Abstract

                       AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the relationship of library school with the assessment of historical lesson  to student at grade XI  IIS of SMAN 9 Pontianak. Method was applied in this research is descriptive method with research relation study. The subject of this research were the 54 student that’s the sample and the data is the sheet answer, student questioner, observation and the interview result of thehistory lesson teacher. The technique of data collecting that applied the direct observation, direct communication, indirect communication, and then documentary study. The tools of collecting data were observation guide, interview guide, questionnaire, note sheet, and some picture while interview, the test of validity questionnaire , questionnaire distribution. To process the data in this research use the persentage formula and simple regression analysis. While result observation data and interview was analys with descriptive analysis. Based on the observation data the correlation finding showed that 0,638 based stipulated condition that score was took between 0,600-0,799 it is bold catagory, the conclution that there are relationship independent  variable (X) with dependent variable (Y) or there are relationship positif  and significant between librarywith the assessment of historical lesson at grade XI IIS of SMAN 9 Pontianak.   Keywords: Library School, The Assessment, HistoricalLesson

Abstract

Balala' traditional ceremony is one of forbidden customs in the Kanayatn Dayak community. This study describes the Balala' indigenous traditions held by Dayak Kanayatn tribe in Pate Hamlet, Saham Village, Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative one with an ethnographic approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Data collection instruments are interview guides and documentation. Based on the research results, the ‘Balala' traditional procession consists of several stages: Mansorokng ceremony held on April 12, opening ceremony on May 28, and ‘Bungkas Lala’ ceremony on May 31. This rite is a form of ceremony to get rid of bad luck or bad things. Every citizen always obeys advices and prohibitions. This paper implies that the ‘Balala' customary tradition can be known widely, especially to the younger generation in order to be preserved as it represents the personal awareness of the community as indigenous peoples.

Abstract

History learning should prioritize local wisdom values that grow in their respective communities. This is, so that future generations do not lose their identity and pride in their region. In learning local history, the next generation must know and understand what happened in the past in their society. This causes future generations to learn from their predecessors and be able to take local wisdom values. Therefore, local history material in history learning in senior high schools is vital. This study aimed to determine the use of local historical sources, teacher preparation in learning, the delivery process, and students' understanding of history learning. The form of this research is qualitative with a research strategy using case studies. The results showed that SMA N 1 Pontianak was better at utilizing local historical sources. This is because the quality of teachers and supporting facilities are of high quality. The SMA N 1 learning implementation plan at the design stage has also included local history materials. Then the delivery process in both schools shows that the teachers are good enough and creative and adjust to each school's conditions. Then the understanding of students in both schools to learn local history is good enough. This is due to students' interest in these materials.

Abstract

Pendudukan Jepang di Indonesia memang terbilang singkat yaitu sekitar tiga setengah tahun, akan tetapi Jepang masuk ke dalam setiap sendi kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah melakukan propaganda di surat kabar Borneo Barat Shinbun yang tujuannya adalah untuk meyakinkan dan menarik simpati masyarakat Pontianak agar mau membantu dan mendukung Jepang dalam peperangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah dengan tahapan pemilihan topik, heuristic, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan penulisan sejarah. Sumber-sumber surat kabar berasal dari Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia dan Perpustakaan Daerah Kalimantan Barat. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah propaganda Jepang yang dilakukan dalam surat kabar Borneo Barat Shinbun diberitakan dalam berbagai hal meliputi berita internasional, berita militer, berita politik, dan berita ekonomi. Dalam surat kabar tersebut juga ada mengenai pelajaran Bahasa Jepang. Saat pendudukan Jepang wajib menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu, dan Bahasa Jepang, serta melarang Bahasa Belanda. Jepang melakukan hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk menghapus semua yang berbau Barat.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui (1) Perencanaan pemanfaatan Cagar Budaya di SDN 14 Pontianak, (2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pemanfaatan Cagar Budaya di SDN 14 Pontianak, (3) Cara evaluasi setelah pemanfaatan Cagar Budaya, dan (4) Apa saja hambatan atau kendala saat memanfaatkan sumber daya alam. belajar sejarah yang memanfaatkan SDN 14 Pontianak. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah delapan (8) siswa, 1 (satu) narasumber dan 1 guru Sejarah Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data termasuk observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ada beberapa relik yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran sejarah, guru menggunakan SDN 14 Pontianak dengan menyajikan video pembelajaran kepada siswa ketika materi pembelajaran mengambil tempat dimana mereka semua dapat memahami dan memiliki minat terhadap sejarah SDN 14 Pontianak. Kendala yang dihadapi saat menggunakan SDN 14 Pontianak adalah masalah teknis seperti pemadaman dan kurangnya proyektor dimana guru menangani masalah teknis dengan membawa foto cetak dan menunjukkannya kepada siswa.Kata Kunci: Sumber Belajar Sejarah, Pembelajaran Sejarah, Warisan Budaya SDN 14 Pontianak AbstrakThis research is intended to find out (1) Planning for the use of Cultural Conservation at SDN 14 Pontianak, (2) How to implement the utilization of Cultural Conservation at SDN 14 Pontianak, (3) How to evaluate after utilization of Cultural Conservation, and (4) What are the obstacles or obstacles when utilizing natural resources. learning history that utilizes SDN 14 Pontianak. The researcher uses a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The subject of this research were eight (8) students, one (1) resource person and 1 teacher of Engineering History used in data collection including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate There are several relics that can be used as studying resources in history subjects, teachersuse SDN 14 Pontianak by presenting learning videos to students when the learning material takes a place where they can all understand and have an interest in the history of SDN 14 Pontianak. The obstacles faced when using SDN 14 Pontianak are technical problems such as blackouts and the lack of a projector where the teacher handles the technical problem by bringing printed photos and showing them to students.Keywords: History Learning Resources, History Learning, Cultural Heritage SDN 14 Pontianak

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak that spread to all corners of the world made the world of education in Indonesia very affected by this outbreak, so schools needed to adapt to a new style, namely by carrying out online (distance) teaching and learning activities. Online learning that has been implemented has not been effective due to limited facilities and also its location in rural areas. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Blended Learning method which became an alternative learning at MA Miftahul Ulum Sengkubang Village during the pandemic, including preparation, implementation, constraints, assessment and evaluation. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative. The process of data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Stages of data analysis used in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research result that there are 3 stages in the application of mixed methods (Blended Learning) namely: 1) planning is done by determining learning objectives, providing infrastructure, arranging schedules, socialization and evaluation. 2) the implementation of the learning includes online and face-to-face learning in history and other subjects. 3) assessment and evaluation of the learning system where educators hold meetings which are held once a month. This study found obstacles in the application of the Blended Learning method such as the internet network which is often unstable and the lack of supporting human resources.

Abstract

This research is one of the phases in development research, namely the implementation phase. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the local history module based on local wisdom capacities of West Kalimantan people in high school. This local history module has been validated by experts and has been tested. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study describe this module which is presented in digital form which is shared by history teachers through the school's e-learning application. This local history module has been prepared in accordance with the KD mapping in the curriculum of 2013. This local history module consists of three chapters that discuss local history based on the content of local wisdom of West Kalimantan people. Based on the results of observations, it is shown that this local history module is easy to understand and interesting to read. The existence of a local history module based on the content of local wisdom of West Kalimantan people can help students understand local traditions as a form of preserving their culture. This module is also able to influence students' interest and motivation in learning history in general.

Abstract

Kepadatan penduduk di Pulau Jawa dan Madura menurut data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada tahun 2010 adalah 136.610.590 jiwa. Hal tersebut berbanding jauh dengan Pulau Kalimantan yang hanya 13.787.831 jiwa. Ketimpangan jumlah penduduk antara Pulau Jawa dan Madura dengan pulau lainnya sangat besar. Oleh sebab itu pemerataan penduduk terus menerus digalakkan salah satunya dengan program transmigrasi. Jauh sebelum negara Indonesia merdeka, program perpindahan penduduk ini sudah dilaksanakan, tentu saja dengan tujuan yang menguntungkan kolonialisme.Program perpindahan penduduk di Masa Kolonial gencar dilakukan pada saat dibukanya perkebunan. Kolonial Belanda menginginkan tenaga kerja yang murah serta mudah. Program ini kemudian berlanjut pada masa politik etis, walaupun tujuan awalnya untuk pemerataan jumlah penduduk akan tetapi banyak terjadi penyelewengan. Kemudian setelah Indonesia merdeka, masalah kepadatan penduduk di Pulau Jawa dan Madura masih menjadi perhatian serius pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu Pemerintahan Soekarno mencanang program transmigrasi pada tahun 1950 yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Transmigrasi (Jawatan Transmigrasi).Provinsi Kalimantan Barat khususnya Desa Olak-Olak merupakan salah satu tempat tujuan transmigrasi di Indonesia. Kelompok transmigrasi yang pertama datang pada tahun 1958 sampai dengan tahun 1959. Rata-rata transmigran ini berasal dari daerah Jawa Tengah dan sekitarnya. Oleh sebab itu budaya Jawa masih sangat kental ditemui di Desa Olak-Olak ini, akan tetapi mulai memudar pada generasi-generasi selanjutnya. Keadaan Desa Olak-Olak ini sampai sekarang masih dikatakan belum berkembang karena terhambat banyak faktor salah satunya adalah transportasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas media pembelajaran Flash Flipbook terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI Ilmu-Ilmu Sosial (IIS) di Sekolah Menegah Atas (SMA) Negeri 11 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis Pre-experimental (one-grup pretest-posttest). Sampel yang digunakan yaitu kelas XI IIS 2 pada SMA Negeri 11 Pontianak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu angket. Adapun angket yang dimaksud terdiri dari angket pretest dan posttest. Efektivitas media pembelajaran Flash Flipbook diukur dengan menggunakan uji t berpasangan (paired sample t-test). Temuan awal pada hasil pretest atau sebelum menggunakan media Flash Flipbook diperoleh persentase sebesar 68,27%, artinya metode ceramah tersebut dapat kategorikan cukup digunakan. Sedangkan pada hasil posttest atau setelah menggunakan media Flash Flipbooks diperoleh persentase sebesar 79%, artinya media tersebut dikategorikan baik untuk digunakan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media Flash Flipbook efektif terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI IIS 2 SMA Negeri 11 Pontianak. Abstract

SOCIALIZATION OF THE USE OF MUSEUMS AS A SOURCE OF LOCAL HİSTORY LEARNİNG FOR HİSTORY TEACHERS İN PONTİANAK CİTY. Based on the team's observations that have been stated above, the team feels it is important to carry out socialization activities regarding the use of museums as a source of learning local history to history teachers. So that this museum can be one of the interesting learning experiences in history learning. The expected objectives of this program are as follows: (1) The history of the establishment of the West Kalimantan Museum. (2) Implementation of the use of the West Kalimantan Museum as a source of local history by history teachers throughout the city of Pontianak. And (3) To find out the efforts of the museum and teachers in utilizing the West Kalimantan Museum as a source of learning local history by history teachers throughout the city of Pontianak. The target community involved in the implementation of this activity are all teachers of history subjects in the city of Pontianak. The location for the implementation of the activity is planned in the West Kalimantan Museum Hall in Pontianak City. This activity is carried out through lecture and discussion methods. As a result of this activity, participants consisting of history teachers were able to understand the material regarding the use of museums as a source of learning local history in improving student learning activities in history subjects. The understanding of the participants (teachers) was shown through their enthusiasm in discussing and asking questions about the socialization material.
