Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas II B SD Inpres 6 Lolu melalui model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan pendekatan Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Inpres 6 Lolu pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang terletak di Kelurahan Lolu Selatan Kecamatan Palu Timur Kota Palu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 27 siswa kelas II B SD Inpres 6 Lolu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan pendekatan Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa di kelas II B SD Inpres 6 Lolu dengan pengelompokkan berdasarkan tingkay kemampuan dan proyek yang sesuai, siswa lebih terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Cash Waqf in Islamic Banks for economic equality has become an essential topic in the legal framework regulated by Law Number 4 Year 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector and Islamic Economic Law. Cash waqf in Islamic Banks provides a legal basis for raising funds needed to support economic equality, which aims for sustainable economic development. The purpose of this study is to explain Cash Waqf in Islamic Banks for economic equality, first, according to Law Number 4 Year 2023 concerning the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector and, second, according to Islamic Economic Law. The research method used normative juridical with a statute and conceptual approach, while the research specifications used descriptive analytical. The results of the study indicated that Law Number 4 Year 2023 provides a legal framework to support cash waqf in Islamic Banks by providing opportunities for them to become waqf nazirs. Then, this will support national economic equality in accordance with the objectives of waqf according to Islamic economic law. However, harmonization of regulations related to banks as cash waqf nazirs is needed.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what strategies are used by school principal to improve teacher performance at the SDN Model Terpadu Madani Palu. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research subjects are principal and class teacher. The instruments in this research are observation sheets, documentation sheets and interview sheets. The data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at the SDN Model Terpadu Madani Palu consists of six indicators, namely: planning supervision, helping to solve teacher problems, assessing teacher performance, supervision of teacher administration, evaluating supervision, and follow-up supervision. The school principal has implemented the supervision program. The inhibiting factor in achieving increased teacher performance is that there are some teachers who do not understand the use of IT-based learning media, but school principal always look for ways, so that these teachers can understand by bringing in trusted sources through workshop activities. It can be concluded that the principal's strategy has met the indicators in improving teacher performance. There fore, as the conclusion it can besaid, the principal has performend his duties as a leader.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of certified teacher ability on the improvement of learning abilities of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Wayura. This is a quantitative study using a survey method. The study was conducted in the fifth grade of SD Negeri Wayura. The sample size for this study is 10, comprising 9 students and 1 teacher. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of the first hypothesis test with a partial test (T-test) showed T calculated = -2.444 > T table = 2.365 with a significance of 0.045 < 0.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of certified teacher competence on the improvement of the learning abilities of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Wayura. Furthermore, the results of the second test, which is the coefficient of determination (R Square), is 0.678 (67.8%). This figure means that the influence of certified teacher competence on the improvement of students' learning abilities is 67.8%. Based on the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of certified teacher competence on the improvement of the learning abilities of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Wayura.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has brought major changes in the world of education, including the use of learning resources. However, globalization also has the potential to distance students from local cultural values. This study aims to explore the development of learning resources based on Kaili local culture in learning in grade IV of Elementary School using naturalistic qualitative methods. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies with research subjects consisting of teachers, students, principals, and cultural figures at elementary school Sunju. The results of the study indicate that the learning resources used still do not accommodate local culture, while students are more familiar with foreign cultures than Kaili culture. Teachers have difficulty integrating local culture due to limited teaching materials. The principal supports the development of learning resources based on local culture, but training is needed for teachers so that its implementation is more effective. These findings indicate that the development of learning resources based on local culture can enrich students' learning experiences and strengthen their cultural identity, although it still faces challenges in implementation. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of education in preserving local culture through the development of relevant and contextual learning resources.

Abstract

The principle of horizontal separation in the UUPA replaces the principle of vertical attachment adopted by the Civil Code. The principle of horizontal separation comes from the philosophy of customary law. The principle of horizontal separation separates the ground and whatever is adhere to the ground. So far, the principle of horizontal separation has only discussed the separation of land and buildings on it. This paper attempts to develop the concept of horizontal separation in mineral and coal mining. The concept of the horizontal separation principle in mineral and coal mining is implied in Article 92 of the Mineral and Coal (Minerba) Law which states that the holder of a Mining Business Permit (IUP) and a Special Mining Business Permit (IUPK) has the right to own minerals, including associated minerals or coal that has been produced if it has been produced. meet exploration fees or production operation fees, except for radioactive associated minerals. This article shows that ownership of minerals and coal is given to IUP and IUPK holders who have paid dues, thus the transfer of ownership to IUPK and IUPK holders can be interpreted to separate land rights from minerals and coal. This the concept of the principle of horizontal separation does not only separate land from plants and buildings on it but also separates soil from minerals and coal.

Abstract

The implementation of the independent curriculum is an approach applied in the education system to provide greater flexibility to educators and students in the teaching and learning process. The success of the learning process depends on the teacher's understanding of the curriculum concept being applied. SDN 1 Banawa Selatan uses the independent curriculum in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study aims to describe the teacher's understanding of the implementation of the independent curriculum in class IV of SDN 1 Banawa Selatan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum has been running but has not been optimal due to several obstacles, especially related to the teacher's understanding which is not optimal in accordance with the independent curriculum, the lack of adequate supporting facilities to support the implementation of the independent curriculum in accordance with procedures, and also limited training for teachers. So that the implementation of the independent curriculum is not implemented in accordance with the indicators in the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in enhancing cognitive learning outcomes among fifth-grade students at SD Inpres Kayuboko in the IPAS subject. The research was driven by low academic performance, largely due to conventional and uninspired teaching practices. Utilizing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, the study was conducted over two cycles, each comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Twenty students participated as research subjects. Data were gathered through cognitive achievement tests, classroom observations, interviews, and documentation. Results from the first cycle showed a learning mastery rate of 70% with an average score of 70.4. In the second cycle, mastery improved to 85% with an average of 78.65. These findings confirm that the TGT model effectively boosts student motivation, participation, and cognitive achievement in a structured and engaging learning environment. The study recommends integrating TGT into classroom instruction to support better learning outcomes and improve overall educational quality in primary schools.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve student learning outcomes in the IPAS subject by implementing the Role Playing learning model. The study was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 20 fifth-grade students of SDN 5 Sindue Tobata in the 2024/2025 academic year, comprising 10 boys and 10 girls. Data collection techniques included observation, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using a descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach. The findings showed a significant improvement in student learning outcomes after applying the Role Playing model. In the first cycle, the class average score increased from 55.5 to 66, with a learning mastery percentage of 65%. In the second cycle, the average score rose to 80, with a mastery level of 85%. Additionally, the model enhanced student engagement and participation, creating a more enjoyable and meaningful learning environment. These results indicate that the Role Playing model is effective in improving student achievement in IPAS and can be recommended as a classroom implementation strategy in similar educational contexts.

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi keuangan di pedesaan menjadi pemicu utama maraknya pinjaman online ilegal (pinjol) dan judi online (judol). Seminar Sadar Finansial: Stop Gali Lubang Tutup Lubang di Desa Haruman, Garut, pada 27 Mei 2025, merupakan program pengabdian masyarakat kolaboratif antara OJK dan BEI. Metode pengabdian meliputi observasi situasi desa, perumusan program partisipatif, sosialisasi door-to-door, seminar edukatif, studi kasus, serta simulasi investasi dasar. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan kenaikan skor literasi keuangan rata-rata 87%. Peserta kini lebih mampu mengelola kas keluarga, mengenali produk keuangan legal, dan memahami prosedur pelaporan ke OJK. Terbentuknya Kelompok Informasi Keuangan Desa (KIKD) menjadi langkah awal ekosistem literasi finansial desa yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya edukasi berbasis komunitas dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi rumah tangga.
