Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with a type of phenomenology. This study aims to describe the use of the Kemendikbud Learning House Portal in the learning process in elementary schools. The sampling technique used in the study is purposive sampling with the subject of research being the teacher who has used the Kemendikbud Learning House Portal in the learning process in the classroom. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, structured interviews and document studies. The data obtained are qualitative data which contains a description of the results of learning observations and teacher interviews regarding the use of the portal Home Learning, learning activities and steps taken by teachers in utilizing the Kemendikbud Learning House portal as a model of online learning in elementary schools. The study was carried out at Public Elementary School 112/I, Perumnas and Public Elementary School 13/I, Muara Bulian. The results showed that the learning steps taken by the teacher in utilizing the Kemendikbud Learning House portal were started from the preparation and implementation of learning which included the opening, core and closing learning activities. Some features that have been used by teachers in learning are Learning Resources, Electronic School Books (BSE), and Question Banks. While the methods used by teachers in utilizing the home learning portal as an online learning model during the learning process can be grouped in (1) Classical / Demonstration Presentations, (2) Small Group Discussions and (3) Individual Learning.

Abstract

Politeness is not solely concerned the language proficiency but a form of multiple intelligence. In the reality of life is not a high IQ who became the only determinants ofsuccess alive. Many people who are cognitively smart but failed in life. On the contrary, many people who are cognitively average but a success in life. Theoretically, there are other factors which are thought to be the deciding one's success in life, among others, the ability to speak in a polite form of intelligence is linguistic, interpersonal, intercultural and personal. Because politeness is a form of intelligence, hence his acquisition should be through education, both in the institution of formal and non-formal. Children need to be educated to use polite language as the embodiment ofa good personal identity, in order to succeed in wading through life.This paper discusses the relationship between politeness and intelligence compounds. Some theory of politeness language (linguistic politeness theory) try combined with compound theory of intelligence (KM), which was conceived by Howard Gardner (1983). Gardner finds evidence that linguistic intelligence is one form of intelligence compound. In the perspective of theory of language, the Gardner's view can be realized in the form of politeness language. The theory is the theory that the new reatif in the field of psychology, relevant as Basic politeness in speaking.Key words: politeness, multiple intelligence, speech.

Abstract

The language has many functions, in ataranya as a means of self expression, communication tools, a tool of social control, and the interaction. The study of language tend to concentrate on its function as a tool for suffixed interaction cannot be released from the wearer, that is, the community. The school as a place of teaching language in fact is social language usage areas (societal domain) which has its own livery.This study examines the use of spoken language in the Association in the Group-anschool between students, teachers, and employees. The research focus is on a range of spoken language that has the meaning depends on context (contex depending).As for the linguistic aspects are examined is the manifestation of the principle of politeness, the principle of cooperation, interaction and conversation on the implikaturat school.This research uses qualitative design. The techniques used in data collection is the technique check out-Libat Ably (SLC), divariasi with the note field.The results of this study are: (1) Politeness can be manifested in the kind of acts representative said, expressive, komisif, and directive, (2) the principle of Politeness and the principle of cooperation can be manifested in implikatur conversation; (3) On the official topic of conversation with the situation, politeness is manifested with pematuhan on the principle of cooperation and the use of implikatur; (4) On the situation of the conversation with the topic is not official, the principle of cooperation (PK) take precedence over the principle of politeness (PS); (5) on the conversation between student-teacher, a distance of so-bad luck and social status is no longer a major consideration to convey a polite speech.Based on the research results presented recommendations to make politeness became one of material in language learning at school.Keywords: politeness principles, principles of cooperation, implikatur conversation

Abstract

This study aimed to apply diary writing as a therapy for low-assertive students. This study employed the Core Conflictual Relationship Theme (CCRT) method developed by Lester Luborsky. The data were collected using diary as an elicitation medium and analyzed using the Garnefski Emotion-Cognitive Regulation Questionnaire (CER). The results showed that(1) student low assertiveness could be improved through expressive writing therapy using a diary as the medium; (2) diary as a therapeutic medium was effective in improving student low assertiveness because diary writing tasks can be distinguished based on CCRT and CER; (3) there was a difference between male and female assertiveness patterns; (4) subjects in the category were easier to change towards normal assertiveness with diary writing therapy compared to subjects in the LSE category.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar siswa, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar, dan cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dilaksanakan secara daring di era pandemi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri No. 058/XI Koto Dumo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun data dalam penelitan ini diperoleh dari pengamatan kelas daring dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Kemudian peneliti menganalisis data yang diperoleh dengan mereduksi dan mengklasifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar yang dilaksanakan secara daring yaitu kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelajaran, kesulitan menemukan tutor yang membantu siswa memahami materi pembelajaran, dan kesulitan konsentrasi belajar. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab kesulitan belajar yaitu alat atau fasilitas belajar, malas dan bosan, dan rendahnya dukungan dari orang tua. Cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar yaitu dengan menciptakan metode dan strategi belajar daring yang menarik, perlunya pendampingan orang tua saat proses belajar anak, dan mencari lokasi atau area full wifi.AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe the students' learning difficulties, the factors that cause learning difficulties, and how to overcome learning difficulties that were carried out online during the pandemic era. This research was conducted in SD Negeri No. 058/XI Koto Dumo. The approach used in this research was a qualitative approach using case study research. The data in this study were obtained from online class observations and interviews. Then, the researchers analyzed the data by reducing and classifying. The results indicated that the learning difficulties of the third-grade elementary school students during distance learning were difficulties of understanding the subject matter, finding tutors to help them understand the learning materials, and learning concentration. The factors of learning difficulties were learning tools or facilities, laziness and boredom, and low support from parents. The way to overcome learning difficulties was by creating interesting online learning methods and strategies, parental assistance during the child's learning process, and looking for locations or areas with good connection or wifi.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the types of difficulties encountered by students when conducting online learning through WhatsApp, as well as how teachers address students' learning difficulties. The method used in this research was qualitative research method using case study design. Data were gathered through online observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, sources and technique triangulations were used. The results of this research showed that there were several difficulties experienced by the students during online learning through WhatsApp group, such as lack of support facilities because students did not have their own mobile phones, unstable internet network, and insufficient internet quota. Regarding the use of WhatsApp in learning activities, students had difficulty discussing in the group or using WhatsApp features. The teacher overcame the obstacles for students who did not have their own mobile phones by asking their classmates or neighbors who lived nearby to provide information related to learning activities. To address challenges such as an unstable internet network, the teacher instructed students to find a location with a good network while learning. Then, regarding students who did not have an internet quota, the teacher recorded the student's WhatsApp numbers so they could get free internet assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture. To solve problems related to the difficulty of students discussing in groups and difficulties using the WhatsApp feature, the teacher always guided and assisted students on how to use the WhatsApp features in the learning process.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, kini pendekatan pembelajaran telah berubah ke arah pembelajaran abad pengetahuan. Orang dapat belajar di mana saja, kapan saja, dengan siapa saja. Itulah ciri pembelajaran abad pengetahuan yang dikenal sebagai berbasis komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran daring atau Online Learning Model (OLM), sekaligus menerapkannya untuk meningkatkan keefektifan perkuliahan Bahasa Indonesia di Perguruan Tinggi. Pengembangan OLM menggunakan teknik Online Interactive Learning Model (OILM) dengan memanfaatkan media sosial berbasis internet serta telepon seluler atau ponsel sebagai sarananya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program S-1 peserta mata kuliah wajib umum Bahasa Indonesia di tiga fakultas, yaitu Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP), Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi (FST), dan Fakultas Kedokteran (FK). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran atau mix methods. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, angket, dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) OILM efektif digunakan dalam perkuliahan Bahasa Indonesia di program S-1; (2) model pembelajaran telah mampu meningkatkan penyerapan mahasiswa terhadap materi kuliah, dengan peningkatan mencapai lebih dari 81% dibandingkan dengan hanya menggunakan model pembelajaran tatap-muka; (3) berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, subjek berpendapat bahwa OLM telah memberikan sebuah pengalaman baru yang lebih menantang daripada model pembelajaran konvensional atau tatap-muka.In line with advances in information and communication technology, learning approaches have now shifted toward the learning of the century of knowledge. People can learn anywhere, anytime, with anyone. That is the hallmark of learning the century of knowledge known as computer-based. This study aims to develop online learning model (OLM), as well as apply it to improve the effectiveness of Indonesian language courses in Higher Education. OLM development uses the technique of Online Interactive Learning Model (OILM) by utilizing internet-based social media as well as mobile phone or mobile phone as its ingredients. The subjects of this research are the students of the S-1 program of the compulsory subjects of Bahasa Indonesia in three faculties, namely Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), and Faculty of Medicine (FK). This research uses the mixed approach or mix methods. Data were collected using questionnaires, questionnaires, and tests. The results of this study show: (1) OILM is effectively used in Indonesian language courses in S-1 programs; (2) the learning model has been able to increase the students' absorption of the lecture material, with an increase of more than 81% compared to using only face-to-face learning model; (3) based on the results of the questionnaire, the subject argues that OLM has provided a more challenging new experience than the conventional or face-to-face learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the benefits of using the zoom app in online learning for teachers and students in elementary schools. The type of research in this study is qualitative research with phenomenological type. The sample in this study was 8 informants, consisting of two grade v teachers and six vc grade students. Benefits for teachers include making it easier to achieve learning objectives, facilitating interaction with students, providing variations in online learning, creating active online learning, while the benefits of using zoom for students include making it easier to understand materials, improving the spirit of online learning, eliminating the boredom of online learning. The benefits felt by teachers and students have a positive impact in online learning so that it becomes more effective

Abstract

ABSTRAK Children with special needs are children who have obstacles and limitations from various aspects including in terms of language skills. In mentally retarded children, language skills are not achieved perfectly and the speed in language is also slow compared to other normal children, this is influenced by the intellectual function of a person who is below the average normal person. So that in communicating, teachers and students with mental retardation have differences compared to students in other public schools. This can be seen during the learning process, the teacher explains the teaching material, but the students catch it with different intentions and vice versa. Therefore, teachers need more knowledge and understanding of the language they use so that the meaning of their speech can be conveyed, especially in conversational implicatures. So this can be seen in the lingual form and form of a pragmatic unit description on the conversational implicatures of teachers and students with mental retardation. This research is qualitative with the method of listening and the research instrument is the researcher himself. Thus the research data found in the lingual form and form of pragmatic units on the conversational implicatures of mentally retarded students and teachers in special schools. ABSTRAK Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan anak yang memiliki kendala dan keterbatasan dari berbagai aspek diantaranya dari segi kemampuan berbahasa. Pada anak tunagrahita kemampuan berbahasa tidak tercapai dengan sempurna dan kecepatan dalam berbahasa juga lambat dibandingkan dengan anak normal lainnya, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh fungsi intelektual yang berada dibawah rata-rata orang normal, Sehingga dalam berkomunikasi Guru dan Siswa tunagrahita memiliki perbedaan dibadingkan dengan siswa di sekolah umum lainnya. Hal ini dapat dilihat saat proses pembelajaran guru memaparkan materi ajar namun siswa menangkap dengan maksud berbeda-beda begitupun sebaliknya. Oleh sebab itu, guru memerlukan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang lebih terhadap bahasa yang digunakannya agar maksud tuturannya dapat tersampaikan terutama dalam implikatur percakapan. Sehingga hal ini dapat dilihat dalam bentuk deskripsi bentuk lingual dan satuan pragmatis pada implikatur percakapan Guru dan Siswa tunagrahita. Pada penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode simak dan instrumen penelitian merupakan peneliti sendiri. Dengan demikian ditemukan data penelitian yang berupa bentuk lingual dan satuan pragmatis pada implikatur percakapan Siswa tunagrahita dan Guru di SLB. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penggunaan bahasa lisan dalam pergaulan di lingkung-an sekolah antara siswa, guru. Fokus penelitian adalah pada ragam bahasa lisan yang mempunyai maksud tergantung konteks (contex depending). Adapun aspek-aspek kebahasaan yang diteliti adalah manifestasi prinsip kesantunan dan prinsip kerja sama dalam implikatur percakapan pada interaksi di sekolah. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik Simak-Libat Cakap (SLC), divariasi dengan teknik catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kesantunan dapat dimanifestasikan dalam jenis tindak tutur representatif, ekspresif, komisif, dan direktif, (2) Prinsip Kesantunan dan Prinsip Kerja sama dapat dimanifestasikan dalam implikatur percakapan; (3) Pada situasi percakapan dengan topik resmi, kesantunan dimanifestasikan dengan pematuhan pada prinsip kerja sama dan penggunaan implikatur; (4) Pada situasi percakapan dengan topik tidak resmi, prinsip kerjasama (PK) lebih diutamakan daripada prinsip kesantunan (PS); (5) Pada percakapan antara siswa-guru, jarak sosial dan status sosial tidak lagi menjadi pertimbangan utama untuk menyampaikan tuturan yang santun. This study examines the use of spoken language in the school environment among students, teachers. The focus of the research is on the variety of oral language that has context-dependent intentions (contex depending). The linguistic aspects studied are the manifestation of the principle of politeness and the principle of cooperation in the implicatur of conversation on the interaction in school. The technique used in data collection is the technique of Simak-Libat Cakap (SLC), varied by field note technique. The results of this study are: (1) Modesty can be manifested in representative, expressive, commissive, and directive speech acts, (2) Principle of Principle and Principle Cooperation can be manifested in conversational implicatures; (3) In conversational situations with official topics, politeness is manifested by adherence to the principle of cooperation and the use of implicatures; (4) In situations of conversations with unofficial topics, the principle of cooperation (PK) takes precedence over the principle of politeness (PS); (5) In the conversation between student-teacher, social distance and social status is no longer a major consideration for delivering a polite speech.
