Abstract

Training and development in organic cassava waste management is a strategic step towards product diversification and downstreaming of the tape industry in Banjarsari Village. This program aims to increase the added value of organic cassava waste through environmentally friendly and marketable product innovations. The methods used include practical training, technical assistance, and business sustainability evaluation. The results of this activity indicate an improvement in the community's skills and knowledge in managing cassava waste, as well as the creation of diversified products with potential for further development. Thus, this program is expected to support the sustainability of the tape industry in Banjarsari Village while enhancing the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of planning, project management, evaluation, cooperative thinking, and algorithmic thinking skills on the development of critical thinking ability. Using a structural equation modeling approach with path analysis, this study analyzed the relationship between these skills and critical thinking. The research method used an inferential quantitative approach by examining active students. The population is undergraduate students of Commerce Education, State University of Malang. Samples were taken from all students who fell into the population category. The results show that skills in planning, project management, and evaluation have a significant influence on critical thinking ability. The practical implications of the results of this study can be a guideline for developing student skills that are integrated with unique learning methods in higher education so that they can compete in the business world as professional workers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness on consumer loyalty through the mediation of consumer satisfaction at OVO in Indonesia. The sample in this research was taken from OVO application users in Indonesia, who were determined using purposive sampling with a total of 160 people. This research is descriptive and explanatory, using a quantitative approach. The method applied in this research is path analysis with SPSS Statistics software version 26 for Windows. This research found that perceived usefulness has a direct and significant positive impact on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a direct and significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, and consumer satisfaction acts as a mediator between perceived usefulness and consumer loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan mediasi kepuasan konsumen pada OVO di Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dari pengguna aplikasi OVO di Indonesia yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah total 160 orang. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan eksplanatori dengan menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur dengan perangkat lunak SPSS Statistic versi 26 untuk Windows. Penelitian ini menemukan jika persepsi kegunaan berdampak positif secara langsung dan signifikan kepada kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen, kepuasan konsumen memiliki efek positif secara langsung dan signifikan kepada loyalitas konsumen, dan kepuasan konsumen bertindak sebagai mediasi antara persepsi kegunaan kepada loyalitas konsumen. Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to describe the relationships among service quality, customer trust and customer religious commitment on customer satisfaction and loyalty of Islamic banks in East Java. Respondents were Islamic banks’ customers domiciled in East Java. A predetermined number of samples were taken by the use of a simple random sampling technique. Analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results indicated that service quality and customer trust of Islamic banks jointly had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Service quality and customer trust had direct and indirect effects on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction of Islamic banks’ customer in East Java. Religious commitment had no direct and indirect effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v7i2.1681

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Malang dalam mensosialisasikan pentingnya pendidikan dan dampak menikah muda pada masa 5.0 kepada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Kota Mojokerto. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman yang mendalam tentang perspektif siswa terkait dengan isu-isu ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa menyadari pentingnya pendidikan sebagai fondasi untuk mencapai kesuksesan di masa depan, sementara pemahaman terkait dengan isu menikah muda cenderung bervariasi. Mahasiswa UIN Malang dapat memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam sosialisasi ini dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan kekhawatiran spesifik siswa, memberikan informasi yang relevan, dan membantu siswa mengatasi stereotip dan ekspektasi yang mungkin mempengaruhi keputusan mereka. Melalui kerja sama yang erat antara perguruan tinggi dan sekolah menengah, dapat diciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung untuk membantu generasi muda menghadapi masa depan dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi visualisasi hologram dalam pembangunan infrastruktur wisata edukasi merupakan inovasi penting yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik dan efektivitas penyampaian informasi kepada pengunjung. Studi ini berfokus pada penerapan teknologi hologram di Kampung Industri Tempe Sanan sebagai katalis infrastruktur wisata edukasi. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan wisatawan tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai proses pembuatan tempe, tetapi juga meningkatkan daya tarik wisata lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan evaluasi efektivitas teknologi hologram dalam konteks edukasi dan pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan hologram berhasil meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi pengunjung, serta memberikan nilai tambah bagi kampung industri ini. Dengan demikian, teknologi hologram tidak hanya berperan sebagai alat edukasi yang inovatif tetapi juga sebagai pendorong pengembangan ekonomi lokal melalui pariwisata edukasi.

Abstract

Backround: The digital era has had a disruptive impact on various sectors, including the industrial sector. The industrial sector must be able to adapt to market its products using digital media in order to capture a wider market. The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance to MSMEs and equip them with the knowledge to implement digital marketing. Method: A workshop on creating and maintaining SEO-based websites was used to provide assistance to MSMEs so that they could gain more comprehensive knowledge accompanied by practical experience. Result: The use of SEO-based websites has successfully increased the visibility of MSMEs and MSME products to national and international audiences. Before the website existed, MSMEs had no visibility at all, but after the website was created, they were able to reach 1,274 views with 4 product posts. Conclusion: Community service activities can improve the capabilities of MSMEs in transforming traditional marketing to more modern marketing by using digital media such as SEO-friendly websites, thereby improving the performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

Background: Karang Taruna, as mandated by the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs Regulation No. 25/2019, is a village-level youth organization for social empowerment. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an entrepreneurship training for Karang Taruna members in Sumberjo Hamlet, Wonogiri. Methods: A paired pretest–posttest design was applied to 20 participants. The intervention comprised socialization, business planning, basic bookkeeping, and digital marketing. Entrepreneurial knowledge was measured before and after the training and analyzed using a Paired t-test at α = 0.05. Results: The pretest mean was 77.35 (SD = 5.234) and the posttest mean was 84.35 (SD = 9.287); the mean difference (pre minus post) was −7.00 with t(19) = −3.335; p = 0.003; 95% CI [−11.393; −2.607]. The pre–post correlation was 0.263 (p = 0.263), indicating a weak association. These findings confirm a significant knowledge gain following the training. Conclusions: The entrepreneurship training effectively improved participants’ understanding and merits continuation through monthly business clinics and a supportive village-level ecosystem. Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini mengembangkan model teoritis yang menganalisis hubungan antara kepercayaan, persepsi risiko, dan kapabilitas digital dalam adopsi asuransi mikro oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan kajian literatur sistematis yang merujuk pada 60 artikel terindeks Scopus periode 2014–2025, serta sumber nasional dan internasional lainnya. Faktor-faktor tersebut dieksplorasi untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan adopsi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA, yang mencakup penyaringan dari 2.341 artikel awal menjadi 60 artikel final. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan terhadap penyedia asuransi dan teknologi digital menjadi pendorong utama, sementara persepsi risiko tinggi—termasuk ketidakpastian klaim dan ketidaksesuaian produk—menghambat adopsi. Kapabilitas digital UMKM, seperti akses internet dan literasi teknologi, berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas produk asuransi mikro, meskipun dibatasi oleh infrastruktur di Jawa Barat. Kajian ini juga mengintegrasikan perspektif ketahanan UMKM, di mana microinsurance berkontribusi pada stabilisasi arus kas dan pemulihan pascabencana, dengan bukti bahwa microinsurance dapat mengurangi kerugian pascabencana hingga 40% di negara berkembang. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan literasi finansial-digital, desain produk adaptif, dan kolaborasi dengan modal sosial untuk mendukung inklusi keuangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi kebijakan di Jawa Barat guna memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi UMKM pasca-pandemi COVID-19.   Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Persepsi Risiko, Kapabilitas Digital, Asuransi Mikro, UMKM, Ketahanan Bisnis   Abstract This article develops a theoretical model that analyzes the relationship between trust, risk perception, and digital capabilities in the adoption of microinsurance by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java. Based on a systematic literature review referring to 60 Scopus-indexed articles from 2014 to 2025, as well as other national and international sources. These factors are explored to identify their influence on adoption decisions. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a PRISMA approach, which includes screening 2,341 initial articles down to 60 final articles. The results show that trust in insurance providers and digital technology are the main drivers, while high risk perceptions—including claim uncertainty and product mismatch—hinder adoption. The digital capabilities of MSMEs, such as internet access and technological literacy, play a crucial role in increasing the accessibility of microinsurance products, although they are limited by infrastructure in West Java. This study also integrates the perspective of SME resilience, where microinsurance contributes to cash flow stabilization and post-disaster recovery, with evidence that microinsurance can reduce post-disaster losses by up to 40% in developing countries. Recommendations include improving digital financial literacy, adaptive product design, and collaboration with social capital to support financial inclusion. This study contributes to policy-making in West Java to strengthen the economic resilience of MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic.   Keywords: Trust, Risk Perception, Digital Capability, Microinsurance, MSMEs, Business Resilience

Abstract

Purpose – The focus or main purpose of this study emphasizes appropriate collaboration between the roles of digital literacy, AI platforms, and learning styles in learners so that it provides a significant impact on learning effectiveness, particularly on learners' learning outcomes. Methods/Design/Approach – This study uses a quantitative approach, with a multiple linear regression method. The population and sample are students of Vocational High School (SMK) in East Java, with a research sample of 384 respondents using random sampling and Cochran calculation. Data collection uses a questionnaire (survey) method with a 7-point Likert scale. Validity and reliability tests are used to test the feasibility of the instrument, and continued with model feasibility testing using the classical assumption test, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression test analysis. Findings – The results show that partially and simultaneously the variables of digital literacy, artificial inttelegence, and learning styles have a significant effect on learning outcomes. This is seen from the t-count value > t-table [DL: 6.020 > 1.966; AI: 4.408 > 1.966; 14.166 > 1.966], and also the F-count value > F-table [250.106 > 2.268], in addition the R-Square value also shows 0.664. Originality/Value – This study has strong originality because it simultaneously examines the roles of digital literacy, the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based platforms, and learners' learning styles in influencing learning effectiveness. This study has not been widely conducted comprehensively, thus providing a new contribution in understanding how these three aspects interact with each other and impact the quality of the teaching and learning process in the digital era. Practical Implications – These findings emphasize more on how all actors in education (students, teachers, and educational institutions) are able to integrate digital literacy into the curriculum, utilize artificial intelligence (AI)-based learning platforms that support personalization, and map students' learning styles early to adjust teaching strategies.
