Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of word of mouth, service quality and location on   purchasing decisions on consumers of Ratu Jln hijab. Tlogomas Malang City, East Java. The population in this study were consumers who had or were making purchases and this sample was taken using purposive sampling technique and the total sample was 60 respondents. The data source used is primary data and the method of collection is using a questionnaire technique. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth, service quality and location influence purchasing decisions, the variable word of mouth partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of Ratu Jln hijab. Tlogomas Malang City, East Java.Keywords: word of mouth, service quality, location, purchasing decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Malang Uniccrab Seafood Restaurant in Lowokwaru District, Malang City. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, promotion on customer satisfaction. The variables of product quality, service quality, promotion, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents who made food purchases at Seafood Uniccrab Malang. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, determination test with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the variables of product quality, service quality, promotion partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: customer satisfaction, product quality, service quality, promotion

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and product innovation on purchase decisions through partial or simultaneous. This research is a type of explanatory research. The population of this research is the customers from Starbucks located in Kec. Klojen, Malang City. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique consisting of 75 respondents with predetermined criteria. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection uses a questionnaire method with a Likert scale as a measuring tool for respondents answers. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Product Innovation, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Jasa Pengiriman DPA Express Sumenep products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the direct effect of job design, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance and organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Based on data from PT Ongkowidjojo Malang, there are 350 employees as a population, so the sample used in the study was 78 employees. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. In this study, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using cross section data. Based on the results of path analysis and research results, it is known that job design has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job design has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of job design and organizational culture on employee performance. Keywords: Job design, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. The data used in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Batik Tulis Argotirto with a total sample of 64 consumers. Sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of the study simultaneously showed that product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy had a significant effect on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. While partially there is an influence between the variables of product quality, product innovation, and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. Keywords: Product Quality, Product Innovation, Marketing Strategy, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, trust and corporate image on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were customers of PT. Bank BPR UMKM East Java Mojokerto Branch that uses products/services at PT. Bank BPR UMKM East Java Mojokerto Branch with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling technique with non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The results showed that the variables of service quality, trust and corporate image simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. The variables of service quality, trust and company image partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Company Image, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis research seeks the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction in Jemblung II Malang coffee. This type of research uses quantitative methods that aim to find significant influences partially and simultaneously. The number of respondents used was 60 respondents, with the criteria of consumers aged 17 years and above and consumers who made coffee purchases. This research method is tested by validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption tests used are the normality assumption test, the multicolonierity assumption test, and the heterokedastisity assumption test. In addition, several linear regression tests are also used, and hypothesis testing, namely F test, T test, and determination test (R2). The results of this study show that there is a significant influence simultaneously between product quality variables and prices on consumer satisfaction. In part, there is an influence on product quality affecting consumer satisfaction, and price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price is the most dominant variable in consumer satisfaction for coffee jemblung II Malang. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract Humans are one of the important elements needed in an organization. Even a company or organization cannot run if there are no humans in it, even though the factors have been met, the company still requires the role of humans so that the company's performance runs effectively and efficiently. company or organization. PT. The Nugraha Ekakurir route or better known as JNE is a private courier and logistics service company that has been developing in Indonesia for a long time. The sample in this study included 56 respondent at JNE Surabaya.In this study, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive research method in which the researcher distributed questionnaires to analyze the results of the respondents' answers and then tested them to get answers to the formulated hypotheses. Based on the research that has been done by the researcher, a result is obtained, where simultaneously the work environment, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the level of employee performance in the main office of JNE Surabaya. In this study the sample is Malang City CV. Guna Karya employees.
