Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun strategi yang operasional dan tepat untuk mengembangkan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari perekonomian suatu daerah, selain itu untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi kompetisi meliputi aspek operasional usaha kecil dan menengah yang dilakukan secara professional dan diperdayakan kesadaran membuat suatu kelembagaan yang menaungi setiap pelaku UKM, serta peningkatkan pelayanan yang baik terhadap konsumen. UKM perlu dikenali dan dianalisis pemerintahan Kota Jombang khususnya kawasan Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian, dimana UKM di wilayah Jombang Jawa Timur sangat memiliki peranan dalam lajunya perekonomian masyarakat dalam hal penciptaan lapangan kerja baru dan UKM juga banyak tercipta unit kerja baru yang menggunakan tenaga-tenaga baru yang dapat mendukung pendapatan rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian pengelolaan usaha kecil menengah yang belum maksimal, dan pelaku UKM yang belum tahu pentingnya sebuah kelembagaan, serta masih lemahnya kesadaran meningkatkan pelayanan yang baik kepada setiap pelanggan.

Abstract

Studi ini untuk menganalisa mutu layanan serta pemanfaatan teknologi data terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada masa pandemi covid- 19 serta Riset dicoba di tempat yang berbeda- beda untuk memperoleh responden dari pelanggan. Survey pemakaian jasa layanan Go- Jek ada 160 responden pelanggan serta Structural Equation Model( SEM) digunakan buat menganalisis informasi, bersumber pada informasi yang diusulkan, mutu layanan serta pemanfaatan teknologi data mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam perihal ini loyalitas pelayanan sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dari hasil riset akhir bisa disimpulkan kalau pengaruh yang signifikan pada ikatan pelayanan serta pemanfaatan teknologi data terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini, tidak hanya mutu layanan yang didapat pula berpengaruh positif terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi data kepuasan serta loyalitas pelanggan. Hingga dengan jadi pertimbangan untuk usaha( gojek eksklusifnya) buat menggunakan teknologi guna tingkatkan energi saing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is that fraud is still rampant in Islamic banks, both internal and external, to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of internal control, good corporate governance and Violation reporting system on fraud in Islamic banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2020-2022 period. This research is quantitative in nature using secondary data in the form of annual reports of sharia banking companies for 2020-2022. The samples taken using purposive sampling were 14 companies. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 26 software. The research results show that the good corporate governance variable has an effect on fraud. However, the internal control variable has no effect on fraud and the Violation reporting system variable has no effect on fraud. Good corporate governance, internal control, and a violation reporting system simultaneously influence fraud. The results of this research have implications for sharia banking management to further strengthen the implementation of GCG to reduce the level of fraud in sharia banking.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan terhadap produk laptop dimulai sejak diberlakukannya aturan Work From Home (WFH) selama pandemi. Merek merupakan salah satu atribut penting yang berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian suatu produk. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk laptop Lenovo. Sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pembeli atau pengguna produk laptop Lenovo di wilayah provinsi DKI Jakarta berperan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan diolah dengan menggunakan smartPLS. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan uji t kesadaran merek (X1) thitung = 1.788 > ttabel = 1.661, asosiasi merek (X2) thitung = 1.457 < ttabel = 1.661, persepsi kualitas (X3) thitung = 0.379 < ttabel = 1.661, loyalitas merek (X4) thitung = 1.441 < ttabel = 1.661, dan Fhitung = 26 > Ftabel = 2.0049. Kesimpulannya adalah kesadaran merek (X1), asosiasi merek (X2), perespsi kualitas (X3), dan loyalitas merek (X4) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk laptop Lenovo.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) as one of the factors driving the economy in Indonesia are experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic crisis which has led to the activities of the Indonesian people. This will indirectly affect the activities of human life, including the buying and selling process. Buying and selling activities that are usually carried out face-to-face can not be carried out normally due to activities from the government so that it indirectly affects the sales results of business actors, including MSME actors. During this pandemic, there was a very significant decline and caused deep anxiety for MSME actors such as payment of employee salaries, daily operational costs, and others. The existence of this phenomenon or incident has resulted in MSMEs having to rack their brains in order to survive in the midst of the ongoing crisis. In order to continue to survive, MSMEs use social media to promote sales, or make sales online with social media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media adoption on the performance of MSMEs. This research method is carried out in several stages which include problems, literature review about the research model, research design, making instruments that produce questionnaires. The result of this study is produces a research model related to the adoption of social media on the performance of MSMEs which is supported by the dependent variable of the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, as well as a questionnaire.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian bertajuk Penerapan Ilmu Manajemen dalam Mewujudkan Pembangunan Masjid Pesantren Nahwa Nur, Kec. Bojong Gede, Bogor. Tujuan dari aktifitas pengabdian kepada warga ini membagikan pelatihan serta pengetahuan secara instan ilmu manajemen dalam pengelolaan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) dalam pembangunan proyek masjid Pesantren. Metode yang digunakan metode survey dan penyampaian modul secara langsung dan simulasi serta dialog mengenai manajemen, Berartinya K3 dalam pembangunan. Kesimpulan merupakan proyek sudah mempraktikkan kebijakan K3 yang disebut Komitmen QPASS di proyek tetapi Implementasi belum dicoba secara maksimal, secara struktural sudah menerapkan organisasi. Pelaksanaan Ilmu Manajemen belum berjalan secara maksimal dalam mengamalkan komunikasi dan data informasi. proyek sudah melakukan pelatihan tetapi belum cocok dengan upaya pencegahan musibah kerja, belum optimalnya implementasi pengawasan K3.ABSTRACTThe service entitled Application of Management Science in Realizing the Construction of the Nahwa Nur Islamic Boarding School Mosque, Kec. Bojong Gede, Bogor. The purpose of this community service activity was to provide training and practical knowledge of management science in K3 management in the construction of the Pesantren mosque project. The method used the survey method and the delivery of material directly as well as simulations and discussions about management, the importance of K3 in development. The conclusion is the project has implemented a K3 policy called QPASS Commitment in the project but the implementation has not been carried out optimally, structurally it has implemented the organization. The application of Management Science has not run optimally in practising communication and information. the project has carried out training but it is not in accordance with work accident prevention efforts, the implementation of K3 supervision has not been optimal.

Abstract

A theoretical review of the abuse of narcotics, alcohol, psychotropic substances, and other addictive substances (NAPZA) is a complex global problem with multidimensional implications, encompassing health, psychological, social, and economic aspects. This study aims to present a comprehensive theoretical review by reviewing key literature to identify in-depth the main implications of NAPZA abuse and evaluate the effectiveness of developed prevention and response strategies. The results of the review indicate that the implications of NAPZA are not limited to individual physical and mental damage (such as impaired cognitive function, depression, and the risk of infectious diseases), but also exacerbate family dysfunction and increase the socio-economic burden on the country. In the context of response, this study highlights a shift in focus from a retributive approach to an integrated multidisciplinary approach. Effective prevention strategies emphasize school- and family-based interventions, strengthening self-resilience, and relevant educational campaigns. Meanwhile, response emphasizes a rehabilitation model that combines medical therapy, psychosocial therapy, and social reintegration. This research provides a strong theoretical foundation for policy makers, health practitioners, and educators in formulating more adaptive and evidence-based intervention programs to address the challenges of drug abuse today.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a strategic priority for firms seeking to strengthen brand value, particularly in emerging markets where consumer expectations toward ethical and socially responsible business practices are rapidly evolving. This study investigates the influence of CSR on brand equity and examines the moderating role of consumer trust in enhancing this relationship. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 268 consumers in an emerging market context and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that CSR has a positive and significant effect on brand equity, demonstrating that responsible business initiatives contribute not only to social welfare but also to consumer perceptions of brand value. Moreover, consumer trust significantly moderates the relationship between CSR and brand equity, indicating that CSR initiatives are more effective when consumers perceive the brand as trustworthy. The study enriches stakeholder theory and consumer-based brand equity literature by emphasizing trust as a critical variable that reinforces CSR outcomes. Practical implications suggest that companies in emerging markets should design CSR programs aligned with consumer expectations while ensuring transparency and consistency to build stronger brand loyalty. Future research is encouraged to explore additional contextual factors and cross-industry comparisons for broader generalization.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze learning independence and learning motivation as determinants of increasing students' critical thinking in 21st century learning. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 100 students. The instruments used are tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis including hypothesis testing T test, F test and R2 test. 1) Learning independence has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in 21st century learning, 2) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in 21st century learning, and 3) Learning independence and learning motivation have a positive effect and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in 21st century learning. The findings of this study indicate the importance of independent learning and learning motivation in improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between workplace diversity practices, inclusion, team creativity, and organizational performance in modern organizational settings. Drawing on theories of Information–Decision Making, Social Categorization, and the Resource-Based View, the research explores how diversity contributes to creativity and performance, and how inclusion moderates these effects. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 312 employees working across multiple industries using structured online questionnaires with validated measures. Results analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) reveal that workplace diversity has a positive and significant influence on inclusion and team creativity. Inclusion also strongly predicts both team creativity and organizational performance, while team creativity significantly contributes to organizational performance. Furthermore, inclusion partially mediates the relationship between diversity and both creativity and performance, demonstrating its essential role in unlocking the strategic benefits of diversity. These findings highlight that diversity initiatives yield positive outcomes only when embedded within inclusive organizational cultures. The study contributes to ongoing discussions on human capital management and offers practical implications for leaders seeking to improve innovation and long-term competitive advantage through inclusive diversity strategies.
