Abstract

Bank Muamalat Indonesia is an Islamic financial institution that continues to increase profits from every financial transaction that occurs between its customers with efforts and efforts to maintain stability in obtaining profits with several instruments, including the two bank financial instruments in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of equity and third-party funds on the growth of bank profits in 2016-2020. This research uses quantitative approaches with descriptive methods. The data used is sukender data obtained from bank Muamalat Indonseia's quarterly financial report in 2016-2020. The results of this study concluded that partially (test t) showed that Equity(X1)) had a positive or significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. And showed that DPK(X2) has no significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Based on the results of the calculation of regression tests together (test F) shows that equity X 1 and DPK X2 simultaneously affect profits on bank muamalat in 2016-2020 (Y). based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R2),the magnitude of the influence of equity and third party funds onbank Muamalat Indonesia's profit growth by 39.3%, while the remaining 60.7% was influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membahas apa saja pengaruh pembelajaran daring pada peserta didik pada minat dan pemahaman peserta didik pada pelajaran Matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dalam bentuk google form. Setelah dilakukan penelitian terhadap minat dan pemahaman peserta didik pada pelajaran Matematika dapat disimpulkan Berdasarkan survey dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta didik pada umumnya (hampir 70%) tidak mampu memahami materi pembelajaran Matematika secara daring dengan baik. Para peserta didik juga tidak sepenuhnya paham dengan sumber-sumber yang diberikan oleh guru. Lalu hambatan para peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran di rumah adalah kurangnya konsentrasi, kesulitan memahami pelajaran, tidak dapat bertanya langsung kepada guru, dan bosan. Dapat diketahui juga bahwa para peserta didik masih banyak yang menyetujui dan sadar bahwa Matematika merupakan ilmu yang penting dan perlu dipelajari, dengan persentase setuju lebih dari 80%. Namun para peserta didik juga menjadi malas jika soal yang dikerjakan sulit dan tidak membuahkan hasil. Berdasarkan semua indikator di atas, menunjukkan bahwa pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dengan menggunakan pembelajaran daring masih banyak yang harus diperbaiki oleh guru pengajar. Solusi yang dapat dijadikan alternatif adalah dengan menyajikan pembelajaran yang menarik, kreatif dan menyenangkan seperti membuat video pembelajaran yang menarik, menggunakan google site sebagai media pembelajaran yang kreatif, dan memanfaatkan fasilitas internet yang lain. Dengan begitu diharapkan siswa dapat memahami materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

Agriculture serves as a primary sector of Indonesia's economy, where rice milling management plays a vital role in enhancing post-harvest productivity and supporting food security. This study aims to analyze the management of a rice milling factory in Hulu Sungai Selatan City by examining financial, environmental, human resource (HR), and market-marketing aspects. A qualitative method with a case study design was employed, involving in-depth interviews with the factory manager. The findings reveal efficient financial management based on Islamic principles, sustainable waste management practices, HR strategies focused on training and effective communication, and direct marketing strategies that successfully reach local consumers. In conclusion, effective rice milling management enhances operational performance and contributes to the local economy, despite facing challenges in market dynamics and resource limitations.

Abstract

A lozenge is a form of solid pharmaceutical preparation designed to dissolve slowly in the oral cavity, providing both local and systemic effects. In lozenge formulation, binders play an important role in ensuring tablet hardness and appropriate dissolution time. This study aims to compare the effects of synthetic and natural binders on the physical properties and performance of lozenges. Synthetic binders such as PVP, CMC Na, and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) tend to provide higher tablet hardness and more controlled dissolution times. Meanwhile, natural binders such as maltodextrin, gum arabic, and jackfruit seed starch show good abilities to enhance tablet cohesion, with the additional benefits of biocompatibility and biodegradability. The research results indicate that synthetic binders provide better physical stability, while natural binders are preferred due to their environmentally friendly properties and ability to improve patient acceptance.

Abstract

Mura'at al-Nazhiris a concept that refers to the harmony between wording and meaning, which plays a crucial role in the clarity of communication and rhetorical appeal. This concept encompasses the use of precise language, appropriate word choice, and effective sentence structure to optimally convey messages. This research aims to explore the role ofMura'at al-Nazhirin deepening the understanding ofBalaghah, particularly in the interpretation of classical texts. The methodology employed is a literature study using a qualitative approach, analyzing various classical and contemporary sources in the field ofBalaghah. The findings indicate that the application of Mura'at al-Nazhirnot only enhances the clarity and rhetorical appeal of texts but also provides interpretative depth that enables readers to understand the cultural and historical context behind the texts. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the study of Arabic rhetoric and open up opportunities for further research on the application ofMura'at al-Nazhirin various literary contexts.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions for shrimp cracker products in Punti Village, Soromandi District, Bima Regency. By using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers, this research identifies the relationship between price variables and purchasing decisions. The analysis results show that price does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a significance value greater than 0.05. Although the data used is reliable with 95.3% valid cases, the data distribution is not normal which can affect the analysis results. The multiple linear regression test and F test show that the regression model built is not significant, with only 2.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions that can be explained by price. These findings indicate the need for further research to explore other factors that might influence purchasing decisions for shrimp cracker products in Punti Village.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of visionary leadership in improving the quality of education in a challenging global and local era. Through a literature study approach, this research analyzes various theories and findings related to the role of leadership in education. The results show that visionary leadership has a significant influence on improving the quality of education through innovation, long-term vision and adaptability. The research also identifies the main characteristics of effective visionary leadership and implementation strategies that can be applied in educational institutions. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of visionary leadership is essential to build a quality and sustainable future for education.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply analyze the role of religious literacy in improving maharah qira'ah (reading ability) at SMP Pahlawan Nasional Kota Medan. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study explores data thoroughly regarding students' ability to read the Qur'an and its relationship to the religious literacy program implemented at the school. Data collection methods include memorization and Qur'an reading tests, observation of reading abilities, and surveys to explore students' perceptions of the importance of religious literacy. The results show that the majority of students still require intensive guidance in reading the Qur'an. In each class, only a few students are able to read the Qur'an and pronounce Arabic correctly, although their fluency is still lacking. Most students are not able to read the Qur'an fluently, and some still struggle to distinguish hijaiyah letters. These findings indicate the need for a systematic and intensive religious literacy program to help students improve their maharah qira'ah skills. Additionally, a more personalized teaching approach is necessary to address the specific challenges students face in reading the Qur'an.

Abstract

Introduction: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a significant pediatric health concern in Indonesia, but diagnostic and treatment pathways are often resource-constrained. Drug-induced sleep endoscopy (DISE) offers a dynamic assessment of upper airway obstruction, but its predictive value for treatment outcomes in Indonesian children remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate the predictive value of DISE findings for polysomnography (PSG)-determined OSA severity and surgical outcomes in a multicenter cohort of Indonesian children. Methods: A prospective, multicenter cohort study was conducted at three tertiary hospitals in Indonesia. Children aged 2-18 years with suspected OSA underwent DISE and overnight PSG. DISE findings were classified using the VOTE (Velum, Oropharynx, Tongue base, Epiglottis) classification system. The primary outcome was the correlation between DISE findings and the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) on PSG. Secondary outcomes included the prediction of surgical success (defined as a postoperative AHI < 5 and >50% reduction from baseline) after adenotonsillectomy (T&A). Statistical analyses included Spearman's rank correlation, receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis, and logistic regression. Results: 250 children (mean age 8.2 ± 3.5 years, 60% male) were included. A significant positive correlation was found between the total VOTE score and AHI (ρ = 0.62, p < 0.001). Tongue base obstruction (VOTE-T) showed the strongest correlation with AHI (ρ = 0.58, p < 0.001). The area under the ROC curve (AUC) for the total VOTE score predicting severe OSA (AHI ≥ 10) was 0.85 (95% CI, 0.79-0.91). In the subgroup of 180 children who underwent T&A, a higher total VOTE score (particularly VOTE-T and VOTE-E scores) was significantly associated with a lower likelihood of surgical success (OR 0.45, 95% CI 0.28-0.72, p = 0.001). Conclusion: DISE, using the VOTE classification, demonstrates good predictive value for OSA severity and surgical outcomes in Indonesian children. Tongue base and epiglottic obstruction are particularly important predictors. DISE can be a valuable tool for guiding treatment decisions in resource-limited settings.

Abstract

Simply put, this study was inspired by the phenomenon of students being passive and talking about their findings or opinions. Many students are unable to express themselves, uncomfortable, unconfident, and unsure of what they want to say when they are instructed to participate in class activities. This shows that students' speaking experiences are on average quite negative, which affects their speaking ability. In addition, the teaching methods applied by teachers are less than optimal in fostering the development of students' skills. This study aims to evaluate the strategies applied by teachers in helping students improve their role-playing skills when learning Indonesian. This study applies a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods through observation, analysis, and documentation. The findings of the study revealed that the role-playing method helps students understand various difficult concepts through discussions with friends. This method motivates active student involvement and group cooperation, resulting in a collaborative learning atmosphere in the classroom. Speaking skills are defined as the ability to convey ideas, thoughts, or ideas through speech so that they can be understood by others. Activities that support the development of these skills include interaction and communication with people around students.
