Abstract

This research aims to formulate a strategic marketing plan for Harmoni Physiotherapy Clinic through an analysis of the marketing framework, STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) strategy, and the 7P marketing mix. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with analytical tools such as the Internal External (IE) Matrix, the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), and the Lean Canvas Model. The strategy focuses on market development and unique product services. The research findings indicate that Harmoni Physiotherapy Clinic’s marketing strategy positions itself in a narrow differentiation focus, with the advantages of robotic physiotherapy and hydrotherapy technology, which are not yet available from similar competitors in Bekasi City. The 7P marketing mix includes digital-based services for therapist registration and gender selection, competitive pricing, and integrated promotions through online (social media, SEO, webinars) and offline (hospital collaborations, community service) channels. Short- to long-term sales programs are managed through the “Walk In 12345” activity to ensure business sustainability, along with plans for expansion into the Greater Jakarta area outside Bekasi City in the fourth year. The study concludes that a structured marketing plan that leverages the advantages of robotic technology and a smart digital marketing strategy can be key for Harmoni Physiotherapy Clinic to win market competition in the physiotherapy healthcare sector.

Abstract

In an increasingly globalized economy, organizations are increasingly competing for the best employees who are skilled in professional fields. Employer branding has an important role in helping organizations find new employees and retain existing employees. The goal of this study was to look at the effect of employer branding on organizational commitment and turnover intention in the pharmaceutical industry, as it was moderated by generation. The population sample is made up of Generation X, Y, and Z workers in the pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling. PLS-SEM was utilized in this study to analyze data from 175 samples. The research results have proven that employer branding increases organizational commitment and decreases turnover intention. Organizational commitment reduces turnover intention. Moreover, the relationship between employer branding and turnover intention might be mediated by organizational commitment. The association between organizational commitment and turnover intention or employer branding and turnover intention cannot be moderated by generation because it has no impact on turnover intention in the pharmaceutical industries. Corporate leaders need to establish and develop employer branding to increase organizational commitment and reduce turnover intentions in the pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract

High turnover intention among Generation Z employees remains a major challenge for organizations in Indonesia. Many young workers leave their jobs within the first two years due to better career opportunities, poor organizational culture fit, and difficulties in maintaining work–life balance. This condition emphasizes the importance of strengthening organizational commitment among young employees. This study aims to examine the direct influence of resilience and servant leadership on organizational commitment among Generation Z employees. The participants were 410 employees aged 18 to 29 years (M = 23.6, SD = 2.9), including 156 male employees (38.0%) and 254 female employees (62.0%). Organizational commitment was measured using the Organizational Commitment Scale developed by Allen and Meyer (1990), adapted for the Indonesian context. Resilience was assessed using the Resilience Scale by Reivich and Shatté (2002), while servant leadership was measured using the Servant Leadership Scale by Liden et al. (2008). All instruments demonstrated excellent reliability (Cronbach’s α > .90). The results show that both resilience and servant leadership have significant positive effects on organizational commitment. These findings highlight the importance of developing resilience and servant-oriented leadership as key strategies to enhance employee commitment and reduce turnover intention among Generation Z workers. Keywords: resilience, servant leadership, organizational commitment

Abstract

Background: In the competitive healthcare landscape, where human resources are pivotal to organizational success, affective commitment defined as emotional attachment to the workplace is essential for nurse retention and service quality. Satya Negara Hospital in North Jakarta exemplifies the challenges faced by Indonesian healthcare institutions, with a notably high nurse turnover intention of 30% in 2024, signaling low affective commitment and underscoring the urgency to identify its drivers. While person-job fit and career development are established antecedents of commitment, their combined influence within Indonesia’s nursing context, along with the potential moderating role of meritocracy, remains underexplored.. Methods:  Using a quantitative, cross sectional design, data were collected via a validated questionnaire from all 108 nurses at the hospital and analyzed using multiple regression.. Results: The results revealed that person-job fit, career development, and meritocracy collectively explain 96.6% of the variance in affective commitment. Furthermore, when meritocracy was tested as a moderating variable, the explanatory power of the model increased significantly, with the adjusted R² value rising from 96.6% to 98.5%. This indicates that the presence of a meritocratic system substantially amplifies the positive effects of both person-job fit and career development on commitment.. Conclusion: The study concludes that a synergistic combination of job fit, growth opportunities, and a merit-based system is fundamental to fostering nurses’ emotional attachment. These findings contribute to organizational and psychological theory integration and offer practical human resource strategies for enhancing nurse commitment and reducing turnover in healthcare settings.
