Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak tata kelola perusahaan, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan praktik etis terhadap reputasi perusahaan dalam sudut pandang investor generasi milenial. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 146 responden yang terdiri dari investor generasi milenial di berbagai sektor industri. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel tata kelola perusahaan, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, praktik etis, dan reputasi perusahaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola perusahaan, kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, dan praktik etis secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Hasil ini menyoroti pentingnya bagi perusahaan untuk memprioritaskan praktik tata kelola yang baik, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, dan implementasi praktik etis dalam membangun dan memelihara citra positif di pasar yang semakin terbuka dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of the study. To find out: a) The effect of the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk on learning achievement in sports physiology. b) The influence of motivation on learning achievement in Sports Physiology. c) The interaction between the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk and motivation on learning achievement in Sports Physiology. Materials and methods. The population was students of the Department of Sport Science and Sports Coaching, Faculty of Sports and Health, Bhayangkara University Greater Jakarta. The sample is the third semester students consisting of two classes, namely class A as treatment and class B as control. Because the population is small, there is no sampling. Data collection techniques using motivation questionnaires and learning achievement tests. The data analysis technique used two-way analysis of variance. Results. The results The results of the analysis a) The learning achievement of students taught with the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk (mean = 60.81) was better than students taught with the conventional bentuk (mean = 60.21) obtained a statistical value of 7.234 with a significance of 0.002. b) The learning achievement of students with high motivation (mean = 71.05) is better than students who study with low motivation (mean = 50.00) obtained a statistical value of 146.905 with a significance of 0.000. c) There is an interaction of influence between learning bentuks and motivation in increasing learning achievement in the Sports Physiology course, the statistical value is 12.342 with a significance of 0.001. Conclusions. So from the results of this study it can be concluded that the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning bentuk is better than the conventional bentuk, and high learning motivation is better than low learning motivation

Abstract

The purpose of the study. Determine the relationship between in perceptions, attitudes and learning motivation to learning outcomes, considering that many students have not obtained good learning achievement. There are two factors that influence learning outcomes, namely external factors and internal factors. Internal factors are student perceptions, student attitudes, and learning motivation. Materials and methods. This type of quantitative research uses correlational analysis techniques, the population of this study is all students of the 2019 PORKES Study Program which can be 140 people, while the sample in this study is 72 people. In this study, the sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique. The instruments used were the perception questionnaire, the attitude questionnaire and the learning motivation questionnaire. Data obtained from simple message and simple regression for hypothesis one, two and three without permission from multiple regression. Results. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) there is a significant relationship between student perceptions and learning outcomes of Porkes Indraprasta University students, (2) there is no significant relationship between student attitudes towards student learning outcomes of PORKES UNINDRA, (3) student learning motivation towards student learning outcomes PORKES UNINDRA, (4) there is no significant relationship between student perceptions, student attitudes, and student learning motivation together on student learning outcomes PORKES UNINDRA. Conclusions. This study it can be concluded that student perceptions, student attitudes, and student motivation to learn significantly contribute to student learning outcomes PORKES UNINDRA.

Abstract

In a company, it will always be connected to third parties and want to protect the company that is run honestly ("te goeder trouw"), so the legality of a company is important in business activities. The legality of a company or business entity is the most important element, because legality is the identity that legalizes or validates a business entity so that it is recognized by the public. The legality of the company must be valid according to laws and regulations, where the company is protected or covered by various documents until it is legal in the eyes of the law. Forms of Company Legality There are several types of identities that legalize a business entity, including: company name, company brand, and trade business license. While the benefits of company legality are as a means of legal protection, a means of promotion, proof of compliance with the law, making it easier to get a project and facilitating business development. The large number of companies that are established without legalizing the company is very detrimental to other companies that run their business activities honestly.

Abstract

In this study a case study method was used to analyze the factors of employee retention aimed specifically at millennial generation born between 1983 - 2000, or those under 36 years who worked at PT. XYZ This is because at this time the trend of 'turn over' of millennial generation employees is increasing, supported by secondary data from HRD which is quite large at around 14.3%. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire with Likert scale calculations, and using descriptive interview techniques, namely interview techniques by making approaches. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. XYZ numbered 80 respondents representing various divisions and departments.

Abstract

This study investigates the roles of financial literacy, risk perception, and investment experience in shaping investment decisions. Utilizing a sample of 500 individuals, we conducted descriptive statistics, reliability and validity testing, structural equation modeling (SEM), and moderation analysis to explore these relationships. The results reveal that higher financial literacy and investment experience are positively associated with better investment decisions, while higher risk perception is negatively associated with investment outcomes. Furthermore, financial literacy moderates the effect of risk perception, and investment experience enhances the positive impact of financial literacy on investment decisions. These findings underscore the importance of financial education and practical experience in fostering informed and strategic investment behavior. The study offers valuable insights for developing targeted educational programs and advisory services to enhance investor competence and confidence.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of financial literacy, risk tolerance, perceived usefulness, and trust perception on the financial decision-making of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java. Using a sample of MSME owners, the study employs multiple regression analysis to explore the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal that financial literacy is the most significant factor influencing financial decision-making, followed by perceived usefulness, risk tolerance, and trust perception. The results underscore the importance of financial education, adoption of beneficial financial tools, and fostering trust in financial institutions for enhancing MSME financial decisions. The study offers practical and theoretical contributions, providing valuable insights for policymakers, financial institutions, and MSMEs. Future research should consider expanding the geographical scope and exploring potential moderating factors in financial decision-making.

Abstract

Current information technology has a major impact on the ability of individuals to access digital spaces and carry out activities easily and efficiently. In this important business world, various problems often arise and increasingly lead to business disputes. The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth analysis of the urgency of formulating laws to resolve commercial disputes in the digital era, including the introduction of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) in Indonesia. Digitalization changes law enforcement, thus requiring a comprehensive study of commercial dispute resolution in the digital era. This study was conducted using a normative research methodology using qualitative data and documents, literature, laws and regulations as a form of research interpretation. Selected secondary data were taken from literature, dictionaries, laws and regulations as reference sources. Disputes that lead to business disputes can be resolved through judicial and non-judicial strategies. In the field of litigation, the Supreme Court (MA) and its judicial bodies have played a role in developing legal products, especially e-Court, which allows registered users to access various administrative mechanisms, including online. These objectives have been met. Case registration and online case access. Implementation of legal processes, reimbursement of costs, electronic summons of parties, and implementation of legal processes electronically. If the dispute is not legal in nature, it can be resolved through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the progress of Islamic Banks developing rapidly. based on resources, market share, productivity, and others. This was followed by internal administration, such as office expansion and administration. On the other hand, considering the human assets of Islamic Banks is very important in realizing the vision and mission. As a result, they have to make employee execution measures on purpose. This study uses a quantitative approach with the independent variables being authority, work teaching, inspiration, and compensation. The dependent variable used in this research is representative execution. The results of the study show that administration, work teaching, inspiration, and compensation basically affect representative efforts. can be seen from the amount of t count of 45.804 > t table of 2.51 with a significance level (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. At the same time the basis of complete authority providing higher wages and remuneration encourages inspiration for workers, teaching them to expand the performance of workers. As a result, these factors can advance representative implementation to create a common path at Bank BNI Syariah Indonesia Surabaya Branch, East Java. The conclusion states that independent factors affect the performance of workers. Therefore, as a result, these models are very appropriate for advancing bank workers to achieve their goals.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan terhadap produk laptop dimulai sejak diberlakukannya aturan Work From Home (WFH) selama pandemi. Merek merupakan salah satu atribut penting yang berperan dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian suatu produk. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran merek, asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, dan loyalitas merek terhadap keputusan pembelian produk laptop Lenovo. Sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pembeli atau pengguna produk laptop Lenovo di wilayah provinsi DKI Jakarta berperan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan diolah dengan menggunakan smartPLS. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan uji t kesadaran merek (X1) thitung = 1.788 > ttabel = 1.661, asosiasi merek (X2) thitung = 1.457 < ttabel = 1.661, persepsi kualitas (X3) thitung = 0.379 < ttabel = 1.661, loyalitas merek (X4) thitung = 1.441 < ttabel = 1.661, dan Fhitung = 26 > Ftabel = 2.0049. Kesimpulannya adalah kesadaran merek (X1), asosiasi merek (X2), perespsi kualitas (X3), dan loyalitas merek (X4) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk laptop Lenovo.
