Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan keteramplan berpikir kreatif siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) pada materi medan magnetik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen.  Menggunakan desain penelitian yaitu, pre-test post-test control group design. Model AIR sebagai variabel bebas dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA Negeri 19 Kab. Tangerang. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu, kelas XII IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XII IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji T pada pre-test kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yaitu, thitungttabel sebesar 0,7732,042 maka tidak terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kreatif pada siswa pada kedua kelas uji. Berdasarkan uji T pada hasil post-test yaitu, thitungttabel sebesar 8,5482,042 disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kreatif antara siswa kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil peneilitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa menggunakan model AIR pada materi medan magnet.

Abstract

Research on infestation rate of the digestive fluke on Bali cattle in the Sukoharjo Sub-district , Pringsewu District, Lampung Province held in December 2014 and January 2015. The purpose of this research was to determine the infestation rate of the digestive fluke in Sukoharjo sub-district, Pringsewu District, Lampung Province. The method used is a survey with proportional random sampling, the stool samples obtained 131 Bali cattle. Analysis of the data used in the study is descriptive. The parameters observed were gastrointestinal worm eggs that Paramphistomum sp., Haemonchus sp., Oesophagustomum sp., Mecistocirrus sp., Cooperia sp., Ascaris sp., Trichostrongylus sp., and Nematodirus sp .. The results of this study showed that the prevalence of Bali Cattle that infected Paramphistomum sp. is 74.05%, Haemonchus sp. is 4.58%, Oesophagustomum sp. is 18.32%, Mecistocirrus sp. is 2.29%, Cooperia sp. is 0.76%, Ascaris sp. is 0.76%, Trichostrongylus sp. is 1.53%, and Nematodirus sp. is 0.76%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that encourage and inhibit farmers' desire to replant oil palm trees in Suka Damai Village, Tebing Tinggi Sub-district, Tanjung Jabung Barat District. The research was conducted as a survey of farmers in Suka Damai Village with the criteria that the age of oil palm plants is more than 20 years old and technically feasible to replant. A sample of 108 farmers was taken from a population of 540 oil palm farmers using the simple random method. The research data were analyzed using a regression model with the dependent variable measured binary. The results showed that land size, number of family members, gross income from oil palm farming, and total household expenditure influenced farmers' willingness to replant. Farmer age, formal education, age of the oil palm plantation, and access to credit loans do not influence farmers' desire to replant oil palm. Factors driving farmers' desire to replant oil palm crops are variables of oil palm land area, number of farmer family members, and gross oil palm farm income, while the inhibiting factor is the total expenditure of farmer households.

Abstract

Based on accident statistics data at PT. Nindya Citra Kharisma KSO, many accident cases are due to poor behavior in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) caused by low knowledge about PPE. Therefore, quantitative research was conducted on the relation of knowledge with the behavior of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in workers of the "Mainline 1" project of PT. Nindya Citra Kharisma KSO in 2023. . This research is a quantitative research with an analytical descriptive design with a cross sectional method. The population in this study was 60 workers. In data collection using total sampling, then the data obtained is analyzed to describe relationships and images using the chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that 65.5% have bad knowledge, show behavior in the use of bad personal protective equipment with a p-value of 0.050, meaning that there is a relation between knowledge and the behavior of using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with a Prevalence Ratio (PR) of 1.966. Researchers suggest that HSE is advised to reinforce the Tool Box Talk schedule, require workers to follow TBT and be present on time and provide strict sanctions if workers are absent or arrive late 3 times in a row.

Abstract

The results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers using the DASS 21 questionnaire and stress impact questionnaire on 10 workers at PT Nindya Citra Kharisma KSO's Manggarai "Mainline 1" project in 2023, found that there were workers who experienced stress with the most impact felt feeling easily tired. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between working time and fatigue with work stress. This study used a cross sectional design with a population of 60 people and the sampling method used was a total sampling of 50 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results of the analysis showed that as many as 29 (58%) workers experienced stress. There is no relationship between years of service (p value = 1,000; PR = 0.967) with work stress and there is a relationship between fatigue and work stress (p value = 0.45; PR 2,057). It can be concluded that fatigue is related to work stress while working period are not related to work stress. Researchers suggest that a work fatigue and stress control program be held through a shift work system so that the duration of work does not exceed NAB (8 hours / day).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS siswa kelas III di SDN Kramat 06 Pagi yang memiliki kemampuan rendah dalam mata pelajaran tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menerapkan model pembelajaran Small Group Work (SGW) dengan menggunakan media gambar. Data prestasi belajar siswa dikumpulkan melalui tes dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif baik untuk data kualitatif maupun data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran SGW dengan media gambar dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Pada awalnya, nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 60,76 dan meningkat menjadi 70,51 pada siklus I, serta mencapai 79,74 pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan, dengan persentase awal hanya 30,76% kemudian meningkat menjadi 82,05% pada siklus I, dan akhirnya mencapai 100% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran SGW dengan media gambar efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS siswa kelas III di SDN Kramat 06 Pagi pada semester II tahun pelajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Social media in the last decade has become a channel that greatly influences all sectors of public life. It allows companies to see what topics are being discussed, what customers want in certain products on social media. The rapid dissemination of product information makes it easy for a brand to be known by Instagram social media users. On Instagram, there are many ways to promote products such as the Instagram Buzzer. The message delivered by buzzers on Instagram is done by combining captions with photos that are interesting and appropriate to the product being promoted. The buzzer's language style is also adapted to each character and is not given specific guidelines or formats. The research entitled "The Role of Instagram Social Media Buzzers in Building the Allesgut Milk Product Brand" used qualitative research methods. This type of research used descriptive research. Descriptive research was used to collect information about the research subject and tried to describe all the circumstances during the research. The results of this research explain that buzzers must meet the category of social media users who already understand the context, the effectiveness of communication, and how to build collaboration and develop connections, in line with the 4C theory. From the perspective of PT. Selaras Husada, buzzers are the right actors on social media who will be able to increase consumer awareness about Allesgut milk products and sales concepts. Buzzers can build awareness of Allesgut milk products among followers.

Abstract

Krim pemutih merupakan campuran bahan kimia atau bahan lainnya dengan khasiat bisa memucatkan noda hitam pada kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik bayi yang dilahirkan oleh ibu pengguna krim pemutih di RSIA Sitti Khadijah 1 Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik bayi pada ibu pengguna krim pemutih yaitu jenis kelamin bayi laki-laki sebesar (45.0%) dan jenis kelamin bayi perempuan sebesar (55.0%), berat badan bayi tertinggi yaitu 3,1 kg sebesar (20.0%) dan terendah yaitu 2,4 kg sebesar (2.5%), tinggi badan bayi tertinggi yaitu 49 cm sebesar (40.0%) dan terendah 44 cm sebesar (2.5%), umur bayi tertinggi yaitu 14 hari sebesar (32.5%) dan umur bayi terendah yaitu 8 hari sebesar (2.5%), jenis krim kategori semisolid sebesar (35.0%) dan kategori padat sebesar (5.0%), frekuensi pemakaian krim pemutih dengan kategori pemakaian terbanyak 1 kali sehari sebesar (87,5%) dan terendah 2 kali sebesar (12.5%), durasi pemakaian krim pemutih kategori tertinggi 2 tahun sebesar (17.5%) dan terendah 3 tahun sebesar (12.5%), volume krim pemutih tertinggi 50 gr sebesar (45.0%) dan terendah 10 gr sebesar (5.0%). Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa mayoritas ibu di RSIA Sitti Khadijah 1 Makassar rutin menggunakan krim pemutih setiap harinya. Diharapkan agar ibu meminimalisir penggunaan krim pemutih selama kehamilan serta senantiasa memantau tumbuh kembang bayi secara berskala untuk mengetahui jika ada kelainan pada bayi.

Abstract

In the context of civil law, Tort Law plays an important role in upholding the rights of loss victims. Tort law is rooted in the principle that every individual has the right to live without experiencing interference from the unlawful acts of others. The aim of this research is to find out how Tort Law works in the context of Civil Law: Enforcement of the Rights of Loss Victims. The method used in this research is qualitative research in the nature of library research which uses books and other literature as the main object. Data analysis in this research looks for sources of information regarding tort law in the context of civil law: Enforcement of the Rights of Loss Victims. Based on research results, Tort Law in the context of civil law discusses violations of civil law that cause harm to individuals or property. The principle is to provide compensation to victims who suffer as a result of unlawful actions.

Abstract

Developments in this global era bring many changes that require a company to have human resources that can compete in current developments. This research aims to determine the existing HR development strategy at the Nelongso Bangkalan Fried Chicken restaurant. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique. Managers and staff employees were the samples (informants) in this research. The technique used to test the validity of the data is using the triangulation technique. The results of this research show that implementing appropriate HR development strategies can increase employee productivity and company competitiveness in facing the global era..
