Abstract

Manajemen hubungan madrasah dengan masyarakat merupakan rancangan rangkaian kegiatan untuk menciptakan hubungan harmonis antara lembaga formal dan masyarakat melalui oraganisasi yang berlangsung secara kesinambungan dan saling mendukung untuk tujuan dan kebutuhan bersama. Hal ini disebabkan sekolah sebagai lembaga sosial yang diselenggarakan dan dimiliki oleh masyarakat, harus memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakatnya. Masyarakat merupakan sekelompok individu yang membutuhkan pendidikan, sehingga berasal dari kebutuhan tersebut maka masyarakat menyelenggarakan pendidikan itu. Berasal dari sinilah keduanya memiliki kepentingan yang saling berkaitan, yaitu dapat dikatakan bahwa sekolah sebagai lembaga formal berperan dan mendapat kepercayaan untuk mendidik, melatih dan membekali generasi muda guna masa depannya sedangkan masyarakat berperan sebagai implikasi dari pendidikan tersebut. Tujuan diadakannya manajemen hubungan masyarakat diantaranya adalah sebagai sarana penentuan sumber dan kebutuhan belajar, tersedianya tempat-tempat penelitian, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana, pemenuhan sumber dana dan daya manusia yang terungkap dalam cipta, rasa, karsa, dan karyanya. Dalam naskah ini akan di bahas bagaimana manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam perspektif Islam.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process really requires an assessment to find out the effectiveness of the learning that has been done. Assessment in the learning process aims to determine various issues related to development and reciprocity, so that learning is expected to be oriented towards developing an assessment of the quality of learning in school. The results of the assessment can be used by the teacher to improve learning activities. In this case, the assessment must be seen as an important thing that can give ideas for the teacher to carry out further learning. General subjects in MI Muhammadiyah 5 Wonoasri use the KTSP curriculum. In line with the characteristics of the competency-based curriculum that is oriented to mastery of competencies, the assessment system applied is in the form of a competency-based assessment system. Thus the standard of educational assessment for competency-based curriculum is a standard assessment system that is oriented to the level of mastery of competencies targeted in the curriculum. In the 2013 curriculum carried out on religious subjects, the assessment carried out was authentic assessment.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, education is increasingly becoming a primary need that cannot be denied the existence of its importance to assess an individual's quality. Many educational institutions are competing to improve their quality so that parents are interested in sending their sons and daughters there, such as facilities and new flagship programs that do not yet exist in other schools as infrastructure to support the learning process. The study in this paper focuses on the infrastructure management process as a supporter of the learning process at SD Muhammadiyah Inovatif Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques from structured interviews, document analysis and observation, data analysis techniques using Miles & Huberman theory with coding, finding themes and categorized. They check the validity of the data using triangulation; credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study show that: (a) quality facilities and infrastructure will improve the quality of students in both academic and non-academic fields; (b) Management of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by planning, procuring, using, maintaining, inventorying, and eliminating school infrastructure; (c) The emphasis on infrastructure management at SD Muhammadiyah Inovatif Mlarak Ponorogo focuses on efforts to support online learning by teachers by upgrading the internet, personal computers (PC), laptops and mobile phones.

Abstract

School relationship management with the community is the design of a series of activities to create harmonious relationships between formal institutions and the community through oraganisasi ongoing and mutually support for common goals and needs. This is because the school as a social institution organized and owned by the community, must meet the needs of the community. Society is a group of individuals who need education so that comes from these needs then the community organizes the education. Originally, they have interrelated interests, which can be said that schools as formal institutions play a role and gain the confidence to educate, train and equip the young generation for their future while the community acts as an implication of that education. The purpose of the establishment of public relations management such as as a means of determining the source and needs of learning, the availability of research places, the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, the fulfillment of financial resources and human resources are revealed in the creation, taste, intention, and his work. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the role and implications of the principal in carrying out his role as a leader, supervisor and administrator in combating conflict in educational institutions. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of this research which is focused on SMA Muhamadiyah 2 Madiun are that as leaders, supervisors, and administrators have been going well. As for the supporting factors for the principal in carrying out his role, namely teachers, students, programs or plans, and curriculum, the inhibiting factors are discomfort in making decisions, facilities and infrastructure, teachers who do not have maximum scientific discipline, funding standards are still minimal, and the number of students who little influence on the financing standards of operational assistance funds received. Conflict resolution is carried out by the principal by means of deliberation and taking the middle way, advising, strengthening ties of friendship, compromising everything with various parties.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution that is irreplaceable by any educational institution, and it is still maintained. We know that the education of Islamic Boarding School in Indonesia at that time has not been standardized in a curriculum and is not organized as a systemic Islamic Boarding School Indonesia network. This means that every Islamic Boarding School has its own independence to apply curriculum and subjects that are in accordance with the flow of Islam that they follow, so that there is a boarding school that implements the curriculum of the Ministry of National Education by applying religious curriculum, then there is Islamic Boarding School who only wants to focus on the curriculum of knowledge Islam only, which means that the level of diversity of Islamic Boarding School models in Indonesia is not limited.

Abstract

Integrated Islamic Primary School (SDIT) Insan Madani Madiun has implemented online learning in the Even Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year to keep the learning going during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the learning process of tahsin and tahfidz during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative; indirect interviews carried out data collection due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study indicates that learning uses existing social media with a system, namely the provision of learning videos, then students make daily Tahsin and Tahfidz deposits via WhatsApp (WA). Some of the obstacles include consuming a lot of quotas and weak internet networks. The learning process still needs to be optimized, and it is necessary to evaluate the improvement of online learning in the next period.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the madrasa development strategy in improving the quality of its Human Resources, which is not focused on just one, but as a whole, starting from the leaders, educators, education staff (staff), stakeholders, and guardians of the students. Correlate-apply between the family and school educational environment with the concept of semi-Islamic boarding school management. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, data acquisition using interviews and observation methods, and data analysis using triangulation with the research locus at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Pesantren Anak Soleh (MI PAS) Baitul Qur'an Gontor, Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia. The results of the study: (1) The implementation of strategies to improve the quality of human resources is very detailed, such as (a) upgrading teachers every semester, which aims to maintain the sincerity of ruhul-mudarris with the concept of the five strengths of K.H Abdullah Syukri, (b) workshops aimed at improving pedagogical and professional competencies, (c) comparative studies aimed at obtaining inspiration and public relations networks, and (d) training in al-Qur'an certification as an emphasis on the vision of the locus and (2) indicators and implications of integration using (a) musabaqah (competition) with the concept of competing with each other. in goodness (improvement of achievement), (b) parenting skills (childcare patterns) for wali santi, (c) family gathering for friendship events, (d) evaluation and scheduled work meetings. All are carried out to achieve good communication, coordination and collaboration. To deliver the institution in achieving the educational vision, mission and goals.

Abstract

The simulation method has own characteristic it self and can be used for specific fields. In Islam, the phase of occurance process on l learning has been exemplified by Muhammad prophet SAW, that is integration process between students and teachers to get learning goal where happend on particular place and particular time. We can get some benefits from Rasulullah has been exemplified: a) when that question is asked, it can give motivation for listener to answer that question; b) question can make listener get stunt from speaker; c) asking question can achieve three-aspect moral goal and education, they are cognitive, emotion and kinetic; d) question can be more emphasis information or knowledge; e) question can make stimuli for listeners so they will be enthusiastic to know about the answer.

Abstract

Educational supervision, better known as education supervision, has a basic concept that is interconnected. Supervision that aims to improve the performance of educators and other school employees by providing good direction and guidance as well as input on good and professional methods or methods of education.
