Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. The object of this research is the employees of Husky Company CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML). The population in this study amounted to 211 employees, with a total sample of 139 Husky Company CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis used is the instrument test, the classical assumption test and the multiple linear regression test using a significant level of 5%. The results showed a significant influence of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. It indicates a significant influence of leadership on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. Shows that there is a significant influence of motivation on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. It indicates a significant effect of work discipline on the performance of Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) employees. The variables of leadership, motivation, and work discipline can explain changes in employee performance by 57.2%, and the remaining 42.8% is explained by other variables not included in this study.).

Abstract

Berbagai permasalahan yang timbul, fokus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kegiatan bermain peran dalam meningkatkan self confident (kepercayaan diri) anak usia dini di TK Widuri Jaya Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih banyaknya anak usia 4–5 tahun yang menunjukkan kurang percaya diri ketika diminta berbicara, tampil di depan kelas, maupun berinteraksi dengan teman sebaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 anak kelompok A. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, catatan anekdot, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kegiatan bermain peran dengan tema profesi dapat meningkatkan keberanian anak untuk memilih peran, menjawab pertanyaan guru, tampil di depan kelas, serta berinteraksi dengan teman. Peningkatan terlihat signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II, di mana mayoritas anak mencapai kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan bermain peran efektif dalam meningkatkan self confident anak usia dini, sehingga dapat dijadikan strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dalam pengembangan sosial-emosional anak di PAUD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas metode sensori eksplorasi dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi anak hiperaktif usia 4–5 tahun di Leap Learning Playground. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh pentingnya masa golden age sebagai periode krusial dalam perkembangan kognitif, motorik, sosial emosional, dan bahasa anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif survey. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah unsur lembaga Leap Learning Playground yang meliputi Kepala Lembaga, tenaga pendidik dan orangtua di Leap Learning Playground. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan inteview atau wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi analisis data melalui beberapa aktivitas yaitu data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode sensori eksplorasi efektif dalam meningkatkan rentang perhatian anak hiperaktif secara bertahap.

Abstract

Berdasarkan dari berbagai permasalahan yang di temukan, fokus utama dalam penelitian adalah meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak usia dini di PAUDQU Shibyan Islamic School. Upaya peningkatan literasi yang dilakukannya melalui stimulasi menggunakan permainan tradisional engklek modifikasi. Permainan ini dipilih karena diyakini mampu menjadi media yang menyenangkan dan edukatif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan literasi awal anak. Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada satu permasalahan, yaitu peningkatan kemampuan literasi awal anak usia dini melalui permainan tradisional engklek modifikasi di PAUDQU Shibyan Islamic School. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 9 anak berusia 5-6 tahun kelompok B di PAUDQU Shibyan Islamic School. Fokus penelitian ini berada pada analisis dampak dari stimulasi permainan tradisional engklek modifikasi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan literasi awal anak usia dini. dari berbagai model penelitian tindakan kelas yang sudah di jelaskan sebelumnya, peneliti memilih menggunakan model Kemmis Mc Taggart. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Kriteria keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan apabila kemampuan literasi anak mencapai persentase > 76% dengan kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH). Berdasarkan hasil yang di dapat, permainan tradisional engklek modifikasi terbukti efektif dan meningkatkan pembelajaran literasi anak usia 5-6 tahun di kelompok B. Hal ini terlihat dari persentase pada pra siklus yang hanya sebesar 22,22% (Kategori Belum Berkembang/BB), selanjutnya adanya peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 55,56% (Kategoti Mulai Berkembang/MB), Dan akhirnya mencapai sebesar 88,89% pada siklus II (Kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik/BSB). Peningkatan ini menujukan bahwa permaina tradisional engklek modifikasi dapat memberikan stimulasi terhadap kemampuan literasi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh kecerdasan emosional ibu terhadap regulasi emosi anak usia dini (4–6 tahun). Regulasi emosi merupakan aspek perkembangan yang sangat penting pada masa prasekolah karena berperan dalam kemampuan anak menyesuaikan diri, berinteraksi sosial, serta menghadapi situasi baru baik di lingkungan keluarga maupun sekolah. Peran ibu sebagai figur utama dalam kehidupan anak menjadi krusial karena kecerdasan emosional ibu diyakini memiliki kontribusi besar dalam membentuk pola regulasi emosi anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain regresi linier sederhana. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 ibu yang memiliki anak usia 4–6 tahun di RT 10 dan RT 11/RW 16, yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Brief Emotional Intelligence Scale (BEIS-10) untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosional ibu dan Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC) untuk menilai regulasi emosi anak. Analisis data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional ibu terhadap regulasi emosi anak, dengan nilai t hitung = 8,346 > t tabel = 1,994 dan signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,499 menunjukkan bahwa 49,9% variasi regulasi emosi anak dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional ibu, sedangkan sisanya 50,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya program edukasi orang tua untuk memperkuat kecerdasan emosional ibu sehingga mampu menciptakan pola asuh yang hangat, responsif, dan penuh empati.
