Pendidikan adalah sebagai usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan proses pembelajaran untuk peserta didik yang aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan ialah dengan pengembangan Media Presentasi Menggunakan Microsoft Sway Bermuatan Pendekatan Kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tingkat validitas Media Presentasi Menggunakan Microsoft Sway Bermuatan Pendekatan Kontekstual Tentang Materi Perubahan Lingkungan Untuk SMA. Pengembangan Media Presentasi Menggunakan Microsoft Sway Bermuatan Pendekatan Kontekstual ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Objek penelitian ini adalah Media Presentasi Menggunakan Microsoft Sway Bermuatan Pendekatan Kontekstual Tentang Materi Perubahan Lingkungan Untuk SMA. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validitas produk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan tentang media presentasi menggunakan microsoft sway bermuatan pendekatan kontekstual tentang materi perubahan lingkungan untuk SMA, nilai rata-rata kevalidan dari aspek penyajian, isi, dan bahasa adalah 90,10% dengan kriteria sangat valid.

STEM is a learning approach that integrates 4 disciplines in learning, namely science, technology, engineering and mathematics. This approach aims to form the next generation that meets the abilities of the 21st century, one of which is the ability to think creatively. It is important for students to develop creative thinking skills to make students think rationally in solving a problem. The average level of creative thinking of students has various percentages. The purpose of this study was to examine the results of implementing the STEM approach in biology learning from 10 relevant articles and their relationship to students' creative thinking abilities. The type of research used is a meta-analysis with a literature review research method using several data sources such as articles in electronic journals and books. The results showed that the application of the STEM approach in learning had an effect on increasing students' creative thinking skills.

Teaching materials are an important part of supporting the learning process, one form of teaching materials is Student Worksheets (LKPD). The LKPD needed is a LKPD that contains directions for observing and teaching students, in this case, it can be provided through the 5E Learning Cycle. The research aims to produce LKPD based on Learning Cycle 5E on the human movement system for class XI high school students. The research method uses the plomp development model. Based on the research conducted, a product in the form of 5E Learning Cycle-based LKPD has been produced which is valid and practical.

Giving hands-on experience is very important in learning biology. One of the ways to provide direct experience is through practicum activities, so that the method used to guide and direct students in practical activities is by using a biology practicum guide. Based on the observations that have been made, it is known that the practicum guide used is still very simple, has not applied aspects of a scientific approach that are in accordance with the demands of the 2013 curriculum. This type of research is development research (R&D) which aims to produce a scientific approach-based biology practicum guide for class XI SMA semester I valid. This study uses a four-D development model. Based on the validation that has been done, the results obtained an average value of 85.56% with very valid criteria. So, it can be concluded that the biological guide based on the scientific approach that has been developed is valid and suitable to be used as a guide in practical activities. Practical activities play an important role in learning biology. One component that helps the process of practicum activities is a practicum guide. Based on the observations that have been made, it is known that the practicum guide used is still very simple, has not applied aspects of a scientific approach that are in accordance with the demands of the 2013 curriculum. This type of research is development research (R&D) using 3 stages of the 4-D development model (four -D models). The practicum guide developed was validated by two biology lecturers and one biology subject teacher. The instrument used in this study was a validity test questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the validation that has been done, the results obtained an average value of 85.56% with very valid criteria. So, it can be concluded that the biological guide based on the scientific approach developed is valid and suitable to be used as a guide in practical activities.

The use of good and appropriate learning media will provide benefits for teachers and students because it can help smooth the teaching and learning process and is very beneficial for students because it can help improve the introduction and understanding of the material being taught. Based on the observations of researchers at SMA Negeri 2 Padang Panjang and interviews with biology teachers, information was obtained that the biology learning media used were Powerpoint, modules, supporting books such as encyclopedias, learning videos from Youtube, and Student Worksheets (LKPD). From the results of the interview, it was revealed that the students had difficulty in understanding the protist material. This type of research is development research using the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) model. The research subjects were two biology lecturers, FMIPA UNP, one teacher and 30 students of class X SMAN 2 Padang Panjang. The object of this research is learning media using the emaze application about protist material for class X students. The research data is the validity data obtained directly through the provision of validity questionnaires to the research subjects. The results showed that the learning media using the emaze application about protist material for class X high school students was very valid with an average validity value of 90.23%. So it can be concluded that the learning media using the emaze application about protist material for class X high school students is very valid

The study aims to identify the needs of students for the LKPD practicum as a guide book in pratical activities. As well as addressing problems in the selection of learning media in accordance with the learning activities carried out. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques through interviews and distributing questionnaires to a biology teacher who teaches in class X and 28 students in class X IPA 3 SMAN 1 VII Koto Sungai Sarik. The results of interviews and the distribution questionnaires found that teachers have not carried out practical activities in the teaching and learning process, teachers only use the literature study method as a substitute for practical activities. So that students cannot clearly describe what is obtained from the material being taught. So it can be concluded from this research that there is a need for a guided inquiry based practicum worksheet with the help of crossword puzzles on vertebrate material as a guide book for practicum activities and new innovations from previous teaching materials.

Media pembelajaran memuat materi sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan untuk mempermudah peserta didik. Salah satu media pembelajaran yaitu bahan ajar elektronik yang memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, pembelajaran lebih interaktif, dan proses pembelajaran lebih fleksibel dan produktif. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menyebabkan pendidik beralih dari penggunaan bahan ajar cetak menjadi bahan ajar elektronik, salah satunya berupa e-handout. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research And Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model 4-D. Subjek penelitian yaitu dua orang dosen biologi Universitas Negeri Padang dan satu orang guru biologi SMA Negeri 3 Padang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kualitatif dalam bentuk deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan validasi e-handout yang dikembangkan. Hasil validasi e-handout ini memiliki rata-rata sebesar 93,05% dengan kategori sangat valid. Dari hasil validasi dapat dikatakan bahwa e-handout berbasis kontekstual materi sistem reproduksi manusia untuk peserta didik memenuhi kategori sangat valid.

Innovation in PowerPoint media determines students' interest and motivation in learning. The lack of use of game elements makes students bored. To support interactive learning, games such as crossword puzzles are needed as evaluations in the media. This study is purpose to produce interactive PowerPoint learning equipped with a crossword puzzle about plant tissue material for high school students. The research subjects is an expert validator consisting of two Biology lecturers at UNP and one Biology teacher at Payakumbuh Senior High School 3. The research used is ADDIE development research. The research was conducted up to the development stage. The analysis phase uses instruments in the form of observation sheets and interviews for teachers and students. The design stage is the design of interactive powerpoint learning media. At the development stage, using an instrument in the form of a validation sheet addressed to expert validators and analyzed. The percentage results of the three expert validations show that interactive powerpoint media is 91.90% with a very valid category. so that interactive powerpoint learning media equipped with crossword puzzles that have been developed meet the criteria and can be used by students in learning biology.

Technology and information in the era of the Industrial revolution 4.0 greatly affects all aspects of life in the field of education. The use of technology in the learning process makes students more active in learning. Likewise with the 2013 curriculum which requires students to study and seek information about independent learning materials. Therefore, learning media is needed that can increase interest and motivation to learn. One of the media that can be used is interactive multimedia based on Android. This research was conducted to test the validity of the integrated Android-based interactive multimedia on the protist material for class X SMA to be developed. This multimedia was developed using three stages of a 4-D model, namely define, design, and develop. The object of this research is interactive multimedia based on Android integrated in protist material for class X SMA. The multimedia was validated by 2 biology lecturers, FMIPA UNP and 1 biology teacher at SMAN 12 Padang by providing a validation questionnaire. The results of this study are interactive multimedia based on Android integrated in the protist material of class X SMA has an average value of 83,26 and is included in the valid category.

The research subjects were two biology lecturers at Padang State University and one biology teacher at SMA Negeri 14 Padang as validators of e-learning learning media using Edmodo. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative. Feasibility testing is carried out by means of product validation by experts. The instrument used to collect data is in the form of a validation questionnaire. The validity questionnaire is a measuring tool used to assess the validity of the product that has been made. The results of the validation on e-learning media using Edmodo were 87.68% with a valid category. There are 4 aspects that are assessed from e-learning media using Edmodo, namely aspects of content feasibility, linguistic aspects, presentation aspects, and Edmodo media aspects. That way, e-learning learning media using Edmodo with a scientific approach to the circulation system material for class XI SMA/MA can be used as a tool to achieve learning objectives and can be used in the learning process.development (R & D) using the 4-D model.
