Abstract

This study describes the management of pesantren education units in the era of collaborative financing at raudlatul mutaallim boarding school in Tasikmalaya City. Most of the boarding schools in Indonesia use their own funds to meet their educational needs. Moreover, salafiyah pesantren that do not have formal education institutions in it, so they do not get operational funds from the government, so salafiyah pesantren must independently meet their own needs, starting from finding sources of funds, managing funds, to monitoring and evaluating the funds used. Because Pesantren Raudlatul Mutaallim Tasikmalaya City is a salafiyah-based pesantren and does not get funds from the government, so Pesantren Raudlatul Mutaallim Tasikmalaya City independently seeks sources of funds for the management of the pesantren. The purpose of this research is to find out where the sources of funding come from at the Raudlatul Mutaallim Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City and to find out what the allocation of funds and budget planning are for. This research uses a qualitative approach by using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the financing of education at the Raudlatul Mutaallim Islamic Boarding School in Tasikmalaya City every year has increased, and the increase is adjusted to the implication or basic food ingredients which every year experience a decrease in the budget.

Abstract

The management of the Education center and teacher training have a central role in improving the quality of Education personnel. In West Java, this center is key in organizing teacher development programs. This study aims to investigate the management of teacher education and training centers in West Java, focusing on aspects of personnel, financing, facilities and infrastructure, and community relations. This study uses a literacy study method by detailing literature related to education and training center management. Information is collected from scientific articles, books, and official documents related to Education in West Java. The findings show challenges in personnel management, especially related to the selection and development of human resources. Financing is becoming a critical issue, with expanding funding sources and optimizing fund allocation considered crucial. The management of facilities and infrastructure is found to require innovation, especially in integrating technology into the learning process. Public relations management also requires more attention to ensure broad support from the community. This research provides in-depth insights into the management of teacher education and training centers in West Java. The implications of the findings can be used as a foundation for developing more effective policies in improving the quality of education and teacher training, fiber makes a positive contribution to the development of education at the regional level.

Abstract

Education is an important factor in human development. The education system in each country is different, depending on the existing social, cultural, political and economic context. Finland is known as one of the countries that has a quality and successful education system that is recognized worldwide. Indonesia, as a developing country, is still trying to improve the quality of education that can meet the needs and challenges of the times. This research aims to compare the management of educational units in Finland and Indonesia, using descriptive qualitative methods. Data was collected from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. The research results show that there are several differences between the management of educational units in Finland and Indonesia, namely: (1) Finland applies the principle of equality, while Indonesia colors its education system with a lot of competition; (2) Finland does not have a class failure and student ranking system, while Indonesia still uses this system; (3) Finland provides a weekly study load of around 30 hours, while Indonesia provides around 40 hours; (4) Finland places more emphasis on problem solving methods, while Indonesia places more emphasis on learning in class; (5) Finland does not burden students with many assignments, whereas Indonesia almost makes assignments a routine agenda for every meeting; (6) Finland sets a minimum teacher qualification of S2 (Master), while Indonesia is D4; (7) Finland sets the minimum qualification for students entering basic education at a minimum of 7 years, while Indonesia's minimum is 6 years (5.5 years with a written recommendation from a professional psychologist). It is hoped that this research will provide insight and inspiration for education managers and practitioners in Indonesia to continue to innovate and improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Education has the aim of providing teaching to individuals or groups of people in order to try to meet the needs for knowledge and skills in facing challenges in everyday life. The education system in South Korea has become a model as a country that has the best education in the world with significant policy changes with the aim of achieving the country's progress through improving the quality of its education. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the management of the education system in South Korea as a basis for other countries that will make changes to their education systems. This research uses library research by collecting data and information through searching for written sources related to the research topic. The results of this research show that in the aspects of learning management, personnel management, education financing management, management of educational infrastructure and community relations in education, the South Korean state has management and control of education with the best quality with the critical issues of education being a challenge for the country so that it can be evaluated. and strengthening the structure of quality education units.

Abstract

Education management is a process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating by using existing resources to achieve predetermined goals related to education. The aim of this research is to find out how education units are managed in Singapore, from which we can draw inspiration and important lessons to improve the education system in our country. This research uses the literature study method or literature study. Literature studies can be obtained from various sources, including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The data used in this research comes from the results of research that has been carried out and published in national and international online journals. Literature study was used to collect information about the management of the education system in Singapore. Next, the collected data will be analyzed systematically to identify relevant research findings and produce appropriate recommendations. The results of the discussion show that Singapore has proven success in having a superior, quality education system and encouraging strong economic growth.
