Abstract

This research phenomenon is due to the low ability of teachers to utilize information technology in learning. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of teacher competence on the use of information technology and to determine the influence of motivation teachers' work on the use of information technology in secondary education. Benefit study This It can be a reference source and contribute to the development of the field of human resource management, especially those related to educator competency and motivation and utilization of information technology. Then this research can provide input for secondary education in developing educational technology competencies and how to increase teacher motivation in improving their skills in using information technology. Type study This is study quantitative research approach used is explanatory research. Location study This is on UPT SPF Junior High School Negeri 6 Makassar. The population in this study were all teachers at UPT SPF SMP Negeri 6 Makassar, totaling 50 people. The method used in sampling is saturated sampling, or the entire population is used as a sample is as many as 50 people Because amount population is small everything is sampled. Data analysis used on study is quantitative with multiple Linear regression.  The results of this research show that human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on the use of information technology. Teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the use of information technology.

Abstract

This study empirically examines the impact of work motivation on employee productivity and assesses its implications for human resource management strategies at PT. Happy Path, Makassar. Employee productivity is a crucial determinant of organizational success, and motivation is widely recognized as a key driver of performance. This quantitative study collected primary data from 120 employees selected through stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and t-tests to determine the statistical significance of the relationship. The findings indicate that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee productivity (β = 0.45, R² = 0.38, p < 0.05), explaining 38% of the variance in productivity levels. These results highlight the importance of motivation-enhancing strategies, such as performance-based incentives, career development programs, and a supportive work environment, in improving workforce efficiency. For PT. Happy Path, investing in well-structured motivational initiatives can be an effective approach to increasing employee performance and achieving organizational objectives. Future research should explore additional factors, including leadership style, job autonomy, and organizational culture, to gain a deeper understanding of the dynamics influencing employee productivity.

Abstract

 Abstrack This study aims to: (1). To assess and determine the effect of variable legal sanctions (X1), discipline (X2), awards (X3), work environment (X4), education and training (X5) on the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population Civil and Family Planning Poso, ( 2). Assessing the dominant factor affecting the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population and Family Planning Civil Poso district. The results showed that the factor of legal sanction, discipline, respect, work environment, training and education affect the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population Civil and Family Planning Poso district with a significance level F 0.027, where f count (4,927)> f table (2 , 37), the value of multiple correlation coefficient (R) is equal to 0.761, coefficient of multiple determination (R2) is approximately 0,600, with the rate of change of independent variables influence of variation of 60%, while the remaining 40% is explained by other variables that can not investigated. Work environment factors dominant influence on the performance of family planning officer in the Department of Population and Family Planning Civil Poso, with a significance level of 0.575, where tcount 2.537> 1.671 ttabel. Keywords: Motivation, Field Workers, Family Planning Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1). Untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui pengaruh variabel sanksi hukum (X1), disiplin (X2), penghargaan (X3), lingkungan kerja(X4), pendidikan dan pelatihan (X5) terhadap kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso, (2). Mengkaji faktor yang dominan memengaruhi kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sanksi hukum, disiplin, penghargaan, lingkungan kerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan memengaruhi kinerja penyuluh KB pada Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso dengan tingkat signifikasi F 0,027, di mana f hitung (4,927 ) > f tabel (2,37), nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R) adalah sebesar 0,761, Koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) adalah sebesar 0,600, dengan tingkat pengaruh variasi perubahan variabel bebas 60%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 40% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yag tidak diteliti. Faktor lingkungan kerja berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja penyuluh KB di Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Poso, dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,575, di mana nilai thitung 2,537 > ttabel 1,671. Kata Kunci : Faktor Motivasi, Kinererja Petugas Lapangan, Keluarga Berencana

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Work Facilities and Communication Skills of Apparatus on the Quality of Public Services in Kanaungan Village, Labakkang District, Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection method used is observation and distribution of questionnaires to respondents, namely the community. The sampling data collection technique uses the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of statistical calculations through the statistical for the social sciences (SPSS) application regarding work facilities and communication skills of civil servants on the quality of public services in Kanaungan Village, Labakkang District, Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency, the author draws the conclusion that work facilities and communication skills of civil servants have a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Implementasi Undang-Undang No 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen khusus segmen konsumen obat dan makanan di Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan teori Edward III (1980). Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menyajikan kembali situasi dan keadaan yang sebenarnya mengenai peran pemerintah dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek komunikasi Pemerintah Kota Makassar melalui Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman akan pentingnya pengetahuan konsumen mengenai hak-haknya, dari Aspek sumber daya belum mampu menunjang implementasi disebabkan kuantitas pegawai yang terbatas. Namun jangkauan kerja sangat luas, dari Aspek Disposis/Sikap Implementor. Dinas perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Makassar menerapkan konsep reward sebagai motivasi bagi pegawai jika memiliki kinerja baik dalam memberi perlindungan pada konsumen, aspek struktur birokrasi, Pemerintah Kota Makassar melibatkan beberapa stakeholder lintas instutusi yang memiliki kesamaan tujuan untuk bersama-bersama melaksanakan kegiatan perlindungan konsumen.

Abstract

Motivasi sangat berhubungan dengan faktor psikologis seseorang yang mencerminkan hubungan atau interaksi antara sikap, kebutuhan dan kepuasan yang terjadi pada diri manusia sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Tri Tunas Makassar dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai dari total jumlah populasi yang ada. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan apabila sistem pemberian insentif didasarkan pada motivasi kerja dan tingkat kemampuan daripada pegawai. Dalam merealisasikan pemberian Insentif beserta tunjangan lainnya terhadap pegawai tetap maupun honorer yaitu apabila mencapai target yang telah ditentukan maka dapat memperoleh tambahan atau bonus lebih banyak sesuai yang telah ditentukan oleh Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Tri Tunas Makassar.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan “the leading sektor” dalam agenda pembangunan nasional. Implikasinya, sektor pariwisata oleh pemerintah pusat diberi perhatian khusus untuk dipacu pembangunannya, dan secara paralel pembangunan di sektor-sektor lain juga diarahkan dalam berupaya mendukung pembangunan di sektor pariwisata tersebut secara sinergis. Momentum ini kemudian penting untuk digunakan oleh setiap pemerintah daerah yang ada dalam berupaya mengoptimalkan pembangunan sektor pariwisata di daerahnya masing-masing hal inilah yang menjadi perhatian pemerintah Kota Bontang dalam mengembangkan sektor pariwisata potensial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kondisi eksisting sektor pariwisata yang sedang dikembangkan di Kota Bontang saat ini dan upaya pemerintah dalam mengembangkan kebijakan alternatif pada sektor pariwisata potensial di Kota Bontang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, telaah dokumen dan analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pariwisata Kota Bontang saat ini didominasi oleh kegiatan wisata bahari, dengan kondisi geografis yang berada di pesisir pantai, selain itu wisata budaya pun menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata yang khas, dalam rencana induk pariwisata Kota Bontang Tahun 2019 dijelaskan ditetapkan bahwa obyek pariwisata potensial Kota Bontang adalah, Pulau Beras Basah, Kampung Wisata Adat Guntung, Obyek Wisata Bontang Kuala, Bontang Mangrove Park dan Lembah Permai Adventure Park. Kelima obyek wisata ini ditetapkan oleh pemerintah sebagai kawasan pengembangan prioritas. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah Kota Bontang dalam mengembangkan sektor Pariwisata diawali dengan pembagian dan penetepan kawasan pariwisata melalui rancangan tata ruang wilayah, yang dimulai dari Rencana Tata Ruang Nasional (RTRN), Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Provinsi (RTRWP) dan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah di tingkat kota.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and describe the effect of the work environment and teamwork on employee performance at the General Administration, Finance, Infrastructure, and Human Resources Bureau of Muhammadiyah University Makassar, using multiple linear regression analysis. This is a quantitative study using questionnaires as a source of data collection. This study used 73 respondents from The General Administration, Finance, Facilities and Human Resources Office at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the General Administration, Finance, Facilities and Human Resources Office at Muhammadiyah University Makassar, with a coefficient value of 0.061 and significance of 0.048, and that teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the General Administration, Finance, Facilities and Human Resources Office at Muhammadiyah University Makassar, with a coefficient value of 0.360 and significance of 0.000. Thus, the work environment not only affects employee satisfaction and well-being, but also contributes to improving overall employee performance and teamwork supported by guidance on capabilities, effective communication, shared responsibility, and a spirit of mutual contribution, which has been proven to improve employee performance by realizing the objectives to be achieved by the General Administration, Finance, Facilities and Human Resources Office at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers on June 14, 2024, information was obtained from Mr. Sumanri Sabar as the homeroom teacher of class IV MIN 2 Alor that MIN 2 Alor uses the 2013 curriculum. What was obtained was about the learning problems obtained from 20 students who did not complete, including: lack of a supportive physical environment such as: a). learning facilities and infrastructure, learning resources, b). The social environment concerns the relationship between students and their friends and students with their teachers. c). The academic environment is the school atmosphere and the implementation of teaching and learning activities and various curricular activities. ?" The research conducted by the researcher is a quantitative model study, with a sample of 26 fourth-grade students, the data collection methods used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses Product Moment correlation. Furthermore, based on hypothesis testing using the Product Moment formula, the value of r count is 0.436, and after consultation with a significance level of 5% with a standard deviation of dk n = 24, it shows that the results at a significance level of 5% are 0.404. Thus, it can be seen that r count (0.176) > r table (0.404).

Abstract

study aims to improve student learning outcomes through the application of the Jigsaw learning model in Natural Sciences (IPA) subjects for grade IV at MIS Al-Bidayah Munaseli. The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of students in science subjects caused by low interest and active participation of students during the learning process. The Jigsaw learning model was chosen because it is able to increase student involvement actively in group learning activities and encourage cooperation between students. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of MI Al-Bidayah Munaseli in the 2024/2025 academic year totaling 19 students. Data were collected through observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Jigsaw learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the increase in the average value of students from cycle I by 67.5% and increased after the implementation of cycle II with an average value of 83.75%, as well as the increase in the number of students who achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). In addition, student activity and participation in the learning process also showed a significant increase. Thus, it can be concluded that the Jigsaw learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in science subjects for grade IV at MI Al-Bidayah Munaseli.
