Abstract

Desa Dayun merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Dayun, Kabupaten Siak, Indonesia. Stunting merupakan salah satu bentuk kegagalan pertumbuhan pada balita yang ditandai dengan tubuh pendek yang merupakan akibat dari akumulasi kekurangan gizi yang berlangsung sejak kehamilan hingga usia dua tahun. Penyuluhan dilakukan kepada siswa SMPN 2 Dayun mengenai stunting. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini merupakan salah satu program kerja kelompok Kukerta di Desa Dayun yang dilakukan pada Juli s/d Agustus 2023. Tujuan dilaksanakannya program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja di Desa Dayun mengenai anemia dan stunting dengan memperhatikan kesehatan yang kedepannya akan berdampak besar. Kegiatan pencegahan stunting yang dilakukan antara lain penyuluhan pencegahan stunting dengan sasaran remaja putri untuk pengetahuan tentang anemia serta pembagian tablet suplemen darah kepada remaja putri. Cara yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi mengenai pengetahuan tentang anemia sebagai cara mencegah stunting sejak dini dan pembagian tablet suplemen darah. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pencegahan stunting sejak dini.

Abstract

The results of the situation analysis show that the implementation of differentiated learning at SMPN 21 Dumai is not yet optimal, this is proven by the content indicators that teachers still depend on the material in books. Based on the problems faced, the solution that can be presented is Classpoint-Based Learning Media Training to Realize Differentiated Learning. The results of the training showed that of the 25 participants who developed learning media, 11 people or 44% of participants achieved very good criteria, 12 participants or 48% achieved good criteria, and 2 people or 8% of participants achieved low criteria. If we look at the overall average score, the Classpoint Teacher learning media training participants at SMP Negeri 21 Dumai achieved very good criteria, namely a score of 85.3%. Thus, the Classpoint Utilization training for Dumai 21 Public Middle School teachers can be said to be successful. Classpoint-based learning media training is a strategic step in supporting differentiated learning. By utilizing technology, teachers can more effectively meet students' unique needs, creating inclusive and engaging learning environments

Abstract

Purpose: In Siak District, Sumatra, 57.44% of the administrative area consists of peatlands. To address the environmental and agricultural challenges in this ecosystem, Penghulu of Dayun initiated the formation of the Peat Ecosystem Protection and Management Team of Kampung Dayun Lestari (TK-PPEG). This community-based, non-profit organization developed an Integrated Paludiculture Demonstration Plot as part of the Peat Care Independent Village initiative. This service program aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of financial planning and control in the development of this demonstration plot. Research methodology: The program employed a mentoring approach involving structured discussions, observations, and analyses. The activity focused on assessing the alignment between the proposed Budget Plan (RAB) and actual budget realization. Results: The analysis revealed that 60% of the total budget had been effectively realized, aligning with initial cost estimates and prevailing market prices. This indicates that the financial execution was efficient and well managed. The demonstration plot project is progressing smoothly, with the budget being strategically utilized and in line with planning expectations. Conclusions: The RAB proved to be an essential financial tool for guiding decisions regarding procurement and resource allocation. Its use ensures stakeholder involvement and contributes to financial control and goal achievement. The high alignment between the RAB and budget realization suggests strong planning and implementation. Limitations: The remote location of the demonstration site and limited observation time posed challenges in comprehensively monitoring the activities. Contribution: This program supports the improvement of financial management practices and enhances transparency and accountability within local environmental initiatives.

Abstract

The development of technology has triggered various innovations in the world of education, especially in learning media which plays an important role. With the increasing need for digital-based learning to support distance learning, the development of digital technology-based learning media is very important. In addition, case study-based learning is an important aspect in improving students' critical thinking skills. To answer these challenges, Lumi Education integrated case study-based learning media was designed. This research aims to develop learning media based on case studies integrated with Lumi Education to improve students' critical thinking skills. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. Riau University. This research procedure follows the 4-D development model. However, it only reaches the development stage, which includes three stages: Define, Design and Develop.Defining stage includes analyzing needs, developing case concepts, designing case structures and determining supporting materials, Second, the Design Stage which includes making materials, designing learning media based on case studies and media validation by experts. From the results of media validation by media validator material validators, the case study-based learning media integrated with Lumi Education is categorized as feasible and can be applied in the lecture process. This development produces practical and high-quality media products that aim to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa akibat dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X MA Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment, melibatkan dua kelas sampel (kelas X-3 dan X-2), masing-masing 28 siswa, dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan lembar observasi. Hasil deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dari kategori sangat rendah (57,14%) menjadi sangat tinggi (71,43%) setelah penerapan PBL. Uji t menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (sig. 0,000 < 0,05), dan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,842 termasuk kategori tinggi. Disimpulkan bahwa model PBL efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to see the magnitude of the influence of principal academic supervision on the professionalism of teachers in economics. This research is limited to the state high school unit group only, because there are so many private high schools in Kampar Regency. The method used is a survey method with correlational techniques. The population in this study were all 55 teachers of the economy at SMA Negeri Kampar Regency. The data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation obtained from the principal. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis. As well as using the data requirements test, namely: normality test and linearity test. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the principal's academic supervision on the professionalism of teachers in economics was 16.80%, while the remaining 83.20% was determined by other factors that were not part of this study.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan elemen kunci dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, namun banyak guru masih kesulitan dalam mengimplementasikannya karena keterbatasan pemanfaatan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan Classpoint sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang mendukung pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis workshop yang melibatkan 25 guru SMPN 21 Dumai, yang dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dengan pendekatan sinkron dan asinkron. Evaluasi keberhasilan pelatihan dilakukan melalui pre-test, post-test, dan observasi keterampilan pengembangan media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 44% peserta mencapai kategori sangat baik, 48% berada dalam kategori baik, dan 8% masuk kategori kurang dalam pemanfaatan Classpoint. Skor rata-rata keseluruhan adalah 85,3%, yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dibandingkan sebelum pelatihan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis teknologi efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parents' education level and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of class XI students of Accounting Subjects of SMK Negeri 1 Kandis. The type of research used is survey research with quantitative research methods. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Kandis with the total population in this study were 61 students, from class XI AKL 1 and AKL 2 with sampling techniques using a census. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation to obtain student learning outcomes and questionnaires to obtain data on parents' education level and learning motivation. The collected data were then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The descriptive research results show that the level of parental education is in the middle category and learning motivation is in the high category while student learning outcomes are in the excellent category. The results of this study indicate that the level of parental education and learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes with the regression equation Y = 79.121 + 1.472X1 + 0.177X2 + e and contributes to student learning outcomes by 39.7% and 60.3% is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan literasi digital terhadap keberlanjutan usaha bidang kuliner di Kecamatan Binawidya. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 78 unit usaha kafe dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel yaitu usaha kafe yang memiliki izin usaha dan minimal berumur dua tahun, sehingga diperoleh sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 unit usaha kafe. Data yang telah dikumpulkan ditabulasi dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan literasi digital berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Oleh karena itu semakin baik literasi keuangan dan literasi digital pelaku usaha UMKM, maka akan baik tingkat keberlanjutan usahanya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia, termasuk mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Riau. Padahal, kewirausahaan dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam mengatasi tingginya angka pengangguran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui ekspektasi pendapatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus terhadap 110 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi angkatan 2021. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) berbantuan software IBM AMOS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi pendapatan; (2) pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap ekspektasi pendapatan; (3) ekspektasi pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha; (4) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha, tetapi tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui ekspektasi pendapatan; dan (5) pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha, namun berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui ekspektasi pendapatan. Dengan demikian, ekspektasi pendapatan terbukti menjadi variabel intervening yang memperkuat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan kewirausahaan serta dukungan lingkungan keluarga untuk mendorong tumbuhnya jiwa wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa.
