Abstract

Early childhood education (ECE) serves as a critical foundation for children's literacy, language, and character development. In Indonesia, this foundational stage is complicated by a dual curriculum policy implemented by two ministries: the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This study aims to critically analyze how early literacy is conceptualized in two official curricula—PAUD 2013 (Kemendikbudristek) and PIAUD 2020 (Kemenag)—through thematic content analysis and critical discourse analysis. The findings reveal that both curricula construct literacy within different ideological frames: the PAUD 2013 curriculum emphasizes scientific, play-based, and developmental approaches, while the PIAUD 2020 curriculum embeds religious values, character building, and Islamic traditions into literacy practices. This divergence creates pedagogical confusion at the implementation level, particularly in pesantren-based institutions that straddle both frameworks. The analysis also highlights how curriculum texts serve as ideological instruments, shaping educators’ practices through discursive constructions of knowledge, power, and morality. This study concludes that curriculum reform must move beyond technical alignment toward ideological integration, and recommends cross-ministerial training to bridge interpretive gaps among educators. The research contributes to the growing discourse on critical curriculum studies and educational policy in multicultural contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance allowances, organizational culture, work pressure, and leadership on fraud. This research was carried out by the KPP Madya Surakarta organization. Over the course of seven months, beginning in January 2024 and ending in July 2024, the study was conducted there. The reason why the researcher determined that the best time to do the investigation was between January and July of 2024. All of the personnel of KPP Madya Surakarta, which amounted to 116 individuals, were included in this study's data collection. The method of sampling that was utilized in this investigation was known as purposive sampling. 58 employees from KPP Madya Surakarta were used as samples for this study. These personnel included all Account Representatives and examiners. When examining the impact of many independent variables on a dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was utilized as the method of study. Specifically, to ascertain the degree to which performance allowances, corporate culture, job pressure, and leadership are all closely related to the phenomenon of fraud. Despite the fact that leadership does not have a substantial impact on fraud, the findings of this study indicate that performance allowances, organizational culture, and work pressure all have a favorable and significant impact on the phenomenon of fraud.

Abstract

The Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model plays a crucial role in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are essential for 21st-century education. This study aims to analyze the content of field research focusing on the application of the PBL model in physical education (PE) in Indonesia. Although numerous articles have been published on PBL, few have conducted content analyses on this topic. Therefore, this study explores the implementation of PBL in Indonesian physical education using a content analysis approach. The research employed a content analysis design, with the primary data source consisting of articles from SINTA-indexed PE journals. A total of 13 articles published between 2006 and 2023 met the criteria for analysis. The findings highlight significant opportunities for further PBL research in Indonesian PE, particularly using qualitative methods. Notably, there is a lack of studies involving grade 9 or 12 students. Most existing research focuses on learning outcomes, uses a variety of intervention types, and frequently relies on questionnaires and test sheets. Additionally, some quasi-experimental studies were found to use inappropriate data analysis techniques. This review provides critical baseline evidence to guide future research and pedagogical innovation in PE by identifying current gaps and methodological limitations in how PBL is applied and studied in Indonesia.

Abstract

Cancer is a leading cause of death globally, with over 10 million deaths reported in 2020, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Early detection and accurate diagnosis are crucial to improving survival rates. However, conventional diagnostic methods such as biopsies and histopathological analysis have several limitations, including being invasive, time-consuming, and reliant on subjective interpretation by pathologists. With technological advancements, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) offer promising alternatives in cancer diagnosis. This study explores the effectiveness of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm in classifying cancer cells using the Breast Cancer Wisconsin dataset. The dataset consists of 699 cell samples obtained through fine needle aspiration, each described by 10 morphological features and labeled as benign or malignant. The results show that SVM with a Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel can classify cancer cells with high accuracy. Data preprocessing, including cleaning and normalization, significantly improves model performance. Additionally, parameter optimization using grid search enhances the model’s reliability. This study highlights the strong potential of SVM as an efficient, accurate, and practical decision-support tool in medical diagnosis, particularly for cancer detection.

Abstract

Sin is the main obstacle to God’s salvation, because the wages of sin is death. But salvation is God’s free gift, not because of the kindness of those who receive it to God. Baptism was used by Paul to explain the death of sin and life for God. Believers are baptized into Christ, are baptized in His death, which means believers are drowned in Christ, into the death of Him. And by the resurrection of Christ, those who die in Christ will also experience a resurrection with Christ. From this resurection with Christ, this is the faithful person who has a new life and starts walking in that new life. This article attempts to explain Paul's words in Romans 6: 1-4 about new life. And it is in this new life that believers have a quality life knowing God who is new and full of wisdom. And a new life here is a very different life from a long life, where a long life tands to sin, but a life that tends to be old is a wise life.
