Abstract

This essay uses style analysis as a tool to examine the narrator's internal and external worlds in the short story "The Tell-Tale Heart." Here, stylistic analysis is essential because it clarifies how language and creative expression are related. The story's structure is highlighted in particular, as it makes use of devices like parallelism and the transitory quality of processes—both material and mental—to highlight the narrator's strange actions and compulsive obsession with the elderly man's "vulture's eye." The narrator's actions, which are characterized by careful planning and cunning maneuvers, highlight his unstable mentality and contradictory treatment of the elderly guy, whom he eventually sees as a victim because of his obsession with the eye. Readers can identify the narrator's underlying objectives and motives by closely analyzing that speech served and utterances that make up his story. This analysis aims to clarify the ways in which the narrator's journey into illness and obsession is portrayed through stylistic decisions in character development, dialogue, imagery, point of view, theme, and tone.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) merupakan mata pelajaran yang mencakup berbagai ilmu-ilmu sosial yang diselenggarakan untuk program studi di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas V SD Inpres 3 Talise, dimana kelas VA sebagai kelas kontrol dan VB sebagai kelas eksperimen. Siswa VA dan VB seluruhnya berjumlah 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas,  uji normalitas, reliabilitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t dengan dukungan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata angket motivasi belajar eksperimen di kelas sebesar 3,11 Kategori Sangat Baik Rata-rata angket motivasi belajar kelas kontrol sebesar 2,51% dengan kategori baik, nilai hasil belajar pretest kelas kontrol sebesar 0,33 dan nilai posttest sebesar 0,89. Pada kelas eksperimen nilai pretest sebesar 0,43 dan posttest sebesar 1,00 dengan kategori signifikansi tinggi pada  taraf 5% yaitu <0,000. Jika 0,05 maka Ho ditolak. Artinya model pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar IPS

Abstract

Abstract. After the enactment of UUPA and PP No. 18 of 2021, eigendom rights must be converted into a form of land rights in accordance with these provisions. In reality, there are still those who use eigendom verponding as proof of land ownership, such as a case that has been decided by the Indonesian Supreme Court which granted a lawsuit by a party who has proof of eigendom verponding to be more entitled to register the former eigendom verponding land. Meanwhile, on the land there are houses that have been inhabited for generations for a period of 30 to 50 years and most of them have been issued building use rights certificates or property rights certificates. This research uses normative juridical method, normative legal research type, descriptive-analytical approach, literature study data collection technique and qualitative analysis. This research aims to find out the conversion process of the eigendom verponding case and to find out the legal certainty related to the certificate that has been issued. The result of the research is that the conversion process of the object of dispute in the case was not carried out as stated in the UUPA and the case did not fulfill the provisions of Article 95 of PP No. 18 of 2021 in terms of the conversion process involving land registration. The land certificate that has been issued in this case cannot be considered as a strong evidentiary tool due to the application of a positive negative publication system in Indonesia which results in a lack of legal certainty. Abstrak. Setelah diberlakukannya UUPA dan PP No 18 Tahun 2021, hak eigendom harus dikonversikan menjadi bentuk hak atas tanah yang sesuai dengan ketentuan tersebut. Pada kenyataannya masih ada yang menjadikan eigendom verponding sebagai tanda bukti kepemilikan tanah, seperti perkara yang telah diputus oleh Mahkamah Agung RI yang mengabulkan gugatan pihak yang memiliki bukti eigendom verponding untuk lebih berhak mendaftarkan tanah bekas eigendom verponding tersebut. Sedangkan, di atas tanah tersebut berdiri rumah-rumah yang sudah didiami secara turun temurun dalam jangka waktu 30 sampai dengan 50 tahun dan sebagian besarnya telah diterbitkan sertifikat hak guna bangunan ataupun sertifikat hak milik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, jenis penelitian hukum normatif, pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, teknik pengumpulan data studi literatur dan analisis kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses konversi eigendom verponding perkara tersebut dan mengetahui kepastian hukum berkaitan dengan sertifikat yang telah diterbitkan. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu proses konversi objek sengketa perkara tersebut tidak dilakukan sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam UUPA dan perkara tersebut tidak memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 95 PP Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 dalam hal proses konversi yang melibatkan pendaftaran tanah. Sertifikat tanah yang telah diterbitkan dalam perkara ini tidak dapat dianggap sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat karena penerapan sistem publikasi negatif berunsur positif di Indonesia yang mengakibatkan kurangnya jaminan kepastian hukum.

Abstract

Abstract. This research focuses on whether or not buying and selling virtual property in online games is legal according to Civil Law and Islamic Law. This research method is normative juridical. The results of this research are that the virtual property sale and purchase agreement in the online game Counter-Strike 2 fulfills all the requirements for the validity of an agreement under Article 1320 of the Civil Code which includes agreement between the parties, legal skills, a certain matter, and a lawful cause. Apart from that, this transaction is also in accordance with the provisions of the sale and purchase agreement regulated in Article 1457 of the Civil Code. The virtual property sale and purchase agreement in the online game Counter-Strike 2 from the perspective of Islamic law shows that this transaction is in accordance with the pillars and terms of sale and purchase regulated in Islam. Thus, the virtual property sale and purchase agreement in the Counter-Strike 2 game can be considered valid and in accordance with the principles of Islamic Law as long as all these conditions are fulfilled correctly by the seller and buyer. Abstrak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sah tidaknya jual beli virtual property pada game online menurut Hukum Perdata dan Hukum Islam. Metode penelitian ini yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini perjanjian jual beli virtual property pada game online Counter-Strike 2 memenuhi semua syarat sahnya perjanjian Pasal 1320 KUHPerdata yang meliputi kesepakatan para pihak, kecakapan hukum, suatu hal tertentu, dan suatu sebab yang halal. Selain itu transaksi ini juga sesuai dengan ketentuan perjanjian jual beli yang diatur dalam Pasal 1457 KUHPerdata. Perjanjian jual beli virtual property pada game online Counter-Strike 2 dari perspektif Hukum Islam menunjukkan bahwa transaksi ini sesuai dengan rukun dan syarat jual beli yang diatur dalam Islam. Meskipun barang yang diperjualbelikan adalah digital dan tidak fisik, transaksi ini memenuhi rukun jual beli menurut Jumhur Ulama.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the leadership style of the Principal of SDN Inpres 1 Lolu in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this research were the principal, class I (one) teacher, class II (two) teacher, class V (five) teacher, class VI (six) teacher, teacher in the field of Islamic religious studies, 1 class V (five) student and 2 students of class VI (six). The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity checking technique uses source triangulation. The results of the research show that the leadership style applied by the school principal in the Implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) at SDN Inpres 1 Lolu tends to be democratic. This is reflected in the school principal's way of solving problems and making decisions. In this case, the Principal carries out discussions and deliberations with the staff and teachers. The principal's attitude is to always accept opinions, criticism and suggestions from subordinates well, be open-minded and sincere and participate actively in every activity at school. Apart from that, the school principal always develops and prioritizes a sense of unity and oneness such as togetherness and cohesiveness.

Abstract

The decline in academic achievement and student social interaction is partly due to the excessive use of technology by students at school and at home. In order to maintain social interaction in the classroom and ensure students are more familiar with the culture around them, the influence of changes in modern technology must be balanced with traditional learning media. However, this study identified a low social interaction of students in learning in class IV SDN Kele'I East Pamona District. The research method employed was classroom action research based on the Kemmis and McTaggart flow. The objective of this study was to enhance students' social interaction in social studies subjects in class IV SDN Kele'i by implementing the traditional game nojapi-japi. This study utilized class IV SDN Kele'i, which comprised 20 individuals, including 11 female students and 9 male students. Data collection was conducted on student and teacher activities. The results of the study indicated that 70% of students demonstrated sufficient social interaction skills, 25% exhibited limited skills, and 5% displayed very poor skills. The overall average score for Cycle I was 62.25%. Therefore, it was deemed necessary to continue the study in Cycle II. The results of the second cycle of the study indicated that 30% of students exhibited exemplary social interaction skills, 45% demonstrated proficient social interaction abilities, and 25% demonstrated satisfactory social interaction skills, with an average score of 82.75%.

Abstract

The role of education in developing effective problem solvers, critical thinkers, and responsible members of society is of great importance. This research deals with the low performance in social studies subjects caused by the continued application of conventional teaching models. The aim of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students in social studies subjects at SD INPRES 3 Talise by applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, following the Kemmis and McTaggart model, involving 22 students from grade V. Data were collected through tests, observations, and interviews, then analysed quantitatively and qualitatively. Initial observations revealed that only 36.36% of students achieved the learning objectives with an average score of 50.90. The implementation of PBL involved the collaborative planning, action, observation, and reflection phases. The results demonstrated significant improvements in student engagement and learning outcomes. The average score increased, and the percentage of students who achieved the learning objectives rose significantly, respectively from 63.63 in cycle I to 81.59 in cycle II. However, the average score did not yet reach the KKM. Furthermore, the percentage of completeness has also increased, namely in cycle I by 59.09% and cycle II by 86.36%. This research demonstrates that PBL can effectively enhance the quality of social studies education by fostering learning.

Abstract

Corn cobs waste can be processed into bio briquettes, where it can be used asalternative fuels to replace fossil fuels. Making of bio briquettes are easy, low cost,simple technology and friendly to environment. The purpose of making journal biobriquettes are to review characteristics corn cobs waste to get optimal processconditions and analyze calorific value was produced from corn cobs waste. Corn cobs waste is chosen as raw material for making bio briquettes because produce high waste and less utilized optimally. Therefore, corn cobs waste is processed into bio briquettes so can increase economy value. Making of Bio briquettes are expected can be applied in domestic industry and industry developing to fulfill energy needs.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain and describe the moral value of the oral tradition of Horse Stone folklore based on Pierce's semiotics in classifying objects based on the classification of symbols, icons, and indices. Pierce's use of semiotics is related to the uses possessed by folklore itself. All types of folklore, whether oral folklore, partly oral folklore or non-oral folklore, have uses or functions that are very important for human life.  This makes folklore in life can describe the way a person involves himself in the midst of community life. The method used qualitative method with a semiotic approach, because the results of data that have been generated and collected on the Horse Stone folklore will be described in the form of written data. Finally, the results of data processing are used as a proposal for literature teaching materials in high school based on the Independent Curriculum in the form of modules. Learning folklore or folklore has a very important role in efforts to preserve noble values and local cultural wisdom. In education, folklore can be used as a learning medium and can be used as learning material for students. The use of folklore as an educational medium can be utilized in various disciplines, which of course the selection of folklore used must be right with the subject matter to be delivered. The use of folklore as an educational medium also acts as one step in preserving existing local culture. Therefore, getting used to delivering lessons through teaching materials is an effort to preserve folklore as part of culture, both protection, utilization and development of folklore in the future.
