The sharia economy offers a different approach from conventional economics, prioritizing the principles of justice, transparency, and sustainability. In the sharia economic system, there are various instruments that must be understood in depth by the actors. One of these instruments is sharia tax or known as Al-Kharaj. Al-Kharaj is a type of tax levied on land conquered by Muslims and administered by the government. This concept not only contains financial aspects but also has high social values and justice. This community service activity uses a lecture and discussion method aimed at STIE Ganesha Semester 4 Regular A. Management S1 students A. This activity is prepared for approximately 3 (three) months which includes the preparation, planning and implementation stages. The implementation of the activity was carried out for 1 (one) day, where the PKM team consisted of 4 (four) STIE Ganesha dsen and 8 (eight) students, where the lecturer was responsible for compiling the material and giving lectures, while students assisted in logistics and documentation to ensure that the activity ran smoothly and effectively. With a clear and interactive presentation, the lecture session succeeded in providing participants with a deep understanding of Al-Kharaj sharia tax and with an interactive and collaborative atmosphere, the discussion session succeeded in deepening the participants' understanding and giving them the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned in practical situations.

Abstract: This study aimed to explore trust of collage students in Makassar towards their lecturers. There were 238 research participants, consisted of 128 females and 110 males. The data collection technique applied a questionnaire. After collectig data, we analyzed through simple regression analysis in SPSS application. The result of this study showed that 68% of trust is formed by personal and relational attributes. The aspects which were not significant to this trust model are closeness and reciprocity. Further research also found that 33% of students felt that their lecturers met the desired criteria while 67% of students felt that their lecturers did not meet the desired criteria. In the end, this study provided an overview of the appropriate model of trust between students towards lecturers in the higher education environment in general and specifically in the university environment in Makassar. The author hoped that this study will become a reference in building a conducive academic evironment and initial step to support an effective teaching and learning process, as well as an effort to avoid conflicts that occur in power relations between lecturers and students.

ABSTRAKPemanfaatan tanaman herbal sebagai aditif pakan yang memiliki fungsi fotobiotik dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengganti penggunaan antibiotik dalam budidaya ayam broiler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektifitas tepung temulawak (Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb.) dan tepung kencur (Kaempferia galangan L.) sebagai fitobiotik yang dikombinasikan dengan mineral zink terhadap respon organ pencernaan dan organ limfod ayam broiler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri lima perlakuan, empat ulangan yang setiap ulangan terdapat tiga ekor ayam broiler. Perlakuan (P) yang diberikan meliputi P1 (ransum basal), P2 (ransum basal + 2,5% tepung temulawak + 120 ppm mineral zink), P3 (ransum basal + 0,04% tepung kencur + 120 ppm mineral zinc), P4 (ransum basal + 2,5% tepung temulawak + 0,04% tepung kencur), dan P5 (ransum basal + 2,5% tepung temulawak + 0,04% tepung kencur + 120 ppm mineral zink). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap bobot relatif ventrikulus, hati, timus, dan bursa fabrisius. Bobot relatif organ pencernaan umumnya lebih tinggi pada perlakuan P5 (ransum basal +2,5% tepung temulawak + 0,04% tepung kencur +120 ppm mineral zink). Sedangkan bobot relatif organ limfoid lebih besar pada perlakuan tepung temulawak, tepung kencur dan mineral zink dibandingkan kontrol. Penggunaan tepung temulawak, tepung kencur dan mineral zink tidak menunjukkan efek yang buruk berdasarkan bobot relatif organ pencernaan dan organ limfoid ayam broiler.Kata kunci: temulawak, kencur, mineral zink, broiler, organ limfoid, organ pencernaan Relative Weight of Digestive Organs and Lymphoid Broiler Chickens Given Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb., Kaempferia galangan L., and Mineral ZincABSTRACTUtilization of herbal plants as feed additives that have a phytobiotic function can be an alternative to replace the use of antibiotics in broiler cultivation. The treatments (P) that were given included P1 (Basal ration), P2 (Basal ration +2.5% Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb. flour+ 120 ppm mineral zinc), P3 (Basal ration + 0.04% Kaempferia galangan L. flour + 120 ppm zinc mineral), P4 (Basal ration + 2.5% Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb. flour+ 0.04% Kaempferia galangan L. flour), and P5 (Basal ration + 2.5% Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb. flour + 0.04% Kaempferia galangan L. flour + 120 ppm zinc mineral). The results showed that the treatment had a significant effect (p<0.05) on the relative weight of the ventriculus, liver, thymus, and bursa fabrisius. The relative weight of the digestive organs was generally higher in the P5 treatment (basal ratio + 2.5% Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb flour +0.04% Kaempferia galangan L. flour +120 ppm mineral zinc). Meanwhile, the relative weight of lymphoid organs was greater in the treatment of ginger flour, kencur flour and zinc minerals than the control. The use of Curcuma xanthorhiza Roxb flour, Kaempferia galangan L. flour and zinc minerals did not show any bad effects based on the relative weight of the digestive organs and lymphoid organs of broiler chickens.Keywords: temulawak, kencur, zinc minerals, broiler, lymphoid, digestive organs

The study aimed to understand antimicrobial properties of plantaricin derived from L. plantarum IIA-1A5 and its inhibitory mechanism against Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 under SEM (scanning electron microscopy) observation. The inhibition of microbial growth was evaluated according to diameter of inhibitory zone. Scanning electron microscopy was then applied to observe the microstructure. The diameter of antimicrobial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 reached 6.52 mm in whey medium and 8.45 mm in whey+ medium (added with sucrose, tryptone and yeast extract). The experimental result clearly demonstrated the inhibition Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853. Observation by SEM suggested that the antimicrobial activity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 related destruction of cellular morphology. The cell membrane was destroyed as indicated by the release of nucleic acid and reduction of membrane potential. In short, our experiment provided meaningful evidence on the future use of plantaricin IIA-1A5 as food preservative through disruption of cellular membrane causing leading to cell dying.Keywords: Plantaricin, Lactobacillus plantarun, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, antimicrobial activity

This study aims to determine the performance and carcass quality of broiler chickens given papaya leaf juice at different levels and frequencies. This research was conducted for 42 days in 35 days of treatment from 8 May to 18 June 2022. The location for the research was Tuppu Village, Kec. Lembang, Kab. Pinrang, South Sulawesi. This study used a completely randomized design consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replications. This study used doses of P1 (20 ml/liter papaya leaf juice 1 time/week), P2 (20 ml/liter papaya leaf juice 2 times/week), and P3 (20 ml/liter papaya leaf juice 3 times/week). . Parameters measured were feed consumption, body weight gain, feed conversion, and carcass percentage. The results showed that giving papaya leaf juice in drinking water had a significant effect on feed consumption in treatment P1 (886.83 g/head) and had no significant effect on body weight gain in treatment P2 (412.93 g/head), feed conversion P1 (2.17 g). /head) and Percentage of Carcass P3 (79.05 %).

The main challenge in tofu production is the rising cost of soybean raw materials, which impacts efficiency and profitability. A quantitative approach was employed to develop a mathematical model based on Linear Programming, incorporating variables such as raw material availability, production capacity, and market demand. The model was solved using POM-QM Software. The analysis revealed that the optimal daily production for maximum profit of IDR 178,000 can be achieved with 2.55 cycles of white tofu production and 3.27 cycles of yellow tofu production per day. These findings highlight the importance of applying optimization methods to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Teacher performance reviewed from work motivation, organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture at SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Blora. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of work motivation, organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Blora. The population of this study was all teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Blora totaling 46 people with a saturated sample technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the Multiple Linear Analysis method. The results of the study showed that work motivation, organizational commitment, leadership style, and organizational culture influenced teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Blora by 72.1% while the remaining 27.9% was explained by other variables not proposed in this study. Suggestions from this study, teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Blora can improve work motivation, organizational commitment, and good organizational culture through a leadership style that is suitable to achieve maximum performance results for SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen Blora.

Due to the regulation prohibiting the use of Antibiotic Growth Promoters (AGP), it is essential to explore alternative solutions for feed additives in the broiler industry. One promising approach is to utilize herbal plants as feed additives to enhance the performance and quality of broilers. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of herbal plant-based feed additives, specifically fermented garlic, cinnamon, and betel leaves, on the performance and quality of broiler carcasses. This study employed a completely randomized design (CRD) featuring four treatments and five replications. For a duration of 30 days, the treatments administered to the broilers included: P0 (control), P1 (herbal concoction at 1.5 ml per 500 ml of water), P2 (herbal concoction at 2.5 ml per 500 ml of water), and P3 (herbal concoction at 3.5 ml per 500 ml of water).The variables measured in this study included feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. The administration of herbal medicine did not have a significant effect (P > 0.05) on feed consumption, body weight gain, or feed conversion in broilers. However, the level of herbal medicine administration showed some trends: P3 (3.5 ml herbal medicine per 500 ml of water) was associated with better feed consumption and body weight gain, while P2 (2.5 ml herbal medicine per 500 ml of water) indicated a tendency for improved feed conversion.

Semangat nasionalisme di kalangan generasi muda Indonesia pada saat ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Masuknya globalisasi dan modernisasi membawa pengaruh terhadap generasi muda yang dikhawatirkan terkikis oleh budaya asing, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk menumbuhkan kembali semangat nasionalisme. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mempelajari sejarah perjuangan pahlawan, satu diantarannya adalah Brigjend Hasan Basry. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengkaji nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry yang menumbuhkan semangat nasionalis yang dapat ditanamkan kepada generasi muda. Artikel ini disusun dengan metode studi literature dengan memanfaatkan 20 sumber yang berhubungan dengan nasionalisme dari perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry. Hasil dan pembahasan artikel ini untuk menguraikan Biografi dari Brigjend Hasan Basry, Perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry memproklamasikan kemerdekaan Kalimantan, Nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry, Perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry yang dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar IPS untuk menumbuhkan semangat nasionalis generasi muda. Kegigihan perjuangan Brigjend Hasan Basry dapat menjadi contoh teladan bagi generasi muda untuk membangkitkan semangat nasionalis di era globalisasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap telur itik asin dengan kombinasi bawang putih (Allium Sativum L.) dan Cabai Merah Keriting (Capsicum annum L.) dengan Metode injeksi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara uji organoleptik yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama ekstrak bawang putih dan cabai merah keriting dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda (20%,40%,60% dan 80%) dan faktor kedua lama penyimpanan setelah di injeksi (3 jam, 4 jam, 5 jam dan 6 jam) dengan rancangan acak lengkap pola faktorial 3×3 dengan 3 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji mutu hedonik berpengaruh nyata (P>0.05) terhadap tekstur, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap warna Yolk, warna Albumin, rasa dan aroma, sedangkan uji hedonik tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0.05) terhadap warna Yolk, warna Albumin, rasa, tekstur dan aroma.
