Abstract

This study aims to analyze the concept of speaking ethics in the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW through a library research approach. Speaking ethics is an important part of social ethics in Islam which functions as a guideline for a Muslim's communicative behavior. The research data sources were obtained from several primary hadith books, namely: Ṣaḥīḥ Būkhārī, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim, Sunan al-Tirmidhī, Sunan Abū Dāud and Sunan Ibn Mājah. The results of the study indicate that speaking ethics in the hadith include several basic principles, including the obligation to speak well or remain silent, speak effectively and not excessively, avoid lying, prioritize older or more knowledgeable people in speaking, avoid useless debates, and prohibition of cursing (backbiting) and finding fault with others. The findings of this study confirm that the quality of a Muslim's verbal communication is related to the quality of his faith. Speech etiquette serves as a moral control mechanism in social interactions and as an effort to maintain harmonious relationships between people, especially among Muslims. Therefore, the communication ethics taught in the hadith can serve as an important reference in establishing civilized and constructive Islamic communication practices within society.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya zaman modern, persaingan dalam mencari kekayaan pun semakin terlihat. Itulah sebabnya pendidikan kini menjadi salah satu kebutuhan wajib di setiap negara. Metode penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode survey dan jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif kasual dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan spss versi 25. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengambil populasi guru Mts N 2 Cilegon. Jumlah sampel 53 responden. Hasil uji t variabel Disiplin (X1) mendapatkan nilai thitung sebesar 7,234 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 jadi kesimpulannya df = n-k jadi 53 – 3 (Variabel), dengan itu thitung > ttable dengan nilai ttable 1.67591 jadi thitung 7,234 > 1.67591 Ho ditolak, nilai signifikansi dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 disimpulkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05 dengan ini Ha diterima. Jadi bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja dan uji t variabel Tunjangan Guru (X2) mendapatkan nilai thitung sebesar 4,999 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 jadi kesimpulannya df = n-k jadi 53 – 3 (Variabel), dengan itu thitung > ttable dengan nilai ttable 1.67591jadi thitung 4,999 > 1.67591 Ho ditolak, nilai signifikansi dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 disimpulkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05 dengan ini Ha diterima. Jadi Tunjangan Guru berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Untuk hasil uji f nilai F = 29,429 dengan berdasarkan table distribusi Ftabel (df1 = 2, Df2 = n-k-1 (53-2-1 = 50) pada taraf α = 5% Ftabel adalah 2.79. Sehingga Fhitung > Ftabel (29,429> 2.79). Disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan nilai signifikan < nilai probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05, karena nilai signifikan pengujian lebih atau berada dibawah nilai α = 5% maka Ha diterima dapat disimpulkan bahwa gabungan dua variabel independen yang terdiri dari variabel Disiplin, dan Tunjangan Guru mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Prestasi Kerja.

Abstract

This study examines the hadith thought of Abdullah al-Harari, a scholar from Harar, Ethiopia, who made significant contributions to the study of hadith. The research adopts the library research method, focusing on four main aspects: the biography of Abdullah al-Harari, his educational background, the influence of his thoughts on hadith studies, and his ideas regarding hadith. The findings reveal that Abdullah al-Harari, born in the early 20th century and known as "Al-Habashi" due to his Ethiopian heritage, had a profound educational background in Islamic sciences, particularly in hadith, under the guidance of prominent scholars in the Middle East. Abdullah al-Harari's approach to hadith was shaped by traditional principles, emphasizing the critical importance of sanad (chain of transmission) and matan (content) in assessing the authenticity of hadith. He advocated for a meticulous examination of sanad while maintaining respect for the authority of early Islamic scholars (salaf). Additionally, his contributions to the development of tahrij methods and the critical analysis of matan encouraged Muslims to interpret hadith texts within their appropriate contexts. His legacy is evident in his numerous works, which have become key references in Islamic scholarship, particularly in hadith studies. In conclusion, this study highlights that Abdullah al-Harari's thoughts on hadith not only enriched Islamic literature but also offered a systematic and comprehensive framework for understanding and teaching hadith. These findings are expected to significantly contribute to the development of hadith studies in the modern era

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the reorientation of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on the concept of theocentric humanism as an approach to strengthening students’ holistic, balanced, and value-oriented character formation. Theocentric humanism is understood as an educational paradigm that positions humans as active subjects of learning while grounding the entire educational process in divine values derived from Islamic teachings. This study employs a qualitative literature-based method by examining books, scholarly articles, policy documents, and recent studies related to curriculum development and humanistic perspectives in Islamic education. The research findings reveal three major points. First, the current PAI curriculum often experiences a reduction in meaning due to its dominant focus on cognitive and formalistic aspects, which results in limited attention to existential, emotional, and humanistic dimensions of students’ development. Second, the paradigm of theocentric humanism provides a philosophical framework that harmonizes human dignity with divine principles, making it highly relevant as the foundation for reorienting the PAI curriculum. Third, implementing a theocentric-humanist curriculum requires reformulation of learning objectives, reconstruction of materials, integration of Qur’anic humanistic values, and transformation of the teacher’s role into a moral and spiritual mentor. The study concludes that reorienting the PAI curriculum toward theocentric humanism is an urgent necessity to create a more relevant, moderate, and transformative educational process aimed at shaping holistic Islamic personalities. Such reorientation has the potential to strengthen students’ character, deepen spirituality, and foster social consciousness grounded in divine guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gadget use on the social interaction skills of early childhood students at TK PGRI Melati Indah. The background of this research is based on the increasing use of gadgets among children without adequate supervision, which has an impact on their social development. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation involving 15 children who showed signs of gadget addiction. The results of the study indicate that uncontrolled gadget use can hinder children’s ability to interact with peers, such as being reluctant to talk, preferring solitude, and exhibiting emotional instability. The main contributing factors are the lack of parental supervision and limited social activities at home. Therefore, it is necessary to impose time limits on gadget use and encourage the active role of parents and teachers in guiding and stimulating children’s social interactions.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) remain crucial indicators for evaluating the quality of health services. Major causes of maternal deaths include hemorrhage, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, infection, and postpartum complications, while infant deaths are often associated with low birth weight, asphyxia, congenital abnormalities, and infections. Continuity of Care  (CoC) is an effective approach that provides comprehensive and continuous midwifery services throughout pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn care, and family planning, enabling early risk detection and prevention of complications. This descriptive case study was conducted on Mrs. M I, 33 years old, G2P1A0, who received comprehensive midwifery care at Karanganyar Public Health Center, Pekalongan. The care included antenatal assessments based on the 10T standard, fetal growth monitoring, labor management following APN procedures, postpartum care, essential newborn care, neonatal follow-up, BCG/Polio 1 immunization, and family planning counseling. Additional health education was provided based on the mother’s needs, including nutrition counseling, danger signs, breast care, and breastfeeding support. Pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, newborn care, immunization, and family planning services progressed physiologically without complications. The mother demonstrated good understanding of pregnancy danger signs, delivery preparedness, postpartum self-care, and exclusive breastfeeding. The newborn showed normal physiological adaptation, received complete essential newborn care and immunization, and demonstrated normal development during follow-up. Postpartum uterine involution was normal, with no signs of infection, and the mother successfully selected an appropriate contraceptive method. The implementation of Continuity of Care  (CoC) for Mrs. M I effectively supported early risk detection, enhanced maternal preparedness, and optimized maternal and neonatal health outcomes. Comprehensive and continuous care strengthened the mother’s confidence throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Strengthening CoC at the primary healthcare level is recommended as a key strategy to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates.   Abstrak Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) masih menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Penyebab utama kematian ibu meliputi perdarahan, hipertensi dalam kehamilan, infeksi, dan komplikasi masa nifas, sedangkan kematian bayi sering dipengaruhi oleh BBLR, asfiksia, infeksi, dan kelainan bawaan. Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB adalah penerapan Continuity of Care (CoC), yaitu asuhan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungan yang diberikan mulai dari masa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir, hingga keluarga berencana. Studi kasus deskriptif dilakukan pada Ny. M I, usia 33 tahun, G2P1A0, yang mendapatkan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif di Puskesmas Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan. Asuhan meliputi pemeriksaan kehamilan sesuai standar 10T, pemantauan pertumbuhan janin, pelaksanaan persalinan sesuai standar APN, perawatan masa nifas, asuhan bayi baru lahir, pemantauan neonatus, imunisasi BCG/Polio 1, serta konseling keluarga berencana. Edukasi tambahan diberikan sesuai kebutuhan ibu, seperti tanda bahaya, nutrisi, perawatan payudara, dan dukungan menyusui. Seluruh rangkaian asuhan kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi baru lahir, imunisasi, dan keluarga berencana berlangsung fisiologis tanpa komplikasi. Ibu memahami tanda bahaya kehamilan, persiapan persalinan, perawatan nifas, serta pemberian ASI. Bayi lahir dalam keadaan sehat, menunjukkan adaptasi fisiologis yang normal, serta memperoleh perawatan esensial dan imunisasi sesuai jadwal. Pada masa nifas, involusi uterus normal, tidak ditemukan tanda infeksi, dan ibu mampu memilih metode kontrasepsi yang sesuai. Simpulan penerapan Continuity of Care  (CoC) pada Ny. M I terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan deteksi dini risiko, mendukung kesiapan ibu, serta mengoptimalkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Asuhan yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri ibu selama kehamilan hingga masa nifas. Penguatan layanan CoC di fasilitas kesehatan primer menjadi strategi penting untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB.

Abstract

Pregnancy involves various physiological changes, including physical changes, changes in the digestive system, respiratory system, urinary tract, musculoskeletal system, and circulation. Physiological changes and psychological adaptations cause discomfort in pregnant women in each trimester. Some preventive measures that can be taken during pregnancy to ensure the mother and fetus are in good health and later a normal delivery process include light exercise such as morning walks, aerobics, pregnancy gymnastics, stationary cycling, dancing, and yoga. Prenatal yoga can provide benefits for the mental and physical health of pregnant women. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of prenatal yoga in overcoming pregnancy discomfort. Community Service will be implemented in 3 stages: The First Stage is preparing by collaborating with community service partners by obtaining permission from partners. The Second Stage is conducting prenatal yoga socialization and training to reduce discomfort by providing pretest questionnaires, providing materials and practicing prenatal yoga. The Third Stage is conducting evaluations to pregnant women by providing several posttest questionnaires and direct questions and answers. The results of the community service program, which involved 14 pregnant women, revealed that the majority of pregnant women's knowledge before the education session was in the poor category (71.4%), and after the education session, their knowledge was in the good category (100%). This indicates an increase in knowledge among pregnant women after receiving health education. Healthcare workers are expected to practice prenatal yoga on an ongoing basis to improve the well-being of pregnant women. Abstrak Kehamilan melibatkan berbagai perubahan fisiologis antara lain perubahan fisik, perubahan sistem pencernaan, sistem respirasi, sistem traktus urinarius,muskuloskeletal dan sirkulasi. Perubahan fisiologis dan adaptasi psikologis menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pada pada ibu hamil di setiap trimester. Beberapa tindakan pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan selama kehamilan agar ibu dan janin berada dalam kondisi sehat serta nantinya terjadi proses persalinan normal yaitu olahraga ringan jalan pagi, aerobic, senam hamil, bersepeda statis, menari, dan yoga. Prenatal yoga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan mental dan fisik ibu hamil. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai manfaat prenatal yoga dalam mengatasi ketidaknyamanan kehamilan. Pengabdian Masyarakat akan dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap yaitu Tahap Pertama melakukan persiapan dengan cara melakukan kerja sama mitra pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara melakukan perizinan kepada mitra. Tahap Kedua Melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan Prenatal yoga untuk mengurangi ketidaknyamanan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner pretest, pemberian materi dan praktek prenatal yoga. Tahap Ketiga Melakukan evaluasi kepada ibu hamil dengan memberikan beberapa kuesioner posttest dan tanya jawab secara langsung. Dari hasil pengabdian Masyarakat yang diikuti oleh 14 ibu hamil didapatkan sebagian besar pengetahuan ibu hamil sebelum dilakukan edukasi dalam kategori kurang sebesar 71,4% dan setelah diberikan edukasi pengetahuan ibu dalam kategori baik sebesar 100%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkiatan pengetahuan pada ibu hamil setelah diberikan edukasi kesehatan. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan untuk melakukan prenatal yoga secara berkelanjutan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu hamil.

Abstract

The development of Islamic finance in Indonesia has increased significantly, but the Islamic pension fund subsector remains slow. This is despite the high growth of the global Islamic economy and Indonesia's large Muslim population, which should present significant opportunities for the development of Sharia-compliant pension instruments. This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges and opportunities for developing Sharia-compliant pension funds in Indonesia using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, as a basis for strategic policy in building the future of national Islamic finance. The qualitative SLR approach was based on the PRISMA method. Literature from 2015–2025 was collected through Google Scholar, SINTA, and GARUDA. Articles meeting the inclusion criteria were thematically analyzed to identify regulatory, institutional, innovation, and socio-literacy issues. The main challenges are the immature legal framework, low literacy on Sharia pensions, and limited innovative products. Opportunities include support from Muslim demographics, government incentives, and the involvement of Islamic financial institutions.

Abstract

Background: The development of the metaverse technology of the next generation of the Internet, which consists of a virtual environment, Augmented Reality online which is decentralized and stable and can be widely used in the health field. Due to the growth of Metaverse technology in various fields and the importance of using it in healthcare, this study was conducted to review and identify areas of application of metaverse technology in healthcare. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the writings that examine the metaverse in health care. Methods: In this scoping review, an electronic search is done through publish or perish to get an overview by combining keywords related to the topic without a time limit. Two authors independently collected data by data extraction tables. Results: The 50 articles found through the initial search, nine studies were eligible for inclusion in the review. Most of the studies (55.55%) were published in 2021, and South Korea was the country with the most research (44.44%). The main services for using Metaverse include educational services, intervention services, and communication services. Also, medical imaging is the most practical aspect of the Metaverse used in healthcare. Conclusion: The use of Metaverse in various health fields is growing rapidly. It is now widely used in other fields, such as medical intervention and health care provision; in medical imaging, it has many applications due to fundamental changes in the nature and quality of imaging.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:  kanker payudara merupakan kanker yang paling banyak terdeteksi pada wanita usia produktif dan menduduki peringkat kedua penyebab kematian akibat kanker pada wanita. Tujuan: menganalisis Pengaruh Edukasi Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri Melalui Multimedia Terhadap Pengetahuan Sadari Pada Ibu Usia Produktif. Metode:   Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental design) dengan model pretest-posttest control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 66 ibu usia produktif, Besar sampel 32 ibu, dibagi 2 kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan Uji t 2 sampel bebas α = 0,05. Hasil: Hasil uji paired t test nilai P = 0.000 berarti ada perbedaan pengetahuan pada kelompok intervensi sebelum dan setelah dilakukan edukasi SADARI, pada kelompok kontrol nilai P=0,103 yang artinya tidak ada perbedaan. Nilai selisih pengetahuan kelompok intervensi yaitu ∆ ± (SD) = 2,5 ± (1,2)) dan kelompok kontrol yaitu ∆±(SD) = 0,8 ± (1,9). Hasil uji t 2 sampel bebas, P= 0.000, artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan nilai selisih pengetahuan pada kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan:  Pemberian Edukasi SADARI Melalui Multimedia dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan SADARI.
