Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi pelaku usaha mikro di Desa Tangua, Kecamatan Uram Jaya, Kabupaten Lebong adalah rendahnya literasi digital dan terbatasnya strategi pemasaran produk yang masih bersifat konvensional. Sebagian besar mitra belum memahami konsep e-commerce, belum menggunakan platform digital, serta belum mengoptimalkan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mitra dalam menerapkan strategi penjualan berbasis teknologi digital. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Learning melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelatihan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Peserta dibimbing secara aktif dan praktis untuk memahami lima kompetensi utama: pemahaman e-commerce, penggunaan platform digital, strategi penjualan online, manajemen produk digital, serta pemasaran melalui media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada seluruh aspek kompetensi, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor antara 18,6 hingga 20,8 poin dari pre-test ke post-test. Transformasi ini berdampak langsung pada kemampuan peserta dalam mengelola usaha secara digital, termasuk membuat toko daring, mengunggah produk, dan mempromosikannya melalui kanal digital. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam mendorong kemandirian ekonomi lokal yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the business feasibility of Griya Madukara MSME from an environmental perspective, emphasizing how its practices contribute to both ecological and social sustainability. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. A total of 12 informants were involved, including the business owner, seven employees from different divisions, two regular customers, and two local community members participating in ecoprint training. The findings show that Griya Madukara adopts zero-waste principles, uses natural materials in its production, and converts organic waste into compost. Additionally, community involvement and empowerment are central to its sustainability strategy. The business aligns with the Pentuple Bottom Line framework (People, Planet, Profit, Phenotechnology, and Prophet), making it a viable and sustainable community-based MSME model.

Abstract

Integrating Augmented Reality (AR) into Project-Based Learning (PjBL) was evaluated for its effect on undergraduates’ critical thinking in a Digital Economics and Business course. A quasi-experimental design compared a control class (n = 40) and an AR-supported class (n = 34) over 16 meetings using the same syllabus; the experimental class used Assemblr Edu during project work. Critical thinking was measured with a 5-item test (0–100) administered pre and post-intervention and scored by external raters. Because Shapiro–Wilk tests indicated non-normality (all p < 0,05), Mann–Whitney U and Friedman tests were applied (α = 0,05). Baseline equivalence held (pretest U = 655,0 and Z = −0,276, p= 0,782). After the intervention, the between-group difference remained non-significant (U = 624,5 and Z = −0,612, p = 0,540). Within-group gains were significant for both classes: control χ²(1)= 24,641, p< 0,001 (mean ranks pre 1,11 to post 1,89); experimental χ²(1)=12,500, p< 0,001 (pre 1,21 to post 1,79). In short, PjBL improved critical thinking regardless of AR, and AR did not add a detectable short-term advantage. In this context, implementation should prioritize problem task alignment and sustained practice over technology adoption.

Abstract

Kinerja pemasaran petani cabai di Kabupaten Sumenep masih tergolong rendah, yang antara lain disebabkan oleh lemahnya orientasi pasar, literasi digital, dan keunggulan bersaing. Kondisi ini menuntut upaya untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran secara lebih mendalam. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja pemasaran yang dimediasi oleh keunggulan bersaing pada petani cabai di Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 petani cabai sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing. Literasi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Selain itu, keunggulan bersaing tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh literasi digital maupun orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran, petani cabai di Sumenep perlu memperkuat orientasi pasar dan literasi digital secara terintegrasi dengan membangun keunggulan bersaing yang lebih nyata dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar

Abstract

Dalam era persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif, penguatan loyalitas merek menjadi kunci dalam mempertahankan konsumen, termasuk pada komoditas lokal seperti bawang merah Sumenep. Brand experience dan brand image berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi konsumen, sementara brand awareness menjadi jembatan yang dapat memperkuat hubungan keduanya terhadap brand loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty, dengan brand awareness sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk bawang merah Sumenep. Persaingan dalam dunia agribisnis semakin ketat, sehingga upaya penguatan merek menjadi penting untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structuran Equation Model. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pelanggan bawang merah Sumenep yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui, sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Cochran dan mendapatkan hasil 97 responden konsumen bawang merah Sumenep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand loyalty. Brand image juga berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand loyalty. Selain itu, brand awareness terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh brand experience dan brand image terhadap brand loyalty. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun pengalaman merek dan citra merek yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk lokal seperti bawang merah Sumenep.

Abstract

The innovative quadrotor Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) approach for delivery missions presents significant opportunities to address logistical distribution challenges (i.e. medical delivery) in remote areas. The efficiency of quadrotor UAS, which does not need additional infrastructure like runways, makes it increasingly applicable to remote regions. However, the potential implementation of UAS for medical delivery missions comes with considerable risks, such as collisions with manned aircraft or UAS crashes that could damage infrastructure and cause fatal injuries to human life. Therefore, in UAS operations, a method of operational risk assessment is needed to ensure safety, resilience, and operational success. The Joint Authorities for the Rulemaking of Unmanned Systems (JARUS) offers a risk assessment methodology named Specific Operational Risk Assessment (SORA) for UAS operations. The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation have recognised and approved this methodology as a risk assessment method for specific UAS categories. SORA provides a step-by-step framework in risk assessment to identify, evaluate, and determine necessary mitigation actions to achieve an acceptable means of compliance (MoC). EASA has announced using the latest version, SORA V2.5, planned for implementation in the fourth quarter of 2023. The Indonesian Ministry of Transportation also plans to adopt this latest version for UAS operations. Several updates and simplifications have been made to this version. Therefore, this paper presents the application of risk assessment using SORA V2.5 for medical delivery operations in remote areas using quadrotor UAS. The analysis in this paper covers each step of SORA V2.5, including risk identification and evaluation, as well as the implementation of mitigations in the conducted mission. The results indicate that SORA V2.5 can be implemented in this mission by taking appropriate mitigation actions to assure operational safety. There are also recommendations for optimising risk identification and it can complement the SORA methodology.
