Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of communication, leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. 2) The influence of communication on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. 3) The Influence of Leadership on the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. 4) The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. This type of research is Associative. The variables used by researchers include Communication, Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Performance. The population of this study consisted of all Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City, and the sample in the study amounted to 101 employees. The sampling technique used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. 2) Communication has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Palembang City. 3) Leadership has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service. 4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji upaya meningkatkan perkembangan sensorimotor pada anak usia dini dengan metode sentra bahan alam di Sekolah Cerdas Ummat Madani, Bekasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan proses analisis data kualitatif melalui beberapa aktifitas yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah unsur lembaga yang meliputi kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik/guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia dini kenyataannya banyak yang mengalami keterbatasan dalam perkembangan sensorimotor pada anak. Dalam konteks ini metode sentra bahan alam yang inovatif dan efektif sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung perkembangan sensorimotor pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru pendamping dan orang tua dalam meningkatkan fokus belajar anak autisme melalui kegiatan motorik kasar di Sekolah Sinar Indonesia Cibubur. Anak autisme memiliki hambatan dalam konsentrasi, interaksi sosial, dan komunikasi, sehingga memerlukan pendekatan khusus untuk mendukung proses belajarnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru kelas, guru pendamping, orang tua, dan satu anak dengan autisme. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru pendamping berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan demonstrator dalam mendampingi anak autisme, sedangkan orang tua berperan sebagai penguat dan kolaborator dalam mendukung latihan fokus belajar di rumah. Sinergi antara guru pendamping dan orang tua melalui kegiatan motorik kasar seperti melempar bola, berjalan di papan titian, dan melompat terbukti meningkatkan konsentrasi anak dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi intensif antara sekolah dan keluarga dalam membangun program stimulasi yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan fokus belajar anak autisme.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Augmented Reality (AR)-based media through the Assemblr Edu application in improving the recognition of three-dimensional shapes among early childhood learners. The research method employed was Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Kemmis & McTaggart model, consisting of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The research subjects were 20 children in group A (ages 4–5 years) at TK Sahabat Bekasi. The research instruments included a Lesson Plan, observation sheets, and interviews. The results showed an improvement in children’s understanding of three-dimensional shapes. In the pre-cycle stage, the average achievement was only 20.77%, which increased to 42.85% in cycle I, and reached 87.00% in cycle II, exceeding the success criterion of >80%. These findings demonstrate that the use of AR through the Assemblr Edu application can effectively enhance early childhood learners’ understanding of three-dimensional shapes in a more interactive and enjoyable way.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi terhadap margin pembiayaan murabahah di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Simpang Patal Palembang pada periode 2021–2024. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fluktuasi inflasi yang berpotensi memengaruhi daya beli masyarakat serta kebijakan penyaluran pembiayaan bank syariah, khususnya produk murabahah yang mendominasi portofolio pembiayaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan data sekunder berupa inflasi bulanan dan data pembiayaan murabahah selama 48 bulan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap margin pembiayaan murabahah. Koefisien regresi sebesar -11,105 mengindikasikan bahwa setiap kenaikan inflasi 1% akan menurunkan margin pembiayaan murabahah sebesar ±Rp11,1 juta. Nilai R² sebesar 0,605 menunjukkan bahwa 60,5% variasi margin pembiayaan murabahah dapat dijelaskan oleh inflasi, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini sejalan dengan teori bahwa inflasi tinggi mengurangi daya beli, meningkatkan biaya usaha, dan mendorong bank untuk lebih selektif dalam penyaluran pembiayaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi BSI untuk lebih adaptif dalam merancang strategi pembiayaan yang tanggap terhadap dinamika inflasi, serta bagi regulator untuk menjaga stabilitas harga demi mendukung pertumbuhan pembiayaan syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Generasi Z dalam memilih bank syariah, dengan objek mahasiswa Perbankan Syariah STEBIS IGM Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih bank syariah, yaitu kepercayaan, kualitas layanan, budaya, promosi dan pemasaran, inovasi produk, keamanan dan privasi, serta aksesibilitas. Selain itu, pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap prinsip-prinsip dasar perbankan syariah, seperti larangan riba dan sistem bagi hasil, turut memengaruhi preferensi mereka. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research aimed to determine the implementation and effectiveness of the Talaqqi Method in improving the ability of Group B children to memorize Juz' Amma at the Uwais Al Qorny Tahfidz Qur'an Kindergarten, Bekasi City. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with validity tested using data triangulation and credibility checks. The research results indicate that Uwais Al Qorny Tahfidz Qur'an Kindergarten actively uses the Talaqqi Method and found it easy to implement and proven effective in boosting children's memorization skills due to its continuous and repetitive nature. While hindering factors included student health and attendance, the primary success factor for its implementation was the full support from the school administration and the parents. Overall, this study affirms that the Talaqqi Method is an appropriate approach for teaching Juz' Amma memorization to early childhood students.
