Abstract

This research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize scientific literature related to effective facilitation strategies in the context of organizational capability development and employee learning improvement. The main focus of this research is to map various forms of facilitation interventions, assess their impact on organizational capabilities such as innovation, adaptability, and efficiency, and explore the role of facilitation in strengthening organizational and individual learning mechanisms. By using an SLR approach that follows the guidelines of PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), this study ensures transparency and replication of the study process. The results of the synthesis show that facilitation strategies contribute significantly to improving organizational capabilities through the creation of a collaborative learning environment, strengthening communication, and improving employees' adaptive skills. In addition, facilitation has been proven to support the integration of new knowledge into organizational practices, thereby strengthening competitiveness and sustainability. These findings are expected to provide evidence-based guidance for practitioners in designing effective facilitation interventions, as well as a theoretical basis for future researchers to develop studies on the relationship between facilitation, learning, and organizational capabilities.

Abstract

Effective collaboration is a strategic imperative for contemporary organizations, yet its success hinges critically on team dynamics and underlying psychological factors like Trust and Psychological Safety. The purpose of this Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was to synthesize empirical research published between 2020 and 2025 to clarify how these psychological factors influence collaboration and team performance. Following the PRISMA guidelines, a rigorous search on Google Scholar using keywords such as "team performance," "psychological factors," and "collaboration" resulted in the final inclusion of 15 articles for in-depth synthesis. Findings confirm that Trust is the most vital psychological construct, acting as a crucial mediator: it successfully transmits the positive effects of Transactional Leadership on employee performance and, conversely, mediates the detrimental effect of Toxic Leadership leading to Employee Silence. Leadership Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence are identified as primary antecedents that build perceived trustworthiness, which, in turn, significantly reduces Turnover Intention. The review also highlights emerging contexts: trust is now influenced by Agent-Related Factors in Human-AI Teams (HATs), and unconventional factors like Corporate Comedy are found to positively contribute to Group Cohesion. However, contradictory findings regarding trust's role in Knowledge Sharing suggest a significant research gap. This SLR concludes that building psychological capital is fundamental to effective collaboration and recommends that future research utilize Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate conceptual frameworks and employ mixed-methods approaches to resolve contextual conflicts within the literature.

Abstract

The advancement of industry and technology requires companies to possess competent human resources to support sustainable growth. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify, evaluate, and interpret all relevant studies on the topic. The objective of this research is to explore the roles of HRD, HRM, and IR in building sustainable organizational performance. The findings indicate that the integration of HRM, HRD, and IR forms a strategic foundation for sustainable organizational performance. HRM provides strategic direction and innovation, HRD develops competencies and adaptability, while IR ensures social stability and productivity. The synergy among these three functions results in organizations that are competitive, resilient, and sustainable, where sustainability is supported by high-quality human resource governance. The findings suggest that integrating HRM, HRD, and IR has the potential to serve as a human resource management model that supports operational efficiency, social sustainability, innovation, and long-term organizational competitiveness, warranting further implementation and research.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring in improving employee performance and leadership through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A literature search was conducted through Google Scholar using keywords related to coaching, mentoring, performance, and leadership, resulting in 161 initial articles. After screening for publication year, scientific validity, topic relevance, and Scopus accessibility and indexing, 11 articles met the final criteria for analysis. The study results show that coaching is proven to increase motivation, work engagement, and leader self-efficacy, which directly contributes to improved performance and leadership capacity. Mentoring has been found to be effective in developing intrapersonal competencies, accelerating career development, and enhancing generative behavior for both mentors and mentees. The effectiveness of both approaches is influenced by program design, alignment with individual needs, leadership support, organizational readiness for change, and the availability of adequate learning infrastructure. Overall, coaching and mentoring are complementary human resource development strategies that only produce optimal impact when applied within a supportive organizational ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal locus of control and need for achievement on entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial attitude as a mediating variable among vocational high school (SMK) students. The background of this study stems from the need to strengthen students' psychological factors in an effort to foster entrepreneurial spirit and prepare SMK graduates to be able to create business opportunities independently. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The population consists of 210 students in the 12th grade of the Marketing Program from four SMKs in Malang City, while 131 students were sampled using proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that had undergone validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was performed using path analysis with LISREL 8.8 to identify the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that internal locus of control had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Similarly, the need for achievement was found to have a positive and significant effect on increasing students' entrepreneurial attitudes. Both variables also had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial attitude was found to have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention and to act as a partial mediator in the relationship between internal locus of control and need for achievement with entrepreneurial intention. These findings indicate that psychological factors and individual attitudes play an important role in encouraging entrepreneurial intentions among vocational high school students. Therefore, strengthening entrepreneurship education needs to focus on developing students' character, motivation to achieve, and self-confidence to dare to start a business

Abstract

The level of globalization that goes hand in hand with the 4.0 industrial revolution demands the fighting power of companies both in large and small and medium scales to determine dynamic strategies in anticipating competition and expansion targets through international markets. SMEs in Indonesia as the spearhead and pillars of Indonesia's economic strength are also required to be able to improve their performance, especially in promoting their business on an international scale. Abstract

In Indonesian government organizations, complex relationships exist between leadership, training, intellectual capital, performance, moderated by policy turbulence. This study investigates the complex relationships between leadership style, training and development, intellectual capital, and organizational performance in Indonesian government organizations, examining the moderating role of policy turbulence. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 328 Indonesian government organizations through stratified random sampling across geographic regions, organizational sizes, and policy environments. The research employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test hypothesized relationships. Results reveal that intellectual capital serves as a critical mediating mechanism between organizational investments and performance outcomes. Training and development emerge as the strongest predictors of intellectual capital formation, while leadership style demonstrates a limited impact on intellectual capital development. Most significantly, policy turbulence positively moderates the intellectual capital-performance relationship, contradicting conventional wisdom about environmental uncertainty’s negative effects. The findings suggest that policy instability enhances rather than diminishes the strategic value of knowledge assets. Organizations with strong intellectual capital are better positioned to leverage uncertain policy environments for enhanced performance through improved adaptability and strategic flexibility.
