Abstract

This research aims to improve the numeracy ability of mildly impaired students at SLB Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping through the modification of bowling games. This study uses a quantitative research type through an experimental approach in the form of Single Subject Research (SSR) and applies an A-B-A design. There are two variables in this study, namely the modification of bowling games as an independent variable and the ability to count as a bound variable. The subject of this study was a mentally retarded student with the initials D, male in class IV-C SLB Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping who was not yet able to count numbers up to 20 even though he was already in class IV. To overcome this problem, the researcher aims to improve the ability to count in students by continuing the ability of students who were previously only able to count 1 to 10 continued by counting 11 to 15 through modification of the bowling game. The results of the study showed the percentage of results in the Baseline condition (A1) with a percentage of 33%, 33%, 33%, 33%. Intervention Condition (B) with percentages of 40%, 40%, 67%, 73%, 87%, 93%, 93%, 93%. For Baseline condition (A2) with percentages of 87%, 93%, 93%, 93%. The final data that has been analyzed will be in the form of percentages and visual graphs, and it can be concluded that bowling game modification can improve the ability to count numbers in mentally retarded children

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk membuktikan efektivitas teknik pounding melalui pembuatan ecoprint untuk keterampilan memberi motif kain bagi anak tunagrahita ringan kelas IX/C di SLB Citra Bangsa Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dalam bentuk penelitian subjek tunggal (Single Subject Research/SSR) dengan desain A-B-A. Pada fase baseline (A1) dilakukan pengamatan sebanyak 3 kali pertemuan, fase intervensi (B) sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan, dan fase baseline (A2) sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan tes perbuatan. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan datanya adalah instrumen tes perbuatan dalam bentuk daftar ceklist dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis visual grafik. Dari yang diperoleh pada kondisi baseline (A1) adalah 41%, 41%, 41%, kondisi intervensi (B) 55%, 59%, 68%, 82%, 77%, 86%, 86%, 86%, dan kondisi baseline (A2) 73%, 82%, 82%, 86%, 86%, 86%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan anak tunagrahita ringan dalam memberi motif kain sesudah diberikan perlakuan berupa teknik pounding. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dinyatakan bahwa teknik pounding melalui pembuatan ecoprint efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran memberi motif kain bagi anak tunagrahita ringan. Kata Kunci: teknik pounding, ecoprint, motif kain, tunagrahita ringan Abstract This research was conducted to attest the effectiveness of pounding techniques through making ecoprints for the skill of providing fabric motifs for mild mentally retardation children of class IX / C at SLB Citra Bangsa Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This research is an experimental study in the form of single subject research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. In the baseline phase (A1) observed 3 meetings, intervention phase (B) as many as 8 meetings, and baseline phase (A2) as many as 6 meetings. The data collection techniques used are direct observation and deed tests. While the data collection tool is an instrument of deed tests in the form of a checklist and analyzed using visual analysis of graphs. Data obtained at baseline conditions (A1) is 41%, 41%, 41%, conditions (B) is 55%, 59%, 68%, 82%, 77%, 86%, 86%, 86%, and baseline conditions (A2) is 73%, 82%, 82%, 86%, 86%, 86%. This shows an increase in the ability of mild mentally retardation children to give fabric motifs after being given treatment in the form of pounding techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the pounding technique through making ecoprints is effectively used in learning to provide fabric motifs for mild mentally retardation children. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes by applying Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) in addition material in class VII SLB Autisma Mutiara Pratama. The research method used was classroom action research together with the class teacher at Mutiara Mutiara Autism SLB and two students in this study including mildly retarded. Researchers used data collection techniques through observation, testing, and documentation. The evaluation tools used mean observation and learning outcomes tests and data analysis techniques with quantitative descriptions and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study are described by each cycle. Each cycle is divided into four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. According to the results of this study, the use of the mathematics education approach (RME) VII grade students can also improve student learning outcomes through media and linking to everyday life The average percentage of observation results of student activity cycle I = 68%, Cycle II = 82% while the average percentage of pre-cycle student learning outcomes = 30%, cycle I = 45%, cycle II = 75%.

Abstract

Mayoritas siswa SMA, terutama kelas XII mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan jurusan kuliah atau jenjang karir dimasa depan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan yang didapatkan oleh siswa SMA terkait masalah akademik dan karir. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memperdayakan siswa di Dayah Terpadu Muslimin melalui peningkatan wawasan akademik dan pemahaman karir, serta menumbuhkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri dalam merencanakan masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah multi metode. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 September 2025 dengan melibatkan 120 orang siswa kelas XII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Siswa merasa lebih percaya diri dan memiliki gambaran yang lebih jelas tentang langkah yang akan diambil setelah lulus serta kesadaran dalam menentukan jalur karir sesuai potensi diri. Pelatihan juga meningkatkan keterampilan siswa kelas XII dalam merancang akademik dan karir dimasa depan.
