Abstract

The implications of the risk of financial globalization and the impact of laissez-faire on the regulatory industry and Islamic finance companies serve to monitor aspects of Sharia compliance, prevent fraud and potential fraud in the real world and face the challenges of financial product innovation related to the adjustment of public services and the dynamics of the global economy. This is applied to prove that Islamic values can survive in the face of business competition, globalization of modern trade, and the sustainability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The Sharia compliance alert function is in the form of actions, both preventive in nature and ensuring that policies, rules, systems and procedures as well as business activities are carried out by Islamic banks. In the end, Islamic banks need to understand all statutory provisions so that accountability and responsibility rests with every individual, from directors to the lowest bank employees. Likewise, innovations in Islamic bank products, especially sharia standards and sharia governance based on international standards, while still paying attention to the integrity and quality of Islamic bank human resources, carry out contracts and do not harm customers. Sharia compliance is important when Islamic banks cannot enforce Islamic values in global affairs and financial competition, which means they have not implemented and implemented Islamic values. These Islamic values must be accurate and remain relevant to time.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pencairan pembiayaan Musyarakah Mutanaqishah terhadap peningkatan perekonomian keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Musyarakah Mutanaqishah merupakan salah satu akad pembiayaan berbasis kemitraan antara bank syariah dan nasabah, yang memungkinkan perpindahan kepemilikan aset secara bertahap berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka, yakni menganalisis berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, data resmi OJK, dan literatur terkait lainnya untuk menggambarkan fenomena secara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencairan pembiayaan Musyarakah Mutanaqishah memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan sektor riil, khususnya dalam mendukung usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), memperluas akses pembiayaan syariah, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kepemilikan aset yang produktif. Di sisi lain, tantangan dalam implementasi Musyarakah Mutanaqishah masih perlu diatasi, seperti rendahnya pemahaman nasabah, ketidaksesuaian praktik dengan prinsip syariah, dan keterbatasan regulasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya penguatan literasi keuangan, peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, serta regulasi yang lebih konsisten untuk mengoptimalkan peran Musyarakah Mutanaqishah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the development strategy of Mpok Atik's peanut bread MSME using the Canvas Business Model and to determine whether the development strategy aligns with Islamic values. This study uses descriptive research, where researchers explore and collect data directly in the field using a qualitative approach. The Business Model Canvas is a comprehensive, simple business model consisting of nine main elements. Within the context of Islamic thought, each element can be adapted to Sharia principles. In general, Islamic economic principles differ from other economic principles. Islamic economics prioritizes not only profit or income but also the pursuit of Allah's blessings. The ultimate goal of Islamic economics is the same as Islamic law itself: achieving prosperity in this world and the hereafter through a good and honorable lifestyle (haiyah taiyiba).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of depreciation methods, estimated useful life, and revaluation of fixed assets on the company's financial performance, with a case study on PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach by analyzing the company's financial statements and conducting interviews with relevant parties. The research results indicate that the depreciation method has a significant impact on financial performance, particularly in the Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Fixed Asset (ROFA), and Fixed Asset Turnover (FATO) ratios. The Declining Balance and Sum-of-the-Years' Digits methods yield higher performance ratios compared to the Straight-Line Method, especially in the initial period of asset use. Accurate estimation of useful life helps ensure the relevance of financial statements, supports the accuracy of asset provisioning, and maintains the stability of the company's equity. On the other hand, revaluation of fixed assets increases the value of assets and equity, but it also raises depreciation expenses, which can pressure net profit if not balanced with operational efficiency. This research provides recommendations for companies to choose a depreciation method that aligns with strategic needs, pay attention to accurate useful life estimates, and consider asset revaluation policies to enhance the relevance and accuracy of financial statements.

Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategi pemasaran digital dalam pembangunan merek dalam tim Formula Satu, dengan fokus pada studi kasus Scuderia Ferrari. Formula Satu telah berkembang melampaui kompetisi motorsport menjadi platform pemasaran global yang kompetitif, terutama dalam hal visibilitas merek. Di era digital, Ferrari menerapkan berbagai strategi seperti konten eksklusif, penceritaan emosional, pengoptimalan media sosial, pemasaran influencer, dan penggunaan teknologi baru seperti esports dan NFT untuk memperkuat citra mereknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, memanfaatkan observasi dan analisis konten digital sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ferrari telah berhasil menumbuhkan loyalitas penggemar dan mempertahankan citra merek eksklusifnya melalui integrasi digital yang efektif. Abstract

This research aims to test the analysis of the influence of price, promotion, shop atmosphere, and service quality on purchasing decisions at the cake shop, Dapur Daya Tanjungbalai, both partially and simultaneously. This research aims to see whether there is an influence of price, promotion, shop atmosphere and service quality variables on purchasing decisions at the Dapur Daya cake shop. This research uses the Likert scale method. The subjects used in this research were 100 Power Kitchen consumers and were taken using accidental sampling and using the Lemeshow formula. In this research, data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial and simultaneous tests. Data analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS statistics 25 program. The results of this research show that overall each partial test states that there is a significant and positive effect between the variables. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value was obtained, namely 0.984 or 98.4%. This means that the influence of the independent variables, namely price, promotion, shop atmosphere and service quality on the dependent variable, namely buyer decisions, is 98.4%. Meanwhile, 1.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the regression model.

Abstract

This study analyzes the financing strategy of sharia Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) implemented by Bank BJB Medan in order to improve the health of the bank. MSMEs have a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, but access to sharia financing is still limited. Bank BJB Medan uses various sharia-based financing schemes, such as musyarakah and mudharabah, to support the growth of MSMEs without an interest system. The research method used is a qualitative approach with interviews, observation, and data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the sharia MSME financing strategy implemented by Bank BJB Medan is able to reduce financial inclusion, with a Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio above 5%. Challenges such as the low understanding of MSME actors towards sharia financing, competition with conventional banks, and the need for investment in digital infrastructure are still obstacles that need to be overcome. Therefore, further innovation is needed in product development, financial education, and digital system optimization so that sharia financing is more inclusive and sustainable .

Abstract

Islamic financial literacy, motivation, and pocket money are key factors that influence investment decisions in Islamic mutual funds. This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of Islamic financial literacy, motivation, and pocket money on investment decisions in Islamic mutual funds. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample of this study consists of active students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra, totaling 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques are performed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of independent variables on investment decisions. The results of the study indicate that Islamic financial literacy, motivation, and pocket money collectively have a significant effect on investment decisions in Islamic mutual funds.

Abstract

As technology advances, communication is a very important aspect of technology. The level of radio competition at radio stations in big cities is quite high in winning the hearts of the audience, so this study aims to analyze the role of the RRI Medan Public Broadcasting Institution in being able to retrieve information on the interests of listeners in the digital era through the application platform that has been made, namely RRI PLAY GO so that generations X and Z can hear information through their respective Gadgets or Cellphones. This study uses a descriptive analysis model with the data obtained as testing material. In this research, a data collection method is needed to answer all the proposed research problems. The results show that the role of RRI PLAY GO is to retrieve enough information to increase listeners' interest in the digital era.

Abstract

Most people use investment as a way to manage and maintain their assets so that they can grow and obtain long-term profits. Rahmawati explains that investment itself means the activity of investing capital to obtain a profit. The purpose of this study is to analyze the interest of millennials and Gen Z in using BSI gold credit services as a future savings investment. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method that focuses on primary and secondary data sources. The results show that the level of understanding of Millennials and Gen Z towards BSI Gold Credit products is still in the early stages (early awareness). This is due to low Islamic financial literacy, the complexity of products that have not been well socialized, and the lack of digital exposure that suits the characteristics of young media. The interest of Millennials and Gen Z in BSI Gold Credit products is influenced by a combination of factors, including financial literacy, ease of digital access, Islamic principles, editing flexibility, financial goals, social influence, and trust in institutions. The main obstacles faced by the younger generation in accessing BSI Gold Credit include low Islamic financial literacy, lack of promotion on social media, limited application features, doubts about the margin system, misconceptions about credit, and the perception that the process is complicated or not digital. To increase adoption, BSI needs to improve its communication, education, and digitization of its services in line with the media consumption patterns and financial behavior of Gen Z and Millennials.
