Abstract

Household’s Food security during the Covid 19 pandemic, through the use of yards, can be conducted by the community independently such as hydroponic. However, people's understanding of hydroponic, especially in Pekanbaru, is still limited. Therefore, training for the community is needed as a community empowerment. These activities can be expanded through interesting educational videos. This community empowerment activity aims to increase community knowledge and skills regarding hydroponic technology during the pandemic, and is expected to become a post-pandemic household-scale economic enterprise. This community service activity is carried out by means of training and mentoring, as well as making a video to be widely disseminated through social media. The results of the community service activities show an increase in community knowledge and skills of hydroponic. After the training, the community independently has been aplicating hydroponic technology and biulding hydroponic group. This process is documented as educational video which is useful for the wider community in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

ON SPOT is a street vendor business engaged in contemporary beverages with the main ingredients of functional food yogurt and kefir. Not long ago, ON SPOT experienced problems in the form of losing its market due to restrictions on community activities during the pandemic, so it had to change the target market from students to housewives to stay afloat. The strategy is to process yogurt and kefir into mambo ice sticks that are more easily accepted by housewives. However, it is necessary to make good business development efforts so that products are more accepted by consumers such as products that have been produced with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and have business legality to ensure product quality. The methods carried out in community counseling are in the form of training and mentoring approaches to ON SPOT, so that ON SPOT can develop business better and have business legality. Entrepreneurial devotion activities carried out, produce ON SPOT products produced with GMP standards so as to ensure products are safe to consume and have legality in the form of business licenses.

Abstract

Pengolahan air limbah secara biologis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan simbiosis mutualisme antara mikroorganisme atau bakteri dekomposer dengan mikroalga. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh perlakuan yang terbaik dari interaksi mikroalga Chlorella sp dengan bakeri dekomposer Agrobost pada peningkatan skala penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan mikroalga 800 ml/L limbah cair sagu dengan 5 perlakuan Agrobost (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, dan 8% v/v). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan ANOVA dan DNMRT pada tingkat 5%. Sidik ragam menunjukkan konsentrasi Agrobost memberikan pengaruh nyata pada COD, BOD, DO dan pH. Perlakuan yang dipilih dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlakuan P4 yaitu penambahan Agrobost 8%, menunjukkan tingkat reduksi tertinggi yang memiliki nilai COD 203,3 mg/L, BOD 122,3 mg/L, DO 5,89 mg/L dan pH 9,03.

Abstract

The tourism sector presents the potential of the region to become a tourist attraction that encourages regional economic growth and absorbs enormous human resources. An increase in resources needs to be done so that the area's potential can be enjoyed. The government needs government support through policies issued so that tourism is getting better and can improve the economy of the surrounding community. This research focuses on the policy of the provincial government and the Kampar Regency on tourism development, in this case focusing on the Belimbing Island Hamlet, Kuok Village, Kampar Regency. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Riau Province Regional Regulations, especially in the Belimbing Island Tourism Village, is quite good. Although the current state of application of laws and regulations is still a bit problematic in the laws and regulations related to the tourism sector

Abstract

Porang plant (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume.) is one of the plants that have the potential to be cultivated in peatlands needed to increase its production. This study aims to increase the growth of smallholder plants on peat media until six months after planting through bulbil size with dolomite treatment. The research type was a 4x3 factorial experiment arranged based on a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is bulbil size which consists of four levels, e.g., B1 (5.0 g-7.5 g), B2 (>7.5 g-10 g), B3 (>10 g-12.5 g), B4 (> 12.5 g-15.0 g) and the second factor dose of dolomite consists of three levels, e.g., D1 (2.5 ton.ha-1) D2 (5.0 ton.ha-1) D3 (7.5 ton.ha-1) -1). These two factors resulted in 12 treatment combinations, with three repetitions. Each experimental unit consisted of three plants. Parameters observed were growth power, plant height, stem diameter, crown width, rachis length, number of leaves, number of tillers, and number of tubers formed. The results showed that the application of dolomite could improve some of the chemical properties of peat soil. The bigger the bulbil size, the better the growth of people and the administration of 7.5 tons of dolomite.ha-1 increased several plant growth parameters such as growth power and plant height.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan pengaruh dari faktor harga dan jarak terhadap minat beli masyarakat pada pasar trasdisional di Kota Medan, yaitu Pasar Sentral dan Pasar Mingguan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif komparatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji T-Paired (Uji T-Pasangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh nyata terhadap minat beli masyarakat dimana perbedaan harga yang mencolok akan mempengaruhi masyarakat untuk berbelanja di pasar tersebut. Sementara itu, faktor jarak tidak berpengaruh nyata. Hal ini disebabkan karena jarak tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap daya beli masyarakat sehingga tidak begitu mempengaruhi minat beli masyarakat untuk berbelanja di pasar tersebutKata kunci: Harga, Jarak, Minat Beli Masyarakat, Pasar Tradisional ABSTRACT This study aims to compare the influence of price and distance factors on people's buying interest in traditional markets in Medan City, namely the Central Market and the Weekly Market. This research is descriptive and comparative with data analysis techniques using the T-Paired Test. This study shows that price has a real effect on people's buying interest where the striking price difference will affect people to shop in the market. Meanwhile, the distance factor has no natural effect. This is because distance does not directly affect people's purchasing power, so it does not significantly affect people's buying interest in shopping at the market.Keywords: Price, Distance, People's Buying Interest, Traditional Market

Abstract

Supply chain at PT Tribakti Sarimas there are problems in the flow of materials. This research aims to identified supply chain and determine the priority of supply chain strategies at PT Tribakti Sarimas. This study has been conducted at PT Tribakti Sarimas Kuantan Singingi District Riau Province. The research methods used were qualitative descriptive. The respondents for this study are 30 farmers, 5 collectors, and 4 employees of PT Tribakti Sarimas. This research has shown that the supply chain of rubber at PT Tribakti Sarimas in Kuantan Singingi include farmers, collectors, PT Tribakti Sarimas amd consumers. The internal factor evaluation matrix has total score of 2.6919, while the external factor evaluation matrix has total score of 2.3707. The supply chain management strategy result at PT Tribakti Sarimas with AHP method shows that the chosen quantity weight is 0.279 and the chosen main alternative is the company maximizes the use of facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of CPO with the weight is 0.165. Companies must pay attention to the quality of CPO by utilizing company facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Kuok adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Kampar, Riau, Indonesia yang memiliki luas wilayah 6.000 Ha. Mayoritas penduduk di desa Kuok bermata pecaharian sebagai petani, dimana komiditas pertanian yang paling banyak dibudidayakan yaitu tanaman jeruk. Hasil pertanian jeruk ini masih dikelola dalam bentuk segar karena itu dilakukan diversifikasi produk turunan jeruk yaitu berupa pembuatan produk orange marmalade oleh tim pengabdian masyarakat UNRI. Tujuan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membuat produk diversifikasi turunan pada buah jeruk yaitu orange marmalade sehingga jeruk tidak hanya dikonsumsi dalam bentuk segar dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, sosoalisasi dan pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu orange marmalade memiliki rasa manis dan sedikit pahit karena pengaruh penambahan pada kulitnya, teksturnya kental dan warna nya kuning kehijauan. Orange marmalade umumnya hampir sama dengan selai hanya saja perbedaannya terdapat penambahan kulit jeruknya.
