Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of educational institutions in producing quality and highly competitive graduates. The main focus of this research is to analyze the strategies and policies implemented by educational institutions to improve the quality and competitiveness of their graduates in the job market. This research method involves surveys, interviews, and documentation analysis of several higher education institutions and secondary schools. This research is directed at evaluating the curriculum, teaching methods and supporting facilities provided by educational institutions in creating a learning environment that is conducive to the development of skills and knowledge relevant to the demands of the current job market. Apart from that, this research will also assess the effectiveness of internship programs, collaboration with industry, and career support provided by educational institutions to their students. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the efforts of educational institutions to produce graduates who not only have academic competence, but also practical skills and a strong understanding of industry needs. It is hoped that the implications of these findings can become the basis for improving educational policies and practices in order to increase the quality and competitiveness of graduates in this era of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the financial strategies implemented in improving the quality of financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. Good quality financial management in schools is a crucial factor in supporting the achievement of educational goals and human resource development. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documents related to school finances. This research will focus on identifying financial strategies that have been implemented, such as budget allocation, financial resource management, and financial performance evaluation. SWOT analysis will be used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing financial strategies at SMPN 3 Cilegon. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of the financial strategies that have been implemented, as well as provide recommendations for improvements to improve financial management at SMPN 3 Cilegon. The implications of this research can be a basis for policy makers, school principals and related parties in designing strategic policies that are more effective in improving the quality of financial management in secondary level educational institutions

Abstract

This research explores the important role of financial management in achieving educational excellence at SDN Gedong Dalem 01, Cilegon City. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research analyzes school financial data and conducts in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to understand the impact of effective financial management on the quality of education. The research results show that transparency, efficiency and wise allocation of funds are important factors in improving the quality of education in these schools. These findings are consistent with previous research which confirms the importance of good financial management in achieving educational goals. Practical implications of this research include the need to expand managerial and financial capacity for school staff through training and technical support. This research makes a significant contribution in strengthening understanding of the relationship between school financial management and the achievement of educational excellence, as well as providing direction for concrete efforts to improve managerial and financial capabilities at the school level

Abstract

This service activity aims to optimize the use of digital marketing through seminars on successful MSME strategies to improve the family economy for the coastal communities of Panjang Island, Banten. The total respondents involved in this survey were 20 MSME owners salting and boiling anchovies, banana chips, dola-dola dodol seaweed and seaweed cultivation. In this service activity, there are several stages of implementation including: (1) survey; (2) measure prior knowledge; (3) digital marketing assistance; and (4) evaluation. In addition, this activity also includes MSME mentoring activities in the form of continuous support. Results of the series of activities: (1) survey: Long Island coastal communities have great potential to develop their MSME businesses through digital marketing; (2) measuring prior knowledge to confirm survey findings, with the majority of seminar participants having a limited understanding of digital marketing; (3) mentoring activities involving seminars on digital marketing success strategies succeeded in providing in-depth insights to participants; and (4) the evaluation results of the seminar activities showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing. Overall, this service activity proves that training and mentoring in digital marketing can provide tangible benefits for the coastal communities of Panjang Island

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan inovasi gaya kepemimpinan melalui visi dan misi organisasi, adaptasi dengan globalisasi, edukatif, dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan disiplin, dan mental siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan teori transformasional dalam kepemimpinan sekolah dasar dan berinovasi dalam pengembangan edukatif. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan responden para guru sekolah dasar kota Cilegon. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey google form dan terkumpul 180 responden untuk diuji dan dibahas melalui alat statistic structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap disiplin; (2) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap mental siswa; (3) tidak ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah; (4) tidak ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah; serta (5) ada pengaruh mental siswa terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah transformasi kepemimpinan masa depan lebih memfokuskan pada aspek peningkatan disiplin kerja dan mental siswa.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi merupakan hasil kerja organisasi yang direfleksikan dalam bentuk penetapan strategi optimalisasi biaya melalui dua strategi antara lain perusahaan perlu memetakan kembali batas atas biaya (cost control), dan penurunan biaya (cost reducting) pada kinerja organisasi. Metode penelitian adalah metode survei yang menggambarkan persepsi karyawan perusahaan PT Pou Chen Indonesia mengenai variabel penelitian. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan goggle form melalui Whats App group. Data responden akan dianalisis dengan alat statistic Structural Equation Model dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squre (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh cost control terhadap optimizing cost; (2) tidak ada pengaruh cost control terhadap organization performance; (3) bahwa tidak ada pengaruh cost reduction terhadap optimizing cost; (4) ada pengaruh cost reduction terhadap organization performance; serta (5) tidak ada pengaruh optimizing cost terhadap organization performance. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah adaptasi biaya produksi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi melalui optimalisasi biaya sebagai mediasi antar hubungan antar variabel.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengoptimalkan peran penghargaan, kepuasan kerja, dan rasa Bahagia sebagai factor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang mengutamakan tanggapan responden atas kuesioner yang diajukan, dan sebanyak 175 responden telah memberikan jawaban. Data responden ini dipergunakan sebagai dasar pembahasan melalui pendekatan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1)  tidak ada  pengaruh prestasi kerja terhadap penghargaan; (2) tidak ada pengaruh prestasi kerja terhadap rasa bahagia; (3) tidak ada  pengaruh prestasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja; (4) tidak ada pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap penghargaan; (5)  ada pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap rasa bahagia; (6) bahwa   ada pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kepuasan kerja; (7) tidak ada pengaruh penghargaan terhadap kinerja; (8) tidak ada pengaruh rasa bahagia terhadap kinerja; serta (9)  tidak ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu pengembangan model kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan melalui penguatan Kerjasama tim, menciptakan rasa Bahagia, dan menciptakan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan teori kualitas pemimpin masa depan, dan implikasinya pada mutu Pendidikan sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan sebagai responden riset para guru sekolah dasar di kota Cilegon. Riset ini mengembangkan model mediasi sebagai predictor yaitu komitmen kerja dan reward manajemen terhadap modifikasi manajerial.  Teknik pengumpulan data melalui sebaran kuesioner pada guru ASN, dan terkumpul 175 responden. Metode Analisis data Pendekatan analisis kuantitatif bagian adopsi Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian antara lain menunjukkan: (1) ada pengaruh total quality manajemen terhadap komitmen kerja; (2) ada pengaruh total quality manajemen terhadap reward manajemen; (3) ada pengaruh total quality manajemen terhadap modifikasi manajerial; (4) tidak ada pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap modifikasi manajerial; (5) ada pengaruh reward manajemen  terhadap modifikasi manajerial; serta (6) uji mediasi menghasilkan variabel komitmen kerja dapat dipergunakan untuk menghubungkan variabel independent dan dependen. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu modifikasi manajerial dapat dipengaruhi oleh factor total quality manajemen, dan reward manajemen.

Abstract

Manajerial kepala sekolah merupakan kemampuan kepala sekolah mendorong komitmen guru dan kesehatan guru ke arah yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendesain ulang manajerial kepala sekolah dengan teori agensi. Desain penelitian adalah positivime kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar kota Cilegon. Teknik sampling menggunakan Teknik random (acak) sebanyak 157 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner digital yang disebar melalui grup PGRI kota Cilegon. Alat analisis menggunakan alat statistic Structural equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: komitmen guru (p-value 0.000 < 0.05) dan kesehatan guru memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap manajerial kepala sekolah (p-Value 0.010 < 0.05), dan komitmen guru memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesehatan (p-Value 0.000 < 0.05). simpulan penelitian ini yaitu manajerial menggambarkan kompetensi, kinerja yang dapat diukur dengan komitmen guru dan kesehatan guru.

Abstract

Inovasi kinerja kepala sekolah perlu melibatkan factor konsituen sekolah seperti fasilitas belajar PAI, dan akuntabilitas guru PAI dan iklim kerjasama. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui factor – factor yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kauntitatif melalui pengumpulan jawaban responden. Populasi penelitian adalah para guru PAI baik ASN atau nonasn yang menagjar PAI. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan Teknik random (acak) dan terkumpul 180 jawaban responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS), untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil temuan antara lain kinerja kepala sekolah dapat dipengaruhi oleh akuntabilitas guru PAI, dan iklim kerjasama. selain itu, untuk menciptakan iklim kerjasama perlu ditingkatkan fasilitas belajar PAI. Simpulan, inovasi kinerja kepala sekolah dapat diukur melalui akuntabilitas guru PAI, dan iklim kerjasama yang dipengaruhi oleh factor fasilitas belajar PAI.
