidence shows that market competition has a tendency to enhance firm performance but with different impacts depending on internal factors of the firm, including capital structure, managerial quality, governance, and leadership, as well as external factors like institution quality and industry circumstances. These include agency theory, resource-based perspective, dynamic capabilities, contingency theory, and upper echelons theory. Implications highlight the need for leadership and governance convergence with the demands of the market and investments in dynamic capabilities to be competitive, especially in innovation-driven and scarcity environments. Future research will have to examine longitudinal effects across business cycles, the potential of digitalization, and use mixed methods or meta-analyses to enhance insight by industry and region.

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a systematic literature review of 29 empirical studies published between 2018 and 2025, spanning various countries and sectors, to explore how leadership styles influence innovative work behavior (IWB) and employee performance. The findings show that leadership, especially transformational, ambidextrous, relational, and adaptive, significantly enhances IWB, which in turn mediates improvements in employee performance. In addition to leadership, individual factors like creative self-efficacy and work engagement, and organizational aspects such as innovation culture and supportive HR systems, also contribute meaningfully to the development of IWB and performance. Digitalization further enriches this dynamic by facilitating innovation through technology adoption and digital literacy, though its effectiveness depends on moderating factors such as leadership support, psychological safety, and employee digital readiness. These findings indicate a synergistic process in which leadership, organizational culture, individual capability, and digital transformation combine to foster innovation and performance. Implications suggest the need for integrated leadership development, innovation-driven HR practices, and digital capability enhancement. Future research should include longitudinal and cross-cultural designs, consider emerging work patterns like hybrid and remote work, and adopt advanced data analytics to capture the complex interactions among variables shaping IWB and employee outcomes.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative descriptive study based on an SLR using the SPAR-4-SLR protocol to comprehend the contribution of generational differences to consumer purchase intentions. The review incorporates quantitative studies published between 2020 and 2024 and discusses the shopping behavior of Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials (Generation Y), and Generation Z. Out of a total of 2,945 Scopus documents, 29 articles were selected through a systematic study identification, data extraction, and thematic analysis based on three research questions. The findings reveal that Generation Z is impacted most by emotional connection, fear of missing out (FOMO), and sustainability values; Millennials by digital engagement, experiential consumption, and personal attitudes; Generation X by product quality and brand trust; and Baby Boomers by product performance and long-term trust. Mediating and moderating forces such as consumer trust, environmental awareness, digital engagement, and self-efficacy also explain these generational differences. Several conceptual models—spanning behavioral, psychological, and social realms—describe the intricacy of purchase intentions and the influence of technology and generational identity. The study presents managerial implications for marketers and companies in creating specific strategies, products, and communication for each generation. Future studies need to look at cultural and contextual variations, observe generational behavior longitudinally, and examine the influence of the newest and newest technologies, like virtual reality and AI-powered sites, on the choice of consumers.

Abstract

This training activity on utilizing plastic waste into economically valuable handicraft products is a science and technology application program that can provide solutions to the main problems faced by Partners. Waste that is managed properly will improve the quality of the environment and public health. Recycling plastic waste itself helps the government in managing waste, especially if the management is carried out professionally and commercially, so that it becomes a profitable business. The use of plastic in various types of products is unstoppable. This certainly has an impact on polluting the environment because plastic waste will take a very long time to naturally replenish. In order to reduce plastic waste, we took the initiative to process plastic bottle waste into functional and aesthetic lamp tables. Experimental methods are applied to training programs and trials to make various derivative products made from plastic waste. The solutions offered to the problems faced include providing training in managing used plastic bottle waste into imitation flowers, and providing motivation to Partners that their products will be marketed by considering aspects such as shape, size, function, and color. The results of the program are recognized that plastic waste combined with pipes, sponges, and boxes, by paying attention to design aspects, becomes a selling point for various functional products. The product is expected to be sold so that it can increase the productivity and financial independence of Partners and can reduce the burden of TPA in accommodating plastic waste. The real and practical sustainability of our activities is expected to strengthen the ties between the world of educational institutions and the community.
