Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of research and development is to produce an electronic module based on local wisdom and life skills. The product is developed according to the stages of the ADDIE model. The feasibility of the e-module is known from the results of expert validation, and an assessment of the attractiveness, practicality, and effectiveness of the product from users. The average validation results of material experts reached 89.5%, design experts 87%. Then the field trial by the teacher obtained an average of 93% attractiveness, 93% practicality, and by students it reached 91% attractiveness percentage, 90% practicality and 96% class completeness effectiveness. The results of research and product development can be categorized as suitable for use in learning.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan adalah memproduksi modul elektronik berbasis kearifan lokal dan kecakapan hidup. Produk dikembangkan sesuai tahapan model ADDIE. Kelayakan e-modul  diketahui dari hasil validasi ahli ahli, dan penilaian kemenarikan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan produk dari pengguna. Rata-rata hasil validasi ahli materi mencapai 89.5%, ahli desain 87%. Kemudian uji coba lapangan oleh guru diperoleh rata-rata hasil kemenarikan 93%, kepraktisan 93%, dan oleh peserta didik mencapai persentase kemenarikan 91%, kepraktisan 90% dan efektivitas ketuntasan kelas 96%. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan produk dapat dikategorikan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to present the use of Portfolios to develop independent learning and student understanding: forms, uses, and results. Portfolios can increase students’ understanding of lectures and foster student responsibility in completing a particular job. Researchers used a qualitative approach through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that learning with portfolios in the form of summaries and concept maps is then presented in three languages, namely Arabic, English, and Indonesian in ten minutes for each language. By using a portfolio, students are not only independent and understand in learning but also practice language skills.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan pemanfaatan Portofolio untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran mandiri dan pemahaman siswa: bentuk, kegunaan, dan hasil. Portofolio dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan dan menumbuhkan tanggung jawab mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan tertentu. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan portofolio berupa ringkasan dan peta konsep kemudian disajikan dalam tiga bahasa yaitu bahasa Arab, bahasa Inggris, dan bahasa Indonesia dalam waktu sepuluh menit untuk setiap bahasa. Dengan menggunakan portofolio, siswa tidak hanya mandiri dan paham dalam belajar tetapi juga melatih keterampilan berbahasa.

Abstract

The present research aims to describe linguistic and non-linguistic problems in Arabic learning process at “Songserm Wittaya Mulnithi Kuttao”, Thailand and to offer alternative solutions for both. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The result of this research are linguistic and non-linguistic problems; the linguistic problems are the difficulty in pronouncing some Arabic letters, the presence of tashrif in Arabic, and the differences in sentence arrangement and the non-linguistic problems are the learning method I used did not have any variation, the learning media I used did not have any variation, and the students are not motivated to learn Arabic. The alternative solutions to the linguistic problem are the repeating of Arabic letters that are different by Siam language for phonology problems, simplify the material of binyah kalimah and the material of mawaqi’ al i’rob for morphology problems, the giving of patterns of jumlah ismiyyah and jumlah fi’liyah and their examples for syntax efficiency problems. The alternative solutions to the non-linguistic problem are the use of learning methods that are varied and in accordance with the learning objectives, student conditions, and the material taught for the problems in the learning method, the use of learning media that are varied for the problems in the learning media, developing students' enthusiasm by learning Arabic for the problems in students.

Abstract

Viewed from their linguistic forms, Asmaul Husna are classified into the mubalaghah group whose meanings require the addition of “Maha” (the All-/Omni- /the Most) and the non-mubalaghah  group, without the word “Maha”. Out of 99, only 69 names come up in the Qur’an with different frequencies, ranging from 1 to 138 times. The implication of this fact for professional educators is the requirement for pedagogical competence, personality competence, and social competence. Out of 5 data sources, there are 4 variants of translation, and a shift of form and meaning has been found. However, according Islamic theology, all names in Asmaul Husna must  be  translated  with  the  word  “Maha”,  which  shows  perfection  in  divine attributes.    Further research should be directed toward the study of Asmaul Husna in the Hadeeth of the Prophet.

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to describe the grammatical meaning of the translation errors and the use of literal translation in the translation procedure book Durusun Iqtishadiyatun min Ramadlan. This research is qualitative, descriptive, in accordance with the data collected in the form of words, phrases and sentences. Researchers found: (1) the translation of the meanings of grammatical errors include (a) error of morphology, which is caused by three factors, among others errors recognize form words, diction selection mistakes and errors recognize variations of word meaning, and (b) the syntax error is caused by an error in the interpretation of syntax elements in a sentence. (2) The literal translation procedure usage error in the fix uses some other procedures that; (a) transposition procedures, (b) cultural equivalence procedures, (c) the procedure modulation, (d) the procedure modulation-transposition-culture equivalence. Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan guru bahasa Arab dalam menulis. Kegiatan ini berupa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan menulis bookchapter berbasis pengalaman mengajar selama masa Covid-19 terkait implementasi model, media, evaluasi, dan perencanaan pembelajaran online. Jumlah peserta 75 orang pengajar bahasa Arab. Materi dalam pelatihan ini adalah (1) Peluang Menulis dan Menerbitkan Buku bagi Guru Bahasa Arab di Era Industri, (2) Menyusun Perencanaan Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Online, (3) Integrasi Pikiran dalam Pengembangan Paragraf, (4) Pemanfaatan Iot dan Big Data dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Online, dan (5) Implementasi Model Kreatif Produktif dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Online. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah andragogi dengan metode presentasi, eksplanasi, modelling, praktek, diskusi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah: (1) kegiatan pelatihan menulis yang menghasilkan luaran berupa berita pelaksanaan kegiatan pada media massa Kompasiana dan (2) kegiatan pendampingan menulis yang menghasilkan luaran berupa bookchapter ber-ISBN tentang implementasi model, media, evaluasi, dan perencanaan pembelajaran bahasa Arab online.

Abstract

An abbreviation is a new form of the word that combines two or more words representing the original word. In Arabic discourse, this is not new but still not familiar among Arabic learners. The primary purpose of this research is to find, understand, and analyze the phenomenon of abbreviation in Arabic in forms and processes contained in the al-Uula rubric in the online media of the Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper in March 2020. This research is library research which uses a qualitative approach with documentation techniques on data collection and data analysis techniques developed by Miles and Huberman. Based on the research 31 data were obtained for Arabic abbreviations. The results showed four types of abbreviation processes; mukhtaṣar with 10 data, al-naḥt with 1 data, and ikhtizaal with 20 data. The Abbreviation in Arabic Fusha, in particular, requires a lot of further studies to become a reference and insight that are easily accessible to Arabic readers and learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a bibliometric analysis of Arabic calligraphy research from the Scopus database from 2016 to 2021. This study identified 43 English documents for further analysis based on the query used and the document screening stages. In this study, Vosviewer was used to visualize the data, and Harzing's Publish or Perish is used to harvest data, calculate metrics, and analyze citations. According to our findings, Arabic calligraphy research publications are increasing, with the peak occurring in 2019, including in terms of citations. The findings indicate that research in language and arts is closely related to the primary research domain, and that the arts have the prospect to displace the language groups that previously dominated. Apart from the current subject, research into the role of language and art (aesthetics) in Arabic calligraphy is still constricted and should be expanded.

Abstract

Indonesian students are weak in critical thinking, as well as the curiosity of researchers about what strategies are suitable for improving speaking skills, this study aims to find a strategy using concept maps with several stages that will train students' skills in reading, vocabulary, write and speak. This study aims to describe the application of the concept map strategy and describe the obstacles faced by students, as well as solutions, as well as describe student perceptions. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with case studies, which focus on learning at Malang State Universities and Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang, Indonesia. Data are collected by observation, interviews and documentation. As for the data analysis method, the researcher used the model according to Miles and Huberman, the data analysis technique consisted of data collection, condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are students' perceptions in implementing the strategy are divided into two, the beginning of application (aspects of mastery of the material, duration of time, habituation of learning and technology) and after application (aspects of vocabulary, compulsion, facilitating learning and psychological). concept map strategy trains students to think critically and speak systematically and learn independently.

Abstract

This article is the result of research with the aim of describing the implementation of vocabulary learning with Najwa Al-Thoraya's Pocket Dictionary in seventh-grade students of Al-Irshad Tangaran Seventh Secondary School, Batu City. The researcher uses experiments, and it is in two sessions, each of which consists of; Planning, action, observation and evaluation. The results of the research show that there is data that learning Arabic using Najwa Al-Thoraya dictionary is effective in memorizing vocabulary, and this is evidenced by vocabulary test scores that exceed KKM (minimum standards). There are several drawbacks in this educational activity, such as limited learning time, ability of each student, etc. However, these drawbacks can be overcome. In conclusion, Najwa Al-Thoraya's dictionary increases the vocabulary of seventh-grade students.هذه المقالة هي نتيجة البحث بهدف وصف تنفيذ تعلم المفردات بقاموس الجيب نجوى الثرايا في طلاب الصف السابع د المدرسة الثانوية الإرشاد تنجاران السابع مدينة باتو. الباحث يستخدم البحث التجارب ويكون في دورتين، كل منهما تتكون من؛ التخطيط، العمل، الملاحظة والتقويم. تظهر نتائج البحث بأن هناك بيانات تفيد بأن تعلم اللغة العربية باستخدام قاموس نجوى الثرايا فعالية في حفظ المفردات، ويتضح ذلك من خلال درجات اختبار المفردات التي تتجاوز KKM (معايير الحد الأدنى). وهناك عدة العوائق في هذا النشاط التعليمي ، مثل وقت التعلم المحدود ، وقدرة كل طالب ، وما إلى ذلك. ومع ذلك، يمكن التحليل على هذه العوائق. الخلاصة أن قاموس نجوى الثرايا يكثر مفردات طلاب الصف السابع.
