Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance with Competitive Advantage as a mediating variable in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2022-2024. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 42 banking issuers, while the sample is determined by purposive sampling so that 11 issuers meet the criteria. Secondary data in the form of annual reports were obtained from the official websites of each bank and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance, Intellectual Capital has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage, and Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance. In addition, Intellectual Capital also has an indirect positive effect on Financial Performance through Competitive Advantage as a mediating variable. These findings indicate that strengthening Intellectual Capital can increase competitive advantage which in turn encourages operational efficiency and financial performance of banks.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital adequacy (CAR), non-performing financing (NPF) variables on profitability performance (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the period from 2015 to 2023. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The data source in this research is secondary data. The data collection technique was carried out using documentation techniques and data analysis using multiple linear analysis using the F test and t test at a significant level of 5% and the Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination was 87.43%. Changes in the ROA (Y) variable were explained by changes in CAR and NPF while the remaining 12.57% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Partial research results show that CAR and NPF have a significant effect on ROA. Simultaneous research results show that CAR and NPF have an effect on ROA.

Abstract

Company performance is one of the most important things in the business world regarding the condition of the company, both internally and externally. It can be explained that company performance is carried out to measure and assess the success of the company's achievements in generating profits, so that the company can see the potential development that the company has achieved. This research aims to test the agency theory of dividend policy and capital structure on company performance in mining companies on the Indonesian stock exchange ( BEI) 2016-2021. The population in this study was 41 mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2021. This research used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 11 companies. The sample collection technique uses a purposive sampling method, namely taking research samples by paying attention to certain criteria based on the research objectives. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of this research show that Dividend policy and Capital Structure simultaneously influence Company Performance (ROA)

Abstract

The problem of drug use has now become a pandemic that occurs in almost all regions in our country, prone to drugs where drug use is not only consumed by adults but also adolescents and children also become victims. As for the spread, it no longer focuses on big cities but has penetrated the villages, which are massive even with many casualties. This condition of vulnerability must be addressed immediately considering the severe impact that spreads such as social problems and increasing crime. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran digital dan penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di kedai kopi di Kota Medan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data primer. Sebanyak 300 responden pengunjung kedai kopi di Kota Medan dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di kedai kopi. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penanganan keluhan pelanggan yang efektif juga meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di kedai kopi. Namun, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penanganan keluhan hanya memiliki pengaruh yang moderat terhadap loyalitas pelanggan jika dibandingkan dengan pemasaran digital. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dapat menjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di kedai kopi. Selain itu, penerapan sistem yang baik untuk menangani keluhan pelanggan sangat penting untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Pengelola kedai kopi di Kota Medan dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dalam menangani keluhan mereka. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan, seperti kualitas dan harga produk.

Abstract

Analisis laporan keuangan merupakan metode atau teknik untuk melakukan evaluasi komprehensif terhadap laporan keuangan suatu perusahaan. Analisis ini krusial untuk menilai stabilitas keuangan serta untuk mengidentifikasi laba atau rugi yang diperoleh perusahaan. Jenis laporan keuangan yang dianalisis mencakup neraca, laporan laba rugi, dan laporan perubahan posisi keuangan. This research aims to assess the performance and financial condition of PT. Gudang Garam, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah analisis rasio, mencakup rasio likuiditas dan solvabilitas. Penelitian ini didasari oleh kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada tahun 2018, 2019, dan 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas meningkat dari tahun 2018 ke 2019, tetapi menurun dari tahun 2019 ke 2020. Rasio solvabilitas, termasuk debt-to-asset ratio dan debt-to-equity ratio, menunjukkan penurunan dari tahun 2018 ke 2019, sedangkan tangible asset-to-equity ratio mengalami peningkatan. Polanya serupa juga tampak antara tahun 2019 dan 2020.

Abstract

Financial resilience (FR) and digital knowledge (DK) are two significant things that affect how people behave with money in the digital financial ecosystem, especially in developing nations like Indonesia. This study seeks to examine the mediating function of FR in the correlation between DK and FB among digital financial users in Medan City. This research employs a quantitative methodology, gathering data via an online survey of 230 participants who are active users of digital financial platforms, including e-wallets, mobile banking, and fintech lending. The Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was used to investigate the association between the postulated variables. The findings indicate that DK exerts a favorable and significant influence on both FR and FB, while FR similarly impacts FB positively. Furthermore, FR has been shown to partially moderate the link between DK and FB. This suggests that people who know more about digital technology tend to be better at handling money, which indicates that they are more responsible and healthy with their money. These results corroborate that digital competence enhances access to financial services and fortifies individuals' capacity to manage financial stress and make judicious financial decisions. This work theoretically enhances the behavioral finance literature by emphasizing the significance of incorporating digital literacy and financial resilience as essential factors influencing prudent financial behavior in the digital era. In practice, the findings of this study suggest that governments and financial institutions should develop complete digital financial education programs that emphasize both technical competencies and psychological preparedness to confront contemporary financial difficulties

Abstract

The organization has human resources, which is an essential factor as a driving force for the continuity of an organization; an organization can progress and develop if it has quality and reliable resources; as a measuring tool, it can be seen from employee performance where employee work can be used as an assessment of quality employees or not, then it can also be seen from employee performance whether employees are professional in their work or not. This type of research is quantitative research. The research population is permanent PT Pesona Inti Rasa employees, totaling 80 employees; the sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The study's results stated that work discipline does not affect employee performance; giving rewards affects employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis dan menguji pengaruh dari literasi keuangan, dan financial technology terhadap peningkatan kinerja UKM. Metoden penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pembagian angket kuesioner kepada para responden. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 98 UKM pada  berbagai sektor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan bantuan program SPSS, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM. Dengan persamaan regresi pada variabel Literasi Keuangan (X1) pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,789 dan pengaruhnya secara positif.  Financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UKM. Dengan persamaan regresi sebesar 0,789, dan pengaruhnya secara postif. Nilai adjusted R Square yaitu sebesar 0,292 atau 29,2, %, ini membuktikan bahwa Variabel Literasi Keuangan (X1), dan Variabel Financial Technology memiliki pengaruh terhadap Variabel Kinerja Keuangan UKM (Y) dan sisanya 70,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of employee green behavior on the performance of green instructors in the Madrasah context in Medan City, using the frameworks of organizational ambidexterity and green self-efficacy. Adopting a quantitative research methodology, the study utilized surveys as the primary data collection tool. The research population consisted of all Madrasah instructors in Medan City, totaling 229 individuals, who also served as the research sample. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative statistical methods, specifically path analysis. Primary data were collected through surveys, while secondary data were obtained from official Madrasah records. The findings reveal that instructors’ green self-efficacy in Madrasahs in Medan City is significantly influenced by their green behavior. Moreover, environmentally sustainable practices positively impact organizational ambidexterity, which in turn affects teacher performance. However, organizational ambidexterity does not have a direct significant influence on green teacher performance. Conversely, employee green behavior indirectly enhances teacher performance through its effects on organizational ambidexterity and green self-efficacy.
