Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the environmental awareness of housewives in household waste management and efforts to cultivate environmental awareness among housewives in household waste management. The research was conducted at Bank Sampah Hijau Selaras Mandiri located at Jl. Kompleks Angkasa Pura Blok PQRS RT.14/RW.06, Kelurahan Kebon Kosong, Kecamatan Kemayoran, Kota Jakarta Pusat. This study utilized a descriptive method with data collection techniques such as questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentary studies. Descriptive data analysis was employed as the data analysis technique in this study. Purposive sampling was used, with the participants being waste bank members acting as housewives. The research findings indicate that 53% of housewives have a moderate level of environmental awareness in managing household waste, while 47% have a high level of environmental awareness. The housewives have a general belief in recognizing the urgency of environmental issues, possess information and knowledge about household waste and its management, demonstrate individual attitudes in perceiving and treating waste and their environment, and exhibit pro-environmental behaviors through eco-friendly lifestyle changes. The research also shows that housewives have implemented waste management in accordance with the Regional Regulation of the Special Capital City of Jakarta Number 3 of 2013 concerning Waste Management. The efforts undertaken by Bank Sampah Hijau Selaras Mandiri in fostering environmental awareness among housewives in household waste management include: 1) implementing programs to their fullest extent, 2) providing socialization and counseling, 3) disseminating information, 4) delivering education, and 5) gives rewards and punishments.

Abstract

Canteen facilities and infrastructure is an important component in efforts to support school health so it needs to be considered in accordance with adiwiyata standards. Things to consider include; canteen construction, sanitation facilities, pest and insect control, as well as kitchens, cooking and food equipment and supplies. SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta is one of the schools that implements a healthy canteen. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview or describe the facilities and infrastructure of healthy canteen implemented by SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. included in the good categorization with the percentage of accumulated data by 75%. This shows that the school facilitates canteen facilities and infrastructure well. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there are several indicators of canteen sanitation facilities that are in poor condition. In addition, there are still traders who lack awareness in accommodating food that is not in accordance with standards.

Abstract

Learning organisation strategies or Learning Strategies refer to the ways used by educators or instructors to organise and structure the learning process to be effective and efficient. Where there are 3 indicators, namely modification of time allocation, modification of content or material and modification of the teaching-learning process. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 40 Jakarta opens a pathway for students with special needs or often called people with disabilities. This study aims to describe the modification of time allocation for children with special needs (ABK) in the Merdeka Curriculum of SMPN 40 Jakarta. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Social Studies Learning Strategy for children with special needs is included in the good categorisation with a percentage of data accumulation results of 68%. This means that the modification of time allocation for children with disabilities at SMPN 40 Jakarta has been done well.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship in the marketplace are important factors in shaping the quality of students. Lack of entrepreneurial knowledge in students results in a lack of interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship in the marketplace among Social Studies Education students, Jakarta State University, especially in the 2020 and 2021 intakes. The research method used is correlation research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 118 Social Studies Education students, Jakarta State University, the 2020 and 2021 intakes. Data were collected through a questionnaire that focused on the variables of entrepreneurial knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship in the marketplace with a measurement scale using the Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using normality tests and correlation tests. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship in the marketplace of Social Studies Education students, Jakarta State University, the 2020-2021 intake. This shows that the better the students' entrepreneurial knowledge, the higher the interest in entrepreneurship in the marketplace of Social Studies Education students, Jakarta State University, the 2020-2021 intake. The relationship between the two variables is included in the high category. The implication of this study is the importance of paying attention to other factors that can also influence entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Describe the development of independence for foster children at the Chairun Nissa Orphanage. This research was conducted at the Chairun Nissa Orphanage on JL. Pisangan Baru Timur, No.12, Jatinegara, RT.6/RW.15, Pisangan Baru, Kec.Matraman, East Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 13110. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The subjects in this research were 8 respondents. The results of this research show that: (1) The process of fostering caregivers in forming the independence of foster children at the Chairun Nissa Orphanage in the coaching that is carried out includes several steps such as modeling, providing attention and love, providing good lessons (advice), and providing rewards and punishments. Coaching consists of several forms such as physical coaching, cultural coaching, religious coaching, and intellectual coaching. Chairun Nissa Orphanage Caretakers have a role in forming the independence of foster children in 3 aspects, namely emotional independence (emotional autonomy), independence in behavior (behavioral autonomy), and independence in values ​​(value autonomy).

Abstract

Pendidikan yang berkualitas di tingkat dasar memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keterampilan dan mentalitas wirausaha siswa. Dalam era globalisasi dan tuntutan pasar yang semakin kompleks, penting bagi siswa untuk memiliki kreativitas kewirausahaan yang kuat agar dapat menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Namun, pencapaian kreativitas kewirausahaan yang optimal tidak dapat terwujud tanpa pemberdayaan guru sebagai pelaku utama dalam proses pembelajaran. pemberdayaan guru sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan kreativitas kewirausahaan siswa bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma pembelajaran menjadi lebih relevan dengan dunia nyata, mempersiapkan siswa untuk tantangan masa depan, serta membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan yang penting dalam menciptakan peluang, inovasi, dan keberhasilan dalam dunia wirausaha. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kreativitas kewirausahaan siswa, maka diperlukanlah suatu pemberdayaan bagi guru-guru SD terkait ketrampilan mengajarnya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada kepada kelompok guru Sekolah Dasar di Jakarta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan guru mengenai keterampilan mengajar yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas kewirausahaan peserta didik.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis proyek memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih nyata dan aplikatif bagi siswa. Mereka diberikan proyek-proyek yang terkait dengan kehidupan sehari-hari atau dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Hal ini mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan konteks nyata dan membantu siswa memahami hubungan antara konsep-konsep akademik dengan dunia sekitar mereka, sehingga pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa secara signifikan. Melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, siswa dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang konsep-konsep dalam berbagai bidang pembelajaran dengan menerapkan konsep-konsep tersebut secara praktis dalam konteks proyek yang mereka kerjakan, sehingga memperkuat pemahaman mereka. Guru dapat menjadi fasilitator yang efektif dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang menggerakkan kreativitas siswa, sehingga siswa memiliki kesempatan yang lebih besar untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, serta kemampuan kolaboratif dan pemecahan masalah. Dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, maka diperlukanlah suatu pemberdayaan bagi guru-guru Sekolah Dasar untuk melakukan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahun dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pembelajaran berbasis proyek.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif dalam dunia pendidikan sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan guna mencetak siswa yang handal dan mempunyai daya saing global. Media presentasi prezi dapat merangsang pikiran, minat dan perhatian siswa, sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik. Dalam rangka memberikan memberikan wawasan pengetahuan bagi guru mengenai media pembelajaran yang dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar di kelas serta menunjang pembelajaran di kelas, maka perlu kiranya memberikan kegiatan pendampingan bagi kelompok guru dalam membuat media presentasi prezi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan Prezi sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Menulis adalah salah satu bentuk komunikasi yang penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan menguasai keterampilan menulis, siswa dapat mengungkapkan pikiran, ide, dan perasaan mereka secara jelas dan terstruktur. Kemampuan menulis yang baik memungkinkan siswa untuk berkomunikasi dengan efektif dalam berbagai konteks, baik itu di sekolah, pekerjaan, atau dalam kehidupan pribadi. Menulis juga memberikan siswa kesempatan untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan imajinasi mereka. Melalui menulis cerita, puisi, dan komposisi lainnya, siswa dapat mengekspresikan ide dan gagasan mereka dengan cara yang unik dan personal. Hal ini tidak hanya memperkaya pengalaman mereka dalam berpikir kreatif, tetapi juga memperluas kemampuan mereka dalam menggunakan bahasa dengan menyenangkan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan daya imajinasi siswa, maka diperlukanlah suatu pendampingan bagi guru-guru Sekolah Dasar untuk memilih strategi mengajar yang tepat dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan menulis siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengembangkan strategi mengajar untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan menulis siswa.

Abstract

Character development is an effort that is sustainable on the foundation of character education that has been carried out, the form of character development varies, it is in accordance with the eighteen values of character education in Indonesia, and the focus of this research is the character of environmental love. The character of environmental love carried out at SMPN 45 Jakarta can be developed through one program among other programs, namely through Reduce, Reuse, Recycle activities. The purpose of this study is to further describe 3R activities can develop the character of environmental love of SMPN 45 Jakarta students. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, and the final results of this study indicate that the development of environmental love character carried out by SMPN 45 Jakarta is well implemented, this is supported because of the dominance of reinforcement by teachers, and rules at school. but it is unfortunate that the environmental love behavior implemented by students is only limited to compulsion, not fully aware of environmental sustainability and running wholeheartedly.
