Abstract

In looking at and defining the Islamic religion, Adams using the theoretical framework of Wilfred Cantwell Smith distinguishes between Tradition and Faith. Aspects of faith is to understand and appreciate the personal experience and the real behavior of a person. Aspects of the tradition that the external aspects of religious, social and historical aspects of religion that can be observed in the community. Adam approaches to approach aspects of life in individuals and religious communities is twofold: Normative approach and descriptive approach. Normative approach is the approach that is inspired by the motivation and religious purposes, while the descriptive approach emerged as a response to the intellectual curiosity or academic motivation.

Abstract

Children with special needs must be educated informally and formally to develop their intellectual skills. Before putting children with special needs into school, parents need to find the right school by looking at various aspects, one of which is related to financing and financial management. In this case, researchers conducted research at the ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo Special School to know the school's financial management in order to be able to increase the trust of student guardians. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Researchers obtained data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of the problem in this study is financial management, financing, and the trust of student guardians at 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo Special School. Based on the data obtained, the financial management of students with special needs at ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo Special School is carried out by making a budget plan, clear transparency of funds to student guardians, and evaluation meetings at the end of each school budget year. Sources of funds were obtained from voluntary donations from students, assistance from the Ponorogo Regency Education Office, the Smart Indonesia Program, and the 'Aisyiyah Foundation.

Abstract

The model of organization plays significant role in controlling the quality of Islamic higher education. In this matter, the model becomes the core of the managerial works to develop the theory of management. An ideal organization is the one which has clear job description, hierarchy of autonomy, and career development. Too formal organization cannot be organized well. Therefore, for higher Islamic education, the most suitable model is organic unbiropatology.

Abstract

The integration of education and Islamic values in teaching and learning must be conducted by not making dichotomy of knowledge. The integration of Islamic values is conducted in term: first, the wholeness of  integration in which Islamic value is integrated in all subject matters. Second, the variety of model, method, and approach in integrating Islamic values which is applied by the teachers in the teaching and learning process. Third, the integration of Islamic values at school and at students’ home in which there is a coordination between school and parents to implement the teaching of Islamic values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze models of cybercrime, namely cybercrime, in order to find out how far the development of forms of crime, whose modus operandi is increasing day by day. The virtual world is part of people's lives so that it cannot be separated from needs. This will later give rise to many new crime models, so that people will be disadvantaged in carrying out activities in cyberspace. This research analysis focuses on empirical legal analysis, namely looking at the social symptoms of people in cyberspace (Internet) in carrying out their daily activities which are vulnerable to crime. The problem that often occurs that is often experienced by the community is education about cyberspace so that they are vulnerable as perpetrators of Cybercrime crimes. This research is very interesting to do along with technological developments, human attitudes and behavior have changed a lot so that new models of crime have emerged in cyberspace.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal provisions on marital violence with a focus on the implementation of the Law on the Protection of Women and Children. The problem analysis highlights the shortcomings in the implementation of the law that result in a lack of protection for victims of domestic violence. In addition, the challenges in law enforcement against perpetrators of marital violence are also discussed. The research method used is the normative legal research method, which analyzes various laws and regulations, official documents, and related court decisions. The analysis results show that although there is already a law that regulates the protection of women and children, namely the PPA Law. In the implementation of the PPA Law, there are efforts made to protect women and children from marital violence. These steps include case identification, handling reports, investigation processes, prosecution of perpetrators of violence, and protection and rehabilitation for victims. Further efforts are needed to strengthen law enforcement and increase public awareness of the rights of women and children in the context of marriage.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki tujuan untuk membentuk individu yang berilmu, berakhlak mulia, dan beriman melalui integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam proses pembelajaran. Penggunaan alat pendidikan modern, termasuk teknologi, merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mencapai tujuan ini. Namun, dalam implementasinya, terdapat berbagai tantangan yang harus dihadapi, seperti aksesibilitas teknologi, kualitas konten, dan penguasaan teknologi oleh guru. Artikel ini membahas tantangan-tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam penggunaan alat pendidikan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam dan menawarkan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses ke teknologi, kurangnya materi yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, serta keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan teknologi, memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi pengembangan infrastruktur, peningkatan kualitas konten, pelatihan guru, dan pendekatan budaya yang sensitif. Evaluasi yang menyeluruh dan adaptasi metode juga penting untuk memastikan alat-alat pendidikan dapat digunakan secara efektif. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan panduan bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan alat pendidikan dalam konteks pendidikan Islam untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of independent character by looking at it from a scouting perspective. This research explains how scouting and Hisbul Wathan explain the idea of independent character. A qualitative approach was used to describe this study by taking a cross-case study type with the study locus in two different institutions that implement the character of independence through scouting education. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. This research reveals that the concept of independent character based on scouting grows together with the education and routine training of Hizbul Wathan and Scouts. The thoughts of KH. Ahmad Dahlan inspired the idea of independence in Hizbul Wathan. Ahmad Dahlan is a responsible, skilled, independent and disciplined human being. The concept of independence in Scouting follows up on the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 23 of 2015 concerning the Development of Character. The limitation of this research is that it focuses on scouting to explain the concept of independence. Meanwhile, originality lies in the scouting movement as an independent character education concept.

Abstract

Law No. 18 of 2003 explains that someone who wants to be an advocate must take advocate professional education. This professional education is based on the enforcement of justice and pursues to strengthen the Rule of Law principles. This study offers the importance of spirituality in advocate education, in order to create an officium nobile who puts justice for the marginal community over the injustice rules. This research method uses a non-doctrinal qualitative approach based on law implementation in society, combined with a philosophical system related to spirituality that integrates science and religion. This study concludes that advocate education with a spiritual dimension is an effort to uphold the advocate profession as an official representative, prioritizing justice access in the community rather than profit, especially in bribery or corruption.

Abstract

The population level of citizens must be balanced with the high level of welfare of the Indonesian population. Every citizen has the right to obtain it by allowing it to grow and develop optimally, physically, mentally, socially and as a personality. One of the efforts is to protect against violence, in this case, sexual violence. This study aims to reveal the impact caused by victims of sexual abuse. The results of this study explain that the psychological impact of sexual harassment is quite a lot, such as somatization, nervous pain, chronic pain, changes in sexual behaviour, schooling, learning problems, and problems including the use of illegal drugs, self-harm, cruelty to animals, human crime. Grown up and committed suicide. Therefore, the state's role is to provide legal protection to create a sense of security and legal guarantees for the obscenity that befalls them.
