Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien di Puskesmas Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Selctional yaitul pelnelitian ulntulk melmpelajari dinamika korelasi antara variabel belbas delngan variabel telrikat delngan cara pelndelkatan obselrvasi ataul pelngulmpulan data melnggulnakan kulelsionelr. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara dimensi empati dalam kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Faktor-faktor lain seperti tangibilitas, keandalan, daya tanggap, dan jaminan juga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Rappang, Kabupaten Sidrap, dengan populasi pasien yang mencari pengobatan pada bulan Juli 2023. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memberikan penilaian baik terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam semua dimensi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada Puskesmas Rappang untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

UPT Puskelsmas Rappang diteltapkan selbagai Puskelsmas Noln Rawat Inap (Rawat Jalan) belrdasarkan surat kelputusan Bupati Sidelnrelng Rappang Nolmolr :164/I/2021 Telntang Pelneltapan Pusat Kelselhatan Masyarakat belrdasarkan kelmampuan pelnyelelnggaraan tingkat Kabupateln Sidelnrelng Rappang delngan izin olpelrasiolnal belrdasarkan surat kelputusan Bupati Sidelnrelng Rappang Nolmolr : 507/XII/2018 telntang izin olpelrasiolnal puskelsmas. Belrdasarkan Olbselrvasi yang dilakukan olelh pelneliti di UPT Puskelsmas Rappang Kabupateln Sidelnrelng Rappang, ditelmukan belbelrapa masalah telrkait kelpuasan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kajian pustaka dan kusioner dengan analisis data menggunakan spss26. Penetapan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Hasil pelnelitian yang telah dilakukan, selcara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa Transparansi Kinelrja Pelgawai di UPT Puskelsmas Rappang Kabupateln Sidelnrelng Rappang, melnunjukkan hasil sangat baik delngan prelselntasel 80 %. Akuntabilitas Kinelrja Pelgawai di UPT Puskelsmas Rappang Kabupateln Sidelnrelng Rappang melnunjukkan hasil sangat baik delngan prelselntasel 80 %. Pelngaruh Transparansi dan Akuntabilitas telrhadap Kinelrja Pelgawai di UPT Puskelsmas Rappang Kabupateln Sidelnrelng Rappang melnunjukkan hasil sangat baik delngan prelselntasel 77 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model pemasaran dan strategi promosi yang efektif untuk Percetakan Dinda di Kelurahan Lalebata, mengingat promosi yang kurang optimal telah mempengaruhi pendapatan dan kelangsungan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian berupa manajer dan karyawan, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara sistematis untuk menyusun pola-pola yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa model pemasaran tradisional yang digunakan efektif untuk konsumen lokal tetapi terbatas dalam jangkauan yang lebih luas. Strategi promosi belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara maksimal, sehingga diperlukan adaptasi dalam pemasaran dan inovasi promosi digital untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pangsa pasar Percetakan Dinda.

Abstract

Layanan antrian Mobile dalam kerangka Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional memungkinkan peserta JKN mendaftar antrian menggunakan perangkat seluler seperti smartphone atau tablet. Berdasarkan data observasi dari bulan Januari hingga Juni 2023, tercatat sebanyak 6029 pasien menggunakan layanan antrian Mobile JKN di UPT Puskesmas Rappang. Namun, kendala-kendala muncul, antara lain rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman peserta JKN mengenai layanan antrian Mobile JKN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang layanan antrian Mobile JKN  terhadap berbagai aspek mutu pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Rappang serta hubungan  pemanfaatan layanan antrian dengan mutu pelayanan Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional study untuk mengkaji hubungan antara pemanfaatan layanan antrian Mobile JKN dan mutu pelayanan di UPT Puskesmas Rappang, Kabupaten Sidrap. Hasil analisis diperoleh p-value 0,000 < (0,05), artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan pada aplikasi Mobile JKN dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta UPT Puskesmas Rappang Kabupaten Sidenreng  Rappang.  Hubungan pemanfaatan layanan antrian pada aplikasi Mobile JKN dengan pemanfaatan layanan peserta UPT Puskesmas Rappang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, dari 31 responden (31.6%) yang mendapatkan pemanfaatan layanan antrian Mobile JKN yang cukup, sebanyak 67 responden (68.4%) menyatakan efektif dan sebanyak 36 responden (36.7%) menyatakan cukup, sedangkan dari  67 responden (63.3%) yang mendapatkan mutu pelayanan yang baik

Abstract

Patient adherence to the BPJS Health referral program at the Fella Clinic remains suboptimal, indicated by the limited engagement in follow-up appointments and medication adherence for the referral program, which saw a decrease in prevalence by 32.43% from January to October 2023. This research aims to assess patient compliance levels and identify factors contributing to non-compliance with the referral program at the Fella Clinic. Employing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, the study encompassed a population of 148 patients, with a sample size of 60 patients selected through Probability Sampling, specifically Simple Random Sampling. Data collection involved interviews and questionnaires, while analysis utilized the Chi-square test. Out of the 60 respondents, only 5 (8.3%) were non-compliant, whereas 55 (91.7%) were compliant. The Chi-square test results revealed a significant association (p<0.05) between attitudes (p=0.003), knowledge (p=0.005), and family support (p=0.001) with patient compliance regarding the implementation of the BPJS Health referral program at the Fella Clinic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relational marketing on customer loyalty for the "Rumah Adat Bugis" (Bugis Traditional Houses) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Relational marketing, which includes key elements such as communication, trust, empathy, and emotional bonding, plays a crucial role in building long-term relationships with customers. By fostering effective communication, trust through consistent service, and understanding customer needs, relational marketing significantly impacts customer loyalty. Loyal customers tend to make repeat purchases, buy in larger quantities, visit more frequently, and recommend the product to others. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods, distributing questionnaires to 37 respondents who are customers of the "Rumah Adat Bugis" from 2021 to 2023. Data were analyzed using SPSS software to evaluate the relationship between relational marketing and customer loyalty. The results show that relational marketing positively and significantly influences customer loyalty. This implies that implementing relational marketing strategies effectively strengthens customer retention, increases repeat purchases, and enhances business growth in the traditional housing industry.

Abstract

This study analyses the quality of health services for BPJS Kesehatan participants with a focus on the physical environment dimension at Puskesmas Tanasitolo, Wajo District, South Sulawesi. The quality of the physical environment has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, which is an important element in the effectiveness of health services. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study. A total of 99 BPJS participants who met the criteria completed a questionnaire assessing various aspects of the physical environment, such as room conditions, design, and social factors. The analysis showed that the cleanliness and comfort of the facility, room arrangement, and adequacy of facilities and infrastructure significantly contributed to patient satisfaction. More than 80% of respondents were satisfied with the physical environment, especially in terms of room design and equipment condition. This finding is in line with previous studies showing that the physical environment plays an important role in the quality of healthcare services. Improving this aspect is crucial to increasing patient satisfaction. The physical environment has a significant influence on the satisfaction of BPJS participants at Puskesmas. Continuous improvement in this aspect is necessary to ensure optimal service.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a type of marketing whose use is digital. Marketing techniques that were initially only offline-based, are now shifting to the digital era (online). Digital marketing can be done either through the web, e-mail or social media. With digital marketing, it will make it easier for business actors to market their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of digital marketing (Tiktok social media) to consumers' buying interest in Jarejeku Shop. The method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires (Likert scale). The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The population in this study includes consumers of Toko Jarejeku with a sample of 96 people. The results of the study show that the results of the t-test are obtained that the Digital Marketing (X) variable has a significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) in Jarejeku stores

Abstract

Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang merupakan penyelenggara pelayanan publik dalam bidang sertipikat tanah. Esensi pelayanan adalah pelayanan publik terwujudnya pelayanan yang prima, yang berarti mampu mewujudkan kepuasan masyarakat dalam upaya mendapatkan pelayanan dari instansi pemerintah. Menurut visi tersebut, tugas pegawai pada hari itu adalah mengamalkan asa-asas, dan hukum pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam penerbitan sertipikat tanah di Kantor BPN Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa variabel kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 54,5% berada pada kategori “kurang baik”, variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 55,8% berada pada kategori “kurang baik”, berdasarkan indikator kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam penerbitan sertipikat tanah di Kantor BPN Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang didapatkan indikator yang memiliki nilai tertinggi adalah kenyamanan layanan dengan presentase 68% kategori “baik”, sedangkan nilai indikator terendah adalah kepastian biaya dengan presentase 40,8% kategori “tidak baik”. Abstract

Introduction: Stunting, recognized as a prominent global health issue, particularly in low-income countries, arises from persistent undernutrition and frequent infections, adversely impacting children's physical development, cognitive abilities, and future economic productivity. Notwithstanding the implementation of various maternal and child health strategies designed to mitigate stunting, its incidence remains alarmingly high, exhibiting differential efficacy across diverse contexts due to obstacles in policy execution, accessibility issues, and socio-cultural influences. Methods: This study utilized a research methodology that included a bibliometric analysis of publications retrieved from the Scopus Database relating to maternal and child health policies in reducing stunting prevalence using the keywords “maternal and child health policies” and “stunting”. The findings were directly related to the research topic, revealing a total of 154 articles published from 2004 to 2023. The criteria set emphasized articles written in English, with the data obtained exported in CSV format. VOS viewer version 1.6.17 was used for bibliometric analysis in this study. Results: The results showed a significant increase in publications addressing the relationship between health policies and stunting prevalence. Academic discussions on policy and stunting have also increased, especially in the fields of medicine and nursing, which reveal the health impacts on stunted children. Data analysis from various studies emphasized the importance of evidence-based strategies that combine medical interventions with structural, social and economic transformation. Conclusion: In conclusion, this review emphasizes the importance of collaboration between various sectors, including health, education, and agriculture, in addressing stunting. Policymakers should consider establishing dedicated funding streams through public-private partnerships to ensure the sustainability of stunting prevention programs. Implementing regulatory frameworks that mandate intersectoral collaboration between health, education, and agriculture sectors can enhance policy coherence and resource optimization. Furthermore, adopting performance-based incentives for local health agencies may encourage more effective policy implementation and service delivery.
