Abstract: This study aims to identify and describe the innovative leadership of madrasah principals in improving the quality of madrasahs. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research. This research was conducted at MIN 1 Malang City. Data were collected using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Then analyzed through an interactive process through the stages of reduction, presentation, and verification of data. The results of this study are: (1) the characteristics of the headmaster's innovative leadership in improving the quality of madrasah; (2) the innovative leadership role of madrasah principals in improving the quality of madrasahs; (3) innovative leadership strategies of madrasah principals in improving the quality of madrasahs; (4) indicators of quality improvement of innovative leadership; (5) problematic implementation of the principal's innovative leadership and solutions

Abstract: Development of many student attendance applications that have been carried out has not received special attention to measuring product quality during development. Application development requires consideration as an effort to meet user needs. Achievement in meeting user needs can be done by measuring product quality such as functional suitability, reliability, performance efficiency, usability, security, maintainability, portability, compatibility through these measurements can provide quality to the application developed. This research aims to integrate ISO 25010 measurements in creating a conceptual model of a quality student attendance management application. This research uses a qualitative approach of the systematic literature review type, adapting the Okoli guide model with steps (1) Determine research questions, (2) Identify relevant search terms, (3) develop a search plan, (4) test the search, (5) select a database and run a search, (6) document and manage search results. The results show that the student attendance management application model consists of several features and contains product quality measurements, features obtained through pattern matching patterns to select popular and essential features with product quality that meets the ISO 25010 product quality model. The model is still conceptual and needs to be followed up with empirical studies and technical development of student attendance management applications. Keywords: student attendance; iso 25010; attendance management; application development; education technology Abstrak: Pengembangan banyak aplikasi absensi siswa yang telah dilakukan belum mendapatkan perhatian khusus dalam mengukur kualitas produk selama pengembangan. Pengembangan aplikasi memerlukan pertimbangan sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Pencapaian dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dapat dilakukan dengan mengukur kualitas produk seperti kesesuaian fungsional, keandalan, efisiensi kinerja, kegunaan, keamanan, pemeliharaan, portabilitas, dan kompatibilitas. Melalui pengukuran ini, dapat memberikan kualitas pada aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pengukuran ISO 25010 dalam menciptakan model konseptual aplikasi manajemen absensi siswa yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis tinjauan literatur sistematis, mengadaptasi model panduan Okoli dengan langkah-langkah (1) Menentukan pertanyaan penelitian, (2) Mengidentifikasi istilah pencarian yang relevan, (3) Mengembangkan rencana pencarian, (4) Menguji pencarian, (5) Memilih database dan menjalankan pencarian, (6) Mencatat dan mengelola hasil pencarian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model aplikasi manajemen absensi siswa terdiri dari beberapa fitur dan mengandung pengukuran kualitas produk, fitur yang diperoleh melalui pola pencocokan pola untuk memilih fitur yang populer dan esensial dengan kualitas produk yang memenuhi model kualitas produk ISO 25010. Model ini masih bersifat konseptual dan perlu dilanjutkan dengan studi empiris dan pengembangan teknis aplikasi manajemen absensi siswa. This study evaluates the alignment of the 2024 accreditation instrument by the National Accreditation Board for Primary and Secondary Education (BAN-PDM) with the National Education Standards mandated in Government Regulation No. 4 of 2022. Utilising a qualitative library research methodology, data were systematically gathered through comprehensive literature reviews of relevant electronic media, academic publications, and official documents. The analysis assessed ten fundamental indicators derived from the National Education Standards against the new accreditation framework. The findings reveal a significant disparity in standard fulfilment. Specifically, only two of the evaluated aspects—the Learning Process Standards and the Facilities and Infrastructure Standards—are adequately met by the 2024 BAN-PDM instrument. Conversely, the remaining eight critical areas are not fully met. These inadequately addressed areas encompass Graduate Competency, Content, Educational Assessment, Educators and Education Personnel, Management, and Financing Standards. Furthermore, the essential mandate for a comprehensive school-based quality assurance process, which involves continuous development, monitoring, and reporting by education units, remains unfulfilled in the current instrument. In conclusion, the 2024 accreditation instrument is predominantly out of alignment with the broader National Education Standards, underscoring a critical need for structural revisions to ensure holistic educational quality improvement across primary and secondary education levels.

This study aims to determine the efforts of principals in improving the quality of primary schools through the development of quality teachers in elementary schools. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with interview techniques. The subject of this study was the principal of the elementary school in Malang Regency. The results of the study showed that the efforts of principals in developing the quality of elementary school teachers have three indicators including (1) teacher motivation, (2) teacher personality, and (3) teacher skills. All indicators have been implemented except that in the implementation of the teacher quality development program there are still some obstacles and the result are less than expected. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah dasar melalui pengembangan kualitas guru di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan kualitas guru sekolah dasar terkait dengan tiga indikator, antara lain (1) motivasi guru, (2) kepribadian guru, dan (3) keterampilan guru. Semua indikator sudah dilaksanakan, hanya saja dalam pelaksanaan program pengembangan kualitas guru masih terdapat beberapa hambatan dan hasilnya kurang maksimal.

Archive management in elementary schools is still dominated by manual methods, which pose risks of inefficiency, document loss, and low traceability. This community service activity aims to enhance the competence of School Administrative Staff (TAS) in Elementary Schools (SD) across the Sukun District, Malang City, through the transformation of digital-based archive management. The methods employed included lectures, brainstorming, hands-on practice (learning by doing) using the System Tracking Archive Responsive (STAR) application, simulations, mentoring, as well as pre-test and post-test evaluations via Google Forms. The training spanned a total of 32 lesson hours, involving 70 participants, and commenced with partner coordination, followed by core activities including: material delivery, system development practice, follow-up actions, and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The results of the community service demonstrated a significant increase in competence: the average score rose from 81.30 (SD 6.86) in the pre-test to 87.56 (SD 8.50) in the post-test, with 38.57% of participants achieving the "excellent" category after the training. Despite encountering challenges related to hardware infrastructure and school readiness, the majority of participants were able to operate the system effectively. It is concluded that archive digitalization strengthens the efficiency, security, and accountability of school administration and is worthy of sustainable adoption, supported by further training and infrastructure investment

Enhancing the competitiveness of vocational school graduates requires strong collaboration between schools and society as an integrated educational ecosystem. This collaboration extends beyond partnerships with businesses and industries to include the active involvement of parents, institutions, and local communities in supporting student development. The school's public relations function plays a strategic role in fostering communication and cooperation between schools and their stakeholders. This study aims to analyze the role of public relations in fostering collaboration between schools and communities to produce competitive vocational graduates. It also identifies internal and external challenges and the strategies developed to address them. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design at one of the SMK Mutu in Malang, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. These data were then processed using NVivo 14 for coding and thematic identification. The results reveal that public relations serves as a central coordinator for cross-sector collaboration and as an adaptive agent, employing problem-solving and collaborative strategies to address school challenges. These findings underscore that public relations acts as a key mediator, ensuring the effective and sustainable operation of school-community partnerships to enhance the quality and competitiveness of vocational education.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the ant operation program to instill an attitude of love for the environment towards students. This study used a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. The results of the research are the implementation of the school program through the activities of the ant operation to instill character in students about loving the school environment. Constraints faced are regarding awareness and responsibility of some students, especially low classes, namely classes 1 to 3 concerning environmental cleanliness. However, schools are expected to provide guidance to students whose awareness and responsibility are still low so that the objectives of the ant operation are achieved to the fullest. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi program operasi semut untuk menanamkan sikap cinta lingkungan terhadap peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi multi situs. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu implementasi program sekolah melalui kegiatan operasi semut untuk menanamkan karakter kepada peserta didik mengenai mencintai lingkungan sekolah. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kesadaran dan tanggung jawab dari beberapa peserta didik khususnya kelas rendah yaitu kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas 3 mengenai kebersihan lingkungan. Namun, sekolah diharapkan untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap peserta didik yang kesadaran dan tanggung jawabnya masih rendah agar tujuan dari kegiatan operasi semut tercapai secara maksimal.

Abstract: The focus of this research is (1) planning; (2) organizing; (3) actuating; (4) evaluating. The method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques were conducted is interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. On checking the validity of the findings, it is done by triangulation, member check, extension of observation time, and sufficiency of reference material. The planning stage, the background of this 3D trick art is the adiwiyata. The concept is carried that is cultured environment. Organizing the creation of 3D trick art does not constitute a special team, but designated several teachers who are effectively involved, selection based on capabilities. Implementation of 3D trick art is done on thirteen location points. In 3D mural drawing has constraints and also has a solution that can be done to facilitate the creation of 3D trick art. Evaluation is done informally. Abstrak: Fokus penelitian ini adalah (1) perencanaan; (2) pengorganisasian; (3) pelaksanaan; (4) evaluasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan, dilakukan dengan triangulasi, member check, perpanjangan waktu pengamatan, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Pada perencanaan, konsep yang diusung yaitu berbudaya lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan adiwiyata. Selanjutnya, pengorganisasian dilakukan tanpa membentuk tim khusus, tetapi ditunjuk beberapa guru yang terlibat secara efektif yang dipilih berdasarkan kemampuan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan pada tiga belas titik lokasi. Evaluasi dilakukan secara informal.
