Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive literature review to investigate the impactful utilization of crowdsourcing in problem-solving and innovation, particularly within Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). The exploration underscores the capacity of crowdsourcing to leverage collective intelligence, nurture novel product concepts, and facilitate open innovation. Employing a systematic methodology for researching existing literature, the study adheres to a systematic approach to amalgamate knowledge, delineate research trends, and pinpoint future avenues in crowdsourcing, explicitly focusing on content analysis and systematic methodologies. She was acknowledged as a potent instrument for innovation and problem-solving; crowdsourcing bears substantial implications for diverse domains, especially within SMEs. Despite the recognized advantages, unexplored facets and potential challenges persist, necessitating thorough research to comprehend the mechanisms for seamlessly integrating crowdsourcing into SME operations. Future studies should give precedence to exploring the roles of leadership, organizational learning, and the impact of crowdsourcing on SME performance to propel advancements in understanding within this context

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of career development, work preceived organizational support and employee engagement on the performance of employees of PT Nusantara Power Engineering Medan. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The number up to 50 respondents. The analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partial career development (X1) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Preceived organizational support (X2) has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (Y). Employee engagement (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While together the variables career development (X1), preceived organizational support (X2) and employee engagement (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employees (Y). The contribution of variable influence is 66.5%.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to analyze job satisfaction in mediating work climate and fatigue on employee performance. A quantitative approach was chosen in this research, then the data source was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 74 employees at the North Medan Samsat. Data analysis using Sstructural equestion model (PLS SEM). The Northesearch results show that at North Medan Samsat, the work environment has a direct impact on job satisfaction. At North Medan Samsat, the work environment has a direct influence on employee performance. Directly, fatigue has no effect on employee job satisfaction at North Medan Samsat. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance at North Medan Samsat. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance at North Medan Samsat. At North Medan Samsat, job satisfaction indirectly moderates the influence of work climate on employee performance. At North Medan Samsat, job satisfaction did not significantly moderate the effect of fatigue on employee performance.

This research was conducted in order to see the influence of leadership and work quality on employee performance with employee retention as an intervention at the Asn Army Hospital Tk Iii Dr Reksodiwiryo Padang. With this research the researchers conducted this research on Jl. Dr. Wahidin No.1, Ganting Parak Gadang, Padang Timur District, Padang City, West Sumatra 25132. This research uses quantitative research, and uses primary data sources, the population of this research is 75 entire employees and the sample used is the population, so it uses a sampling technique bored for research, data collection used the questionnaire distribution method and used the Phat analysis model as the research model and used the Smart PLS version 3 tool to calculate research results. The results of this research are as follows: Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.059 and an ap value of 0.725. Work Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Retention with an original sample value of 0.123 and ap value of 0.538. Work Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.126 and ap value of 0.289. Employee retention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.783 and a value of 0.000. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee retention with an original sample value of 0.841 and ap value of 0.000. Leadership influences employee performance through employee retention positively and significantly with an original sample value of 0.658 and ap value of 0.000. Work Quality has an indirect and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Employee Retention, with an original sample value of 0.096 and ap value of 0.540.

Abstract

This study's objective was to identify and analyze sustainable economic growth through the strengthening of digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs for MSME actors in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Province. In addition, economic growth is the process of changing a nation's economic conditions in a sustainable fashion towards a more prosperous state for all its citizens over time. In an effort to increase economic growth, the government has promoted the spirit and spirit of entrepreneurship, particularly becoming a digitalpreneur, which is part of entrepreneurship based on the large number of internet users in Indonesia, especially mobile internet, in the hope that digitalpreneurs can become a potential new pillar of the national economy that grows and develops from the creative-preneur spirit of the nation's generation in developing businesse. The method employed is a quantitative descriptive method, namely the study of literature, theory, or literature in order to provide an overview of certain facets of the examined population's way of life. The research sample included 30 respondents who were involved with MSMEs. The results of the study indicate that digitalpreneurs and creativepreneurs have a positive and significant impact on sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Tourism promotion is one of the important activities to increase tourist visits to a tourist destination. The effectiveness of tourism promotion can be measured by looking at the increase in the number of tourists visiting these tourist destinations. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the effectiveness of tourism promotion in Kwala Serapuh Village, Langkat. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The study population was tourists visiting Kwala Serapuh village, Langkat. The study sample amounted to 100 people taken by simple random sampling method. The research data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The quality of promotion is the most influential factor on the effectiveness of tourism promotion in Kwala Serapuh village, Langkat. This shows that quality promotional content, promotional design, and promotional media can attract the attention of tourists and increase their interest in visiting these tourist destinations. The relationship of promotions with the needs of tourists is also an important factor to note. Promotions that are relevant to the needs of tourists will be more effective in increasing tourist interest to visit these tourist destinations. The spread of promotions is also an important factor to pay attention to. Promotions that are reached by many people will be more effective in increasing tourist awareness about these tourist destinations. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve the effectiveness of tourism promotion in Kwala Serapuh Village, Langkat, efforts need to be made to improve the quality of promotion, the linkage of promotion with tourist needs, and the spread of promotion.

The use of social media should be able to help students in marketing the products being marketed so that it can make things easier for the students. Based on the observations made, it can be seen that the potential of students as potential entrepreneurs is quite large. Students generally have high enthusiasm, creativity and courage to start a business. They can also utilize the knowledge and skills acquired at college. Entrepreneurial skills and effective use of social media are very necessary so that students are able to face global competition and are better prepared to enter and participate in the business world. So there are various efforts that can increase students' creativity in solving problems. Students must understand the use of social media with other marketing strategies such as websites, email marketing, or offline sales.
