Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) strategi sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia untuk membentuk budaya kerja kolaboratif melalui komunikasi teamwork yang efektif; (2) faktor-faktor yang menghambat implementasi budaya kerja kolaboratif dan komunikasi teamwork yang efektif; serta (3) strategi sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui penerapan budaya kerja kolaboratif dan komunikasi hasil penelitian secara ringkas. Abstrak harus berdiri sendiri, berarti tidak ada kutipan dalam abstrak. Abstrak teamwork yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) strategi sekolah dalam membentuk budaya kerja kolaboratif dan komunikasi teamwork yang efektif adalah dengan melibatkan seluruh stakeholder sekolah dalam melakukan penyusunan program kerja sekolah, sehingga terbentuk proses interaksi; (2) faktor-faktor yang menghambat implementasi budaya kerja kolaboratif dan komunikasi teamwork yang efektif adalah adanya miskomunikasi akibat ketidakjelasan pesan, perbedaan pendapat di antara anggota tim, dan kurangnya waktu yang cukup untuk berkomunikasi secara menyeluruh, karena sekolah berbasis pondok pesantren sehingga ada pembatasan interaksi antara guru laki-laki dan perempuan; serta (3) strategi sekolah dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan dimulai dari perbaikan internal, khususnya dalam hal kualitas SDM, sekolah juga memperhatikan hubungan komunikasi dengan para wali santri dan komite sekolah. Dengan demikian, implementasi optimalisasi sumber daya manusia dalam Total Quality Management tidak hanya memperkuat kerja tim secara internal, tetapi juga membangun kerja sama yang erat dengan pihak eksternal.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the essence of instructional leadership in change management in educational institutions and (2) the change process in an elementary school during the unfreezing, movement, and refreezing stages to enhance the teaching capabilities of a teacher at SD Negeri Wonokerto 04. The research method used is qualitative, using a phenomenological approach with a case study design at SD Negeri Wonokerto 04, Malang Regency. The data were collected using three techniques: in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentary study. The analysis technique used is single-case analysis. To ensure data validity, the researcher performed triangulation, member checking, prolonged observation, and reference material adequacy activities. The results of this study indicate that instructional leadership plays a role as a controller in the change process. The micro-educational institution's change process in enhancing the teaching capabilities of teachers follows Kurt Lewin's change model, which consists of three phases: a) the unfreezing process using symposiums and "Kultin" (Routine Spiritual Sessions); b) the movement process using a workshop and the formation of an assistant team consisting of fresh graduate teachers; and c) the refreezing process carried out through collaborative workshops with SD Negeri Wonokerto 01 and the initiation of meta-learning.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan tentang: (1) esensi instructional leadership dalam manajemen perubahan pada lembaga pendidikan; (2) proses perubahan sebuah SD saat proses unfreezing, movement dan refreezing dalam peningkatan kapabilitas mengajar seorang guru SDN Wonokerto 04. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif melalui pendekatan fenomenologi dengan rancangan studi kasus di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Wonokerto 04, Kabupaten Malang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan 3 teknik, yaitu: wawancara mendalam, observasi peran serta, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis kasus tunggal. Untuk memperoleh keabsahaan data, peneliti melakukan kegiatan triangulasi, pengecekan anggota, ketekunan pengamatan, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah instructional leadership mengambil peran sebagai pengendali proses perubahan dan proses perubahan sebuah lembaga mikro pendidikan dalam peningkatan kapabilitas mengajar guru yang mengacu pada teori perubahan model Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari tiga fase, yaitu a) proses unfreezing menggunakan simposium dan Kultin (Kultum Rutin); b) proses movement menggunakan sebuah workshop dan pembentukan tim pembantu dari guru fresh graduate; dan c) proses refreezing dilaksanakan dengan workshop kolaborasi bersama SD Negeri Wonokerto 01 dan inisiasi meta learning

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan pada era globalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat saat ini, lembaga pendidikan menengah atas di Indonesia, khususnya Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri (SMAN), dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pengelolaannya agar dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Salah satu faktor penting yang berperan dalam mendukung kualitas suatu lembaga pendidikan adalah perencanaan dan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas perencanaan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah menengah atas merupakan aspek yang sangat perlu diperhatikan untuk mencapai standar kualitas yang diharapkan. Perencanaan sarana dan prasarana merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi sarana dan prasarana di SMAN 1 Ngoro, Mojokerto, dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mendalami secara rinci dan mendalam terkait efektivitas perencanaan sarana dan prasarana di institusi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sarana dan prasarana di SMAN 1 Ngoro dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan, penyesuaian dengan kurikulum, dan evaluasi berkala. Namun, terdapat tantangan utama dalam keterbatasan anggaran, minimnya tenaga pemeliharaan, serta kurangnya kesadaran pengguna terhadap pemeliharaan fasilitas. Meskipun demikian, pihak sekolah terus berupaya mengembangkan fasilitas yang fleksibel dan berkelanjutan serta melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam perencanaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengelolaan anggaran yang lebih strategis, peningkatan kesadaran pengguna, serta kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal guna optimalisasi sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung mutu layanan pendidikan

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the role of Islamic educational leadership practised by school principals in addressing the psychological impact experienced by students after natural disasters in Indonesia. This article uses a literature study approach that explores information and processing research material through the recording of events that have been reviewed. The role of the principal in Islamic educational leadership is crucial in addressing the psychological impact of natural disasters on students in Indonesia. Principals, guided by Islamic values such as compassion, trust, and justice, are responsible for creating a supportive and safe environment for students affected by trauma. Their leadership involves structured interventions, including phases of stabilization, emotional sharing, and rebuilding trust. Effective communication, resource management, and collaboration with teachers, families, and the community are key to minimizing the long-term psychological effects of disasters. Islamic educational leadership empowers principals to foster resilience and emotional healing, ensuring students' well-being and recovery while maintaining a focus on their academic and personal growth. Limitations are shown in the study of the principal’s role in handling the psychological impact of students as victims of natural disasters within the framework of Islamic educational leadership. This study is grounded in the principles of Islamic educational leadership, emphasizing the importance of compassionate and responsive leadership in managing education during a crisis. It highlights the pivotal role of school principals in guiding and supporting students affected by natural disasters, who require not only academic leadership but also emotional and psychological care rooted in Islamic values.

Abstract

Principals in the field of education can determine the goals to be achieved in the future, such as improving student achievement. This study aims to describe the formulation and implementation of vision, the principal's visionary leadership style, the principal's strategy in improving achievement, and the character developed by the principal. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach of case study design with data collection techniques of interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research show (1) The formulation and implementation of the vision at Shalahudin Junior High School is carried out by deliberation by gathering all stake holders; (2) the leadership style of the principal of Shalahudin Junior High School Malang is a visionary leadership style; (3) the principal's strategy in improving student achievement is by having activities based on religious aspects, developing talents and interests, making TTS programs; and (3) the characters developed by the principal are discipline, responsibility, Islamic, orderly, achievers, and entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Essentially, humans are equipped with their own individual characteristics from birth. However, over time, new traits will form and become the characteristics that are attached to each individual. The purpose of this study is to examine the character education program in the Pasukan Khusus Extracurricular at Senior High School 1 Cerme, the management process conducted, supporting factors and optimization activities, as well as the inhibiting factors and their solutions. The research method used is qualitative with a case study type. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity test used is credibility testing. The Pasukan Khusus Extracurricular at Senior High School 1 Cerme has five character education programs, namely: junior training (diklat junior), upgrading character, nationalism visits (kunjungan nasionalisme), attribute inspection (pemeriksaan atribut), and routine evaluations (evaluasi rutin). Pasukan Khusus Extracurricular at Senior High School 1 Cerme follows the stages of character education program management well, starting from planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. Supporting factors include a high commitment from human resources, intensive communication between parties, support from the school, and a positive organizational culture. The optimization activities emphasize commitment and loyalty among members, full support for the program from the school, and the preservation of a good organizational culture. There are also inhibiting factors such as limited financial support, the time-consuming permission process from the school and parents, and some human resources who engage in deviations. The solutions to these problems include member contributions, sponsorships, minimizing the use of funds, submitting proposals well in advance of program implementation, and issuing warnings and sanctions to members who violate the rules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kelas digital entrepreneur, kurikulum, mata pelajaran dan sikap wirausaha di kelas XI Jurusan Tata Busana di SMKN 1 Donorojo. Penulisan artikel ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yakni kaprodi tata busana, guru kewirausahaan, guru technopreneur, guru digital entrepreneur serta peserta didik kelas XI Jurusan Tata Busana kelas digital entrepreneur. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara serta penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan kelas digital entrepreneur diterapkan dengan mengadakan seleksi dari 140 siswa menjadi 49 siswa per kelas. Kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum merdeka belajar pada tingkat X dan XI. Materi yang diajarkan sebagai instrumen mata pelajaran dalam kelas wirausaha yaitu: technopreneur, produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKKWU), pembuatan busana industri; pembuatan busana secara customed; desain busana; menghias busana; pengetahuan tekstil; quality control. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata diketahui bahwa sikap wirausaha siswa kelas XI Jurusan Tata Busana di SMKN 1 Donorojo pada kategori sikap berani mengambil resiko sebanyak 77%. Untuk sikap berorientasi ke masa depan diperoleh sebanyak 99%. Sikap percaya diri peserta didik dalam berwirausaha sebesar 95%. Selanjutnya hasil angket diperoleh sikap wirausaha peserta didik dalam berorientasi pada tugas sebesar 100% dan sikap kepemimpinan peserta didik dalam berwirausaha sebesar 100%. Sehingga, jiwa wirausaha siswa kelas XI Tata Busana di SMKN 1 Donorojo berada pada kategori baik dan siap untuk berwirausaha.

Abstract

Educational Policy Evaluation: How Educational Assistance Affects PISA through School Resources, Teacher Learning, and Student Well-Being. Objectives: This research aims to determine the effect of educational assistance policies provided by the government on school resources, teacher learning, and Student Well-Being conditions on PISA achievements. The simultaneous influence of school resources, Student Well-Being, and teacher learning on PISA. As well as the influence of educational assistance policies on PISA itself and through moderating school resource variables, Student Well-Being, and teacher learning. Methods: This type of research uses an explanatory type with a quantitative approach. Regency/city locations include Ponorogo, Tuban, Tulungagung, Banyuwangi, Surabaya City, and Malang City. This research took a population of high school and vocational school students in East Java Province with a sample size of 560 students with sampling using stratified random sampling, area proportional random sampling, and quota random sampling techniques. The data analysis used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Findings: Education aid policies have a direct influence on school resources, teacher learning, student well-being, and PISA performance. Student well-being and teacher learning have a direct effect on PISA performance but school resources do not have a direct effect on PISA performance. The results of the indirect effect calculation show that the education aid policy has no effect on PISA through school resources and student well-being, but has an indirect effect through student well-being. The results of simultaneous direct and indirect calculations of educational assistance policies, school resources, teacher learning, and student well-being have an influence on PISA achievement. Conclusion: The educational assistance policies provided affect school resources, teacher learning performance and student well-being. Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the nature literacy revolution, particularly service management strategies using information and communication technology in two Nature Schools, namely SD Anak Saleh and MI Bilingual Al Ikhlas. The research method employed in this study was a qualitative case study approach involving school principals, teachers, nature school coordinators, and students as informants. This research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and literature review techniques, which were then analyzed using an interactive model. The study's findings reveal the significant role of Nature Schools in transforming the educational paradigm, making nature experiences the core of learning, and leveraging ICT to enhance students' ecological understanding. Despite both schools successfully creating inclusive environments and integrating ICT into the learning process, challenges such as financial support and community interest persist. These research findings provide insights into how the Nature Literacy Revolution can be realized through Nature Schools and inspire other educational institutions to adopt a similar approach—emphasizing nature experiences, collaborative learning, and experience-based approaches.
