Abstract

Penyakit Hipertensi pada lansia dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup. Penyakit ini menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi yang membutuhkan banyak biaya, oleh karena itu senam Hipertensi dapat membantu menurunkan komplikasi dari Hipertensi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini agar masyarakat khususnya para lansia mengetahui dan menerapkan cara melakukan senam Hipertensi. Mitra pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu lansia di RT 09 yang dilakukan melalu pendidikan dan pelatihan. Setelah kegiatan diperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari 61,7% menjadi 82,3% diakhir kegiatan. Tekanan darah turun sebanyak 10mmHg tekanan darah Sistol dan 5mmHg tekanan darah diastol setelah dilakukan senam Hipertensi. Hal ini membuktikan pentingnya penyuluhan kesehatan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk menurunkan risiko komplikasi penyakit Hipertensi. Saran untuk kegiatan selanjutnya yaitu bekerjasasama dengan mitra untuk rutin dan terjadwal mengadakan senam Hipertensi di lingkungan RT 09 RW 04 Kelurahan Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

Background. Pandan Arang Boyolali Regional General Hospital is a type B referral hospital with an averageCompleteness in providing a diagnosis is something that must be considered by medical record personnel,completeness of diagnosis is very important in the field of clinical data management, billing of fees, along withother matters related to health care and services. INA-CBG's is an extension of the Indonesia Case base Groupwhich is an application used by hospitals in submitting claims with a package system based on the diseasesuffered, and then the hospital will receive payment according to the average cost spent by the diagnosis group.Knowing the relationship between completeness of secondary diagnosis and the increase in INA-CBG's rates atRSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali.The design of this study was observational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were allJKN patient medical record documents in the case of inpatients who were treated by more than one specialistdoctor at Pandan Arang Boyolali Hospital for the period January to March 2022 as many as 293 patients. Abstract

Older adults have sleep disorders that lead to decreased quality of life and risk of chronic disease complications. Older adults need to improve their sleep quality to gain a better quality of life. They aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Crocus-sativus-Linnaeus and Clitoria-Ternatea in enhancing the quality of life and sleep of older adults. The quasi-experiment with a control group design was used. The 40 elder adults with hypertension, without dementia, severe cardiovascular disease, and hypersensitivity to compounds; were recruited. The tools were PSQI and WHO-QL. Analysis used t-test and Wilcoxon test. Crocus-sativus-Linnaeus and Clitoria-Ternatea were insignificant in improving sleep quality p = 0.264 (p0.05) and physical domain in quality-of-life p = 0.075. It significantly improved the quality of life in the psychological, social relationships, and the environment, with p = 0.007, p = 0.003, and p = 0.041. For Future research increasing the number of samples is needed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh nilai-nilai Islam yang terkandung dalam kesenian rapa’i geleng. berdasarkan hasil observasi di MAN Model Banda Aceh materi seni rapa’i geleng hanya diajarkan sebatas praktik tariannya saja tanpa adanya upaya guru dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam dari kesenian tersebut, sehingga peserta didik tidak dapat memahami makna yang terkandung dalam materi seni rapa’i geleng. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik yang akhlakul karimah dengan menggunakan model VCT jenis Analisis nilai. Model tersebut akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode penelitian design base research (DBR). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan akhlak peserta didik dengan persentase pada bentuk akhlak taqwa 88.9%, sopan santun 85%, Amanah 82%, dan menuntut ilmu 87%. Model VCT seni rapa’i geleng sudah direfleksi yang semula dirancang 9 (Sembilan) kali pertemuan menjadi 6(enam) kali pertemuan sehingga efektif untuk digunakan di dalam pembelajaran. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal guru harus berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga peserta didik mampu mencerna makna dari pembelajaran seni rapa’i geleng. Oleh karena itu guru harus mampu mengembangkan model pembelajaran demi terwujudnya tujuan Pendidikan yaitu membentuk watak peserta didik yang akhlakul karimah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan tentang proses manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang terjadi di SD Negeri 189 Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Temuan penelitian ini meliputi ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dan efektivitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang sudah cukup baik. Ketersediaan prasarana di SD Negeri 189 Pekanbaru telah memenuhi 54% dari ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan didalam permendiknas no 24 tahun 2007 dan pedoman akreditasi SD/MI tahun 2017 dan sarana di SD Negeri 189 Pekanbaru telah memenuhi 70%. Dalam efektivitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatan manajemen sarana dan prasarana pendidikan telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang tercantum didalam permendiknas no 24 tahun 2007 dan pedoman akreditasi SD/MI tahun 2017.

Abstract

Sinusitis is similar to symptoms of minor illnesses such as runny nose, cough, and headache. Mild symptoms cause people to ignore these symptoms often. Besides, limited costs and doctor's practice hours make consultations difficult. Signs of infection that are not treated quickly can cause complications, and the infection can spread to the eye sockets or the brain. One of the ways to diagnose sinusitis early is to use an expert system so that in this study implemented the Certainty Factor and forward chaning methods to create a system that can diagnose sinusitis according to the symptoms felt and provide information about the disease and how to treat sinusitis symptoms early. Forward chaining is used as an inference method, and the certainty factor is used to calculate the level of probability of disease based on the expert's belief value and the symptoms of sinusitis selected by the user. The data used is disease data consisting of four types of sinusitis and fifteen symptoms. Based on the results of black box testing, the system that has been built functions well as expected. Expert systems in diagnosing have an accuracy of 70%.

Abstract

Anxiety is an emotional disorder that is often experienced by mothers in labor. The effects of anxiety in childbirth can trigger the release of excess catecholamine levels, which can result in decreased blood flow to the uterus and can lead to prolonged labor during the active phase of labor. One of the non-pharmacological efforts to overcome this problem is murottal therapy. This study aims to determine the effect of Murottal Surat Ar-Rahman therapy on the level of anxiety in mothers during the active phase of labor at Esti Husada Clinic. The study used a Quasy Experiment design. Quantitative design using the Non-Equivalent Control Group. The sampling technique is Accidental sampling. The number of samples was 22 mothers who gave birth during the first stage of the active phase consisting of 11 respondents in the control group and 11 respondents in the experimental group. Quantitative data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Results are obtained p-value=0.005, which means there is an effect of Murottal Surat Ar-Rahman therapy on the level of anxiety in the mother during the active phase of labor. The level of maternal anxiety level during the first stage of labor in the control group during the pretest (54.5%) and posttest (63.6%), namely at a moderate level of anxiety, while the anxiety level of the mother during the first stage of the active phase in the intervention group before doing murottal therapy is experiencing moderate anxiety (54.5%), but after being given murottal therapy it changed to mild anxiety (72.7%).

Abstract

Yogyakarta is cultural heritage tourism destination in Indonesia. There are many traditional food as part of gastronomic tourism heritage was not being known by tourist. There is research gap was found to developing Goat Brongkos such as the lack of Goat Brongkos producers who are concerned about the Brongkos Kambing business, Limited market coverage, Business management is still conventional. This research conduct to developing tourist attraction while preserving culture based on traditional which is existed in Gunung (Mount) Kidul.  Based on preliminary survey, there is finding that Brongkos Kambing is a typical food of Nglipar Regency that needs to be preserved because it is authentic food taste, easy processing, and ask-to-find ingredients. Also the taste is very authentic, distinctive flavor with a dominant sweet, and savory.   The method using descriptive analytic approach using gastronomic tourism component, and also deep interviewed to nine stakeholders (nona helix). There is a result that Brongkos Kambing has the value of philosophy, history. The raw material was can be found in local area, the process is interesting because first the spices were only mixed into the pot to the boiling goat bones or in the local language brongkos. The taste and serving experience have educational, nutrition and ethic value. This food has the potential to be developed as comprehensive tour package and become a gastronomic tourism attraction.

Abstract

This research discusses the reorientation and strategies of entrepreneurs in achieving improved performance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Watampone from a sharia management perspective.The main issue is the reorientation and strategies of entrepreneurs in achieving improved performance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Watampone.The objective of this research is to answer problems related to the entrepreneurial orientation model in improving the performance of MSEs in Watampone, the entrepreneurial strategies in improving the performance of MSEs in Watampone, and the orientation and strategies of entrepreneurs in improving the performance of MSEs in Watampone from a sharia management perspective. This research is a field research using psychological and sharia economic approaches. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. This research uses observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The data processing is done by conducting data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: first, it is empirically found that the orientation model used by entrepreneurs in Watampone is the skills of creating renewal, taking advantage of opportunities, being consistent, meticulous in improving their business performance. Second, empirically the strategies used by entrepreneurs in Watampone in improving their business performance are being creative, always utilizing available resources, building relationships, and managing capital properly.Third, the implementation of entrepreneurial orientation and strategies in Watampone has been carried out well and is in line with sharia management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Islamic Social Responsibility on Return on Assets both in terms of partial and simultaneous testing. Collecting data in this study is to use secondary data from the financial statements of Islamic companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index. By using two blades of analysis, namely simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of simple regression analysis, it is known that partially CAR affects ROA and partially ISR affects ROA. Then simultaneously CAR and ISR influence ROA. Therefore, the role of profit in the company has an influential role, because the main objective of the company's operations is to achieve maximum profit. Information on profit achievement is not only useful for external parties such as the public as users of Islamic financial institutions as service companies and internal parties as parties who carry out or run the company in order to determine steps how to run the company to make a profit.
