Abstract

The goal of this study was to see if Cultural Experience, Excitement, Health Concern, and Sensory Appeal had an effect on Recommendation Intention, Recurrence Intention, and Willingness to Buy Culinary Product. This study's population consists of tourism tourists who visit Medan City's culinary tourism. This study's sample size was 200 people. This is a quantitative study using a survey method. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data. Domestic tourists who visited Medan City culinary tourism were distributed online questionnaires to respondents using a Non Probability Sampling approach using purposive sampling with the criteria that tourists had visited Medan City culinary tourism once a year. PLS-SEM is used to analyze data. The findings revealed that Cultural Experience, Excitement, and Health Concern variables had a positive influence on Sensory Appeal, and Sensory Appeal variables had a positive influence on Recommend Intention, Revisitation Intention, and Willingness to Buy Culinary Product.

Abstract

Toefl is urgently needed as an administrative requirement to work and participate in the scholarship competition. Students are required to master skills of this test. However, based on the results of pre-observations conducted in Information System class of Potensi Utama University, it is known that the average Toefl scores of students in Reading (37.8%), structure (32.7%), and Listening (29.5%). This phenomenon occurs because Toefl learning emphasizes a lot of activities on reading and structure skills so students do not get listening tasks with good quality and quantity. Therefore, the effective learning approach is needed to make Toefl learning process more effective in improving the listening skill of students.  The result showed that there was an Improving of students’ listening skill from the test results of before observation with the highest conversion score of students’ Toefl listening is 43. Meanwhile, after being given action and application of task-based learning approach there was a change that the highest score of students’ Toefl listening in cycle I is 54 and the highest score of students’ Toefl listening in cycle II is 62. Therefore, it can be concluded that using the task-based learning approach has significantly improved students' Toefl listening skill.

Abstract

Property issuers must be prepared to face another year of sluggish market where after three years there has been a continuous cycle of weakness. The purpose of this research is to see the influence. Capital Structure, Liquidity, Company Size, Debt Policy and Profitability against Company Value in property companies, re-evaluation and construction of buildings listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. Quantitative research approach. This type of descriptive quantitative research. The nature of this research is due and effect / causal. The population in this study were 83 types of property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. The sample is 23 companies. The result is that the capital structure has no partial effect on company value in companies, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 Period. Liquidity does not partially affect the value of property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The size of the company does not have a partial effect on the value of the company in property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The debt policy does not have a partial effect on company value in property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Profitability has a partial effect on company value in property, real estate, and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Capital structure, liquidity, company size, debt and profitability simultaneously influence the value of the company in property, real estate and building construction listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period.

Abstract

This tourism study analyzed the evidence of studies to identify marketing strategies for tourism products to foreign markets through the study and analysis of several international publications that discuss tourism promotion and marketing issues. The tourism business is the same as other businesses where it is very much tied to promotion and marketing in order to be able to survive and develop quickly to be known by potential foreign tourists. Therefore, we collected literature with the help of internet searches on some well-known publications such as Sagepub, Google Scholar, and other publications published in the last ten years. Then we analyzed it with a phenomenological approach starting from the data coding system, interpretation and evaluation until we found data findings that answered the core problem of this tourism study with the principle of high validity. Because this study depends on the literature, all of our data is found electronically following health protocol where there are public restrictions on Covid-19 response efforts. Based on the data and discussion, we conclude that the findings include tourism promotion and marketing strategies based on experts, an innovative and productive way to believe via the internet with several social media platforms and other websites. Thus, this finding becomes a significant contribution for many people.
