Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of ATM cards and the use of mobile payments on consumer behavior in FEBI UINSU students. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection used a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique of 98, but I rounded it up to 100 respondents. With an active student record of 2021 FEBI UINSU. The use of plastic cards and mobile payments contributes 89.4% to consumer behavior, the remaining 10.6% is explained by other variables outside this research model. The results of the t test concluded that the variable use of plastic cards and mobile payments had a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior (consumption behavior) in FEBI UINSU students. Based on the ANOVA test, the F-count was obtained at 411,118 which was greater than the F-table (3.09), it was concluded that the use of plastic cards and mobile payments had a simultaneous effect on consumer behavior (consumption behavior) of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN Sumatra Utara. Abstract

Permasalahan sampah plastik merupakan isu lingkungan serius yang berdampak pada pencemaran tanah, air, dan kesehatan masyarakat. Desa Denai Lama menjadi salah satu wilayah yang menghadapi permasalahan pengelolaan sampah plastik, di mana mayoritas masyarakat masih menggunakan metode pembakaran terbuka atau pembuangan langsung ke lingkungan. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini bertujuan menghadirkan solusi inovatif melalui pemanfaatan sampah plastik sebagai bahan baku paving block. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi teknis, dan praktik partisipatif dengan melibatkan warga desa dalam setiap tahap, mulai dari pemilahan, pencacahan, pencampuran dengan pasir, hingga pencetakan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa produk paving block berbasis plastik memiliki kualitas memadai, terbukti dari uji sederhana terkait daya tekan dan ketahanan banting. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah serta membuka peluang pengembangan ekonomi desa melalui potensi usaha paving block lokal. Dengan demikian, kegiatan KKN ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya pada aspek lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi, serta memberikan model pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat yang aplikatif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of services in resolving claims on products Mitra Mabrur Plus Syariah Bumiputera Life Insurance Medan Branch. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique used was interviews with Customer Managers, Agents and also several customers of Bumiputera Syariah Life Insurance Medan Branch. Observations and documentation were carried out at the Bumiputera Sharia Marketing Office, Medan Branch. The research results that have been obtained are the application of PT. Bumiputera Syariah Life Insurance Medan Branch in resolving Claims by providing Excellent Service at Bumiputera Syariah Life Insurance Medan Branch is in accordance with the concept including attiude (good attitude), attention (attention), action (fast action), ability ( having competent skills), appearance (diligent and neat appearance), Accountability (responsibility for all customers) and sympathy (providing a sense of sympathy for customers). Abstract

Study aims to determine the implementation of health insurance carried out by BPJS Kesehatan, and can be used as a consideration in formulating and designing policies for implementing health insurance for Civil Servants (PNS) and also to find out the obstacles faced by BPJS Kesehatan Langkat Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The conclusions of this study in brief are: (1) The implementation of health insurance at the Langkat Branch of Health BPJS is in accordance with the law on state civil servants that civil servants are entitled to receive pension security, old age security, health insurance, work accident insurance and death security. And the implementation of health insurance for civil servants at BPJS Kesehatan Langkat Branch is in accordance with Law No. 24 of 2011, which stipulates that BPJS Kesehatan functions to organize a health insurance program with the aim of ensuring that participants receive health care benefits and protection in meeting basic health needs. (2) Obstacles found in the Langkat Branch of BPJS Health are delays in service to participants, health facilities obtained are not in accordance with the fees paid, lack of participant data collection. The solution to the obstacles in the Langkat Branch Health BPJS needs to be improved in the service system because what participants need is fast, accurate service and can provide convenience in participant administration. Abstract

The dinar and dirham can last decades to become a formidable medium of exchange, as gold and silver have the highest suitability as money rather than commodities. However, some people believe there are alternative currencies besides gold and silver. Starting to implement and use the dinar and dirham currencies is part of muamalah activities. The wheel of Islamic economics is driven by the dinar and dirham cycle, where a currency is used as a medium of exchange, storage, or fair value of wealth. This will lead to the prosperity of humanity. This study aims to find out evidence of the stability of the dinar and dirham values by using qualitative research methods which are methods of understanding and extracting meaning from what happens to various individuals or groups, originating from humanitarian or social problems. Sources of data obtained from textbooks, journals, manuscripts, etc., and sources obtained from trusted websites. The dinar and dirham currencies are alternatives that can be used as a medium of exchange in the current economy so that the period of socialization and education for the community must be in collaboration with other factors in various elements of society, the world of education, and most importantly the policies made by the government are in line with in tune with the principles of Islamic economics in various aspects of life.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelayanan administrasi umum yang dilaksanakan di kantor Camat Na IX-X di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan alat penelitian seperti wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dari sumber primer yaitu wawancara dengan petugas pelayanan administrasi umum di kantor kecamatan Na IX-X. Data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui prosedur pelayanan administrasi umum kantor kecamatan Na IX-X. Berdasarkan temuan analisis penyebaran kuesioner dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pelayanan administrasi umum di kantor kecamatan Na IX-X secara keseluruhan kurang baik. Tantangannya antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, bangunan, dan infrastruktur pendukung pelayanan yang masih belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi, serta personel yang melanggar prosedur pelayanan. Untuk mencapai pelayanan administrasi umum yang efektif, kantor kecamatan harus meningkatkan mutu pelayanan melalui penambahan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan dan perluasan bangunan dan prasarana, serta menindak lanjuti standar operasional proses yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan dan koperasi juga membutuhkan banyak uang untuk membiayai operasi sehari-hari dan membuat reel estat baru tetap. Uang tunai memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kelancaran fungsi koperasi. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penukaran uang pada koperasi pegawai Republik Indonesia (PKPRI) Kota medan pada tahun 2020 dan 2021. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang telah dipublikasikan secara resmi. Secara teknis Dari laporan sumber dan penggunaan kas periode 2020 dan 2021 terlihat bahwa uang tunai Rp 275.052.744 peningkatan jumlah kas ini disebabkan oleh penggunaan kas kurang dari kas yang tersedia. Sumber pendanaan yang terlihat adalah tabungan wajib anggota koperasi,dana cadangan,simpanan usaha wajib. Sedangkan penggunaan dana terbesar adalah dana biaya bangunan. Total saldo kas meningkat ditahun 2021, dari presentasi koperasi pegawai republik indonesia kota medan menunjukkan persediaan kas yang dapat menunjang kegiatan operasi perusahaan.

Abstract

This region of Indonesia has great potential for national development and is aimed at increasing economic growth for the better. The low welfare of fishermen, especially traditional fishermen, is a problem that hinders the development of fisheries zones. The purpose of this article is to describe the partial and simultaneous influence of capital, technology, fishing time and fishing experience on fishermen's income in the Seribu Islands. This research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression quantitative descriptive data analysis methods. The analysis results show that the variables capital and time at sea have a significant effect on fishermen's income in the Seribu Islands, while the fishing experience variable does not have a significant effect on the income of fishermen in the Seribu Islands. Then capital, technology, time at sea and sea experience simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of fishermen in the Seribu Islands. Based on research findings it is hoped that fishermen can increase their capital by extending their fishing time and traveling further to optimize their results. It is hoped that the Seribu Islands Government can contribute to policy-making and provide more attention to fishermen by providing support, guidance, and guidance on how to increase fishing.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the efficiency level of Indonesian Islamic Commoercial Banks in 2017-2021 using the cost function using the parametric Stochastic Frontier Approach (SFA) method and analyse the influence of the component variables forming the efficiency level of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Bank in 2017-2021using the cost function with the method OLS parametric regression. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The samples in this study were Bank BCA Syariah and Bank Victoria Syariah.The result of this study indicate the the average throughout the research period (2017-2021) the efficiency level of costs, Bank Victoria Syariah and Bank BCA Syariah, is 1973803.5 and 77701744.8 respectively, where this efficiency level is included in the efficiency category. Then the determinants of the component variables forming the cost function with the OLS regression method at the two banks have differences. Bank BCA Syariah is significantly influenced by three of the four component variables on costs while Bank Victoria has no significant effect on the four components on costs.

Abstract

  This study aims at the role of the underwriter in selecting the risk of health insurance products, knowing the obstacles encountered by the underwriter in selecting the risk and the solutions applied to overcome these obstacles, and knowing the underwriting process of group health insurance at AJB Bumiputera Medan. The type of research used is descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The conclusions of this study briefly are: (1) Underwriters have an important role in insurance companies because underwriters determine whether the insurance coverage can be accommodated by the company or not. (2) Obstacles encountered by underwriters in selecting risks are the availability of incomplete participant data, previous experience data of the insured and prospective insured not providing the desired budget and benefits, while the solution is to contact the agent concerned to obtain additional information needed by the underwriter, apply analysis to groups of prospective insurance participants as new participants, and provide standard premium rates and benefits. (3) The underwriting process begins when marketing applies for SPPA until the issuance of the policy. Keywords: Underwriting, Underwriter, Group Health Insurance
