Abstract

Previous studies have shown that the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model is effective in enhancing student engagement; however, they have not explicitly examined how this effectiveness is influenced by differences in learning styles within the context of the integration of the Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). This gap serves as a critical foundation for the present study. This study aims to analyze the relationship between learning styles and student learning outcomes through a P5-integrated TGT model using a quantitative correlational-comparative design. The research subjects consisted of 64 students at SMPN 2 Depok, categorized into auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning preferences. The instruments used included a learning style questionnaire, achievement tests, peer assessment observation sheets, and teacher journals to measure the attainment of the Pancasila Student Profile dimensions. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation. The results indicate a significant difference in learning outcomes based on students’ learning styles (p = 0.000), with kinesthetic students demonstrating superior performance within the TGT framework compared to auditory and visual students. Furthermore, the Spearman correlation reveals a strong relationship between learning styles and academic achievement (ρ = 0.886, p = 0.000), indicating a very strong association between the two variables. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of learning style analysis, the TGT learning model, and the implementation of P5 within a single measurable empirical framework. Practically, this study recommends the implementation of TGT-based differentiated instruction, such as the use of visual media and structured verbal reinforcement, to ensure that all learning styles are optimally accommodated.

Abstract

Kata Kunci: Klepon, Jajanan_Pasar, Transformasi_Kuliner, Ekonomi_Kreatif, Sociopreneurship   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the transformation of traditional market snacks into modern culinary products through a case study of Klepon Gendhis in Yogyakarta. Amidst the intense competition in the culinary industry, traditional foods are often considered to be left behind due to low quality standards and packaging. Klepon Gendhis presents itself as a business model that integrates the principles of creative economy and sociopreneurship to increase the selling value of local heritage products. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with business owners, as well as documentation studies of relevant literature and digital marketing activities. The results show that Klepon Gendhis' transformation strategy rests on four main pillars: (1) product innovation through the use of premium raw materials and modern, aesthetic packaging; (2) digitalization of marketing using Instagram social media to build the product's image as a premium souvenir; (3) application of the sociopreneurship concept through empowering local communities as productive workers; and (4) consistency in cultural preservation by maintaining authentic flavors amidst business modernization. The conclusion of this study confirms that the synergy between creativity, technology, and social responsibility is a key factor in the success of traditional culinary MSMEs in penetrating the modern market without losing their cultural identity. This research provides practical implications for traditional business actors to carry out re-branding through an inclusive creative economy approach. Abstract

Sociology learning requires critical, analytical, and reflective thinking, which is often not fully supported by traditional teaching methods. Differentiated learning offers a way to address diverse student needs, and Moodle, as a Learning Management System (LMS), provides a potential platform to support this approach. This study aims to examine how Moodle can optimize differentiated learning in Sociology subjects. Using a quantitative descriptive method, data were collected from 176 students of grades XI and XII majoring in Sociology at SMAN 1 Jogonalan, selected through simple random sampling. The instrument was an online questionnaire with closed-ended Likert scale items and open-ended questions to explore challenges. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that 48.30% of students rated their Moodle use as high, 26.14% as medium, and 25.57% as low. Students perceived Moodle as useful in increasing learning flexibility, supporting concept understanding, and accommodating individual learning styles. However, limitations were also identified, including insufficient infrastructure and a lack of digital proficiency. The study concludes that Moodle has the potential to strengthen differentiated learning in Sociology. The findings contribute to the development of technology-based learning strategies in secondary education and underscore the need for additional support and training to facilitate effective LMS implementation.

Abstract

Technology-based learning media have been proven to enhance learning by making it more engaging and increasing student interaction, motivation, and overall learning outcomes. However, few studies discuss students' perceptions of the types of learning media that effectively overcome their learning difficulties. Therefore, this study aims to determine students' perceptions of effective learning media that can help them overcome their learning difficulties. The quantitative descriptive method used in this study was applied to grade X students at SMAN 1 Ketapang, with samples selected using a proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through Google Forms questionnaires containing both closed and open-ended questions and analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. This study's findings suggest that students' learning difficulties are often attributed to a lack of motivation, focus, and drowsiness. The teacher's delivery method also contributes to these difficulties, as it is less engaging, difficult to follow, and does not provide clear examples. This research highlights the importance of interactive learning media tailored to students' motivational and cognitive needs, as well as the need for regulatory and policy support in implementing these learning media. Through a comprehensive discussion, this research contributes to the development of more effective digital learning.

This study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a survey method where data are collected through questionnaires completed by respondents and analyzed descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the Begawe tradition makes a significant contribution to building a positive social character, particularly in terms of social care and tolerance, despite various challenges posed by the influence of modernization and social media, which affect the perceptions and participation of the younger generation. These findings underscore the relevance of the Begawe tradition as a powerful character-building medium within the social and cultural context of the Sasak community. This research contributes to academic knowledge by enriching character education studies through a local culture approach, particularly the Begawe tradition of the Sasak ethnic group.
