Abstract

Web-based Concert Ticket Booking System is a platform specifically designed for booking concert tickets in Malang. This concert ticket booking system aims to make it easy to buy concert tickets through the website so all the users can easily booked concert tickets. This system helps to connect the buyers and sellers to buying and selling concert tickets. The sellers can easily promote Malang concerts through this website and for the buyers who orders concert tickets easily through the website. The advantage of the system from the buyer side is being able to search concert tickets by inputting words in the search column. In the search feature, this system uses Text preprocessing to process data into a term index and this system uses two calculation methods, namely, Tf-Idf (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency) is used to calculate the weight of each word contained in concert information that contains a description of the concert, day and date & time and Cosine similarity is used to calculate the similarity value between sentences based on the calculation of the TF-IDF. From the calculation of the two methods you can find a concert description that matches or approaches the inputted word. So that by using these calculations it will be easier to find the desired concert. In addition to being able to search, buyers can also order tickets, make payments and if they have done making payments, the buyer will get a notification via email.

Abstract

The development of technology, especially the web can be used as competition in a business world. There are many companies in the field of wedding organizer services such as Sido Rabbi Wedding Organizer that require an appropriate web information technology, this is because business services, especially wedding organizers, require rapid delivery of information and communication. For now At the time of booking process, wedding service packages are still using via telephone (manual) or clients come to the company. In addition, many brides are lazy to go look around the needs of a wedding and compare one by one a wedding vendor's products / services. Therefore the development of a web-based Sido Rabbi Wedding Organizer Application System was developed using the PHP programming language, JavaScript by utilizing the Laravel Framework for back end and using the HTML5 programming language, CSS for making front end. And for data storage using MySql database. In this study using the waterfall method which is only limited to the testing phase. The steps taken are the literature study stage by gathering the foundation of research theory, the stage of data collection by interviewing stakeholders, the needs analysis stage by knowing the needs needed, the design stage as a reference for implementation, the implementation stage of the results of the analysis and system design, the testing phase to check whether the system in accordance with the previous agreement and the stages of conclusions and suggestions that are useful for summarizing the results of all stages carried out. There are 40 functional needs and 1 non-functional requirement at the needs analysis stage. The system functionality testing is done by unit testing strategy, integration and validation with 100% valid results. To test non-functional requirements using compatibility testing where there are 2 critical in 2 different browsers.system uses compatibility testing with the results there are 2 critical issues on 2 different browsers.

Abstract

Event is an activity which held for a public meeting or inviting many people for celebration, education, and marketing. Kingdom Generation Community (KGC) Malang is a youth people church under the authority of the Indonesian Bethel Church (GBI) Representative of Christ Kingdom (ROCK). KGC Malang has a purpose to reaching out and develop youth people to be a positive impact on their environment. To achieve this goal, KCG Malang has many events. However, in the execution of the event, KGC Malang has many problems, such as the absence report, there is no recording process for each member growth. Eventually, hard for the leader make the right decisions for an event, placing a member to the right position because there is no data record. Base on these problems has created an application to manage many activities of KGC Malang from planning until reporting or evaluating, and make a centralized member data collection system than can be accessed by leaders. This study is using SDLC Waterfall. The research is started with an interview and engineering needs. This phase produces 33 functional requirements and one non-functional requirement with 4 actors. Sequence diagram, class diagram, user interface design, and database design is the result of the design phase as a foundation for the implementation phase. This application development uses HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP with frameworks Laravel and VueJS. The system tested using unit testing which tests 3 primary functions of system and 3 test case with result 100% valid, validation testing to test 33 functional requirement and 33 test case with result 100% valid, and compatibility testing to test the non-functional requirement and the result there is no significant issues which impacted for functionality of application.

Abstract

The Department of Agriculture and Food Security of the District of Padang Pariaman is an element of the government that focuses on implementing agricultural matters whose responsibilities encompasses increasing the quality of agriculture in Padang Pariaman. Hence, training activities were planned encompasses increasing the quality of agriculture. The training activities involve field counselor, the chairman of BPP, department staff and head of the department. Before the activity is carried out, a program draft must be formed containing the plan and the design of the activities for next year. For every activity, the field counselors have an obligation to submit the field report containing the results of the activity and the usage of available funds. The process of creating the program draft and report starting from planning and approval of the documents requiring a huge amount of time. To make the steps more efficient, a solution is proposed which is in the form of creating an information system for agricultural training events using an SDLC waterfall method. During the analysis and designing phase, a model is built to ease the communication between developers and developers in hopes of finding the best solution. The models built in the analysis and designing phase are the use case diagram, use case scenario, sequence diagram, and class diagram. The system that was built will then be tested using the whitebox testing and blackbox testing. The results from the testing showed was near 100% valid which described the system has worked well and can help improve agricultural training activities in the district.

Abstract

This research is done based on a problem that we can easily found in real life that we are often making a transaction manually. The tourist will find that doing manual transaction while on a vacation will be very difficult, it is hard to control the flow of our money without making any note for it. The other problem is, the tourist are sometimes got confused to determine a place for a vacation. The solution of this problem is a cashless payment system. With a cashless payment, it will allow you to at least know where your money went and how much you spend while you are on a vacation. In addition, the sellers also doesnt need to bother look for some change. In this study there is 3 case studies that have the same business prosess. Not only that, this research will also give a tourist an excact location of them and will lead them to a certain place on a amusement park, that will reduce the potential of getting lost. This system is having an android operating system in a mobile device. The system testing in this system is unit testing and integration testing using a whitebox testing method and the other one is validation testing which resulting a 100% valid value for all test cases using a blackbox testing method.

Abstract

House is a place to live in which isthe construction really needs special attention to make it a dream home. Building a house is not an easy matter for people in general, because building a house requires a lot of costs and needs to be considered. Likewise, the time needed to consider in building a house so that overtime does not occur which also results in over budget. The first problem that occurs is overbudget, namely the existence of an unexpected and excessive reporting expected by the person who is going to build a house and usually that person has previously done a budget calculation manually so that it can produce the results of the calculation manually and the funds actually processing the development process. The second problem that occurs is overtime, namely the existence of construction work time that is past the predetermined time. These problems are also interrelated because the craftsman cannot finish his work according to the desired target will result in overbudget. Likewise, a compilation of people need problems finding the location of the nearest building material store, this takes quite a long time just to find the material. This can also cause overtime because the builders can use 100m2 in a day because searching for the final material can only finish 75m2. To consider this problem the development of a system that aims to make it easier for someone to calculate the cost of building an Android-based home. The results from unit testing, integration testing, validation testing and accuray testing produce 100% valid.

Abstract

Online news channels are news channels that work presenting a story on the internet or online media. Kanal24, is an online news channel located in Malang which is part of the media owned by Universitas Brawijaya in addition to UB TV, UB Radio, and also UB Press. Currently, in carrying out its duties, Kanal24 has an editorial team consisting of Editor in Chief, Reporter, Editor, and Publisher. The news presented consists of several kinds of categories such as about campus, economics, sports, and others. In their task of managing news, the editorial team often has time efficiency issues, such as having to attend meetings in the morning to discuss media coverage and transfer of applications that they use when sending news files and to broadcast news. Some news files are still scattered on several personal devices owned by the editorial team. To overcome this problem, a news management system was developed which became a centralized system for the editorial team to complete their tasks from meetings to news ready to be aired. The system will be developed based on the web by having several features in the form of group chat meetings, assignment of coverage, managing drafts, managing news editing, news verification, news displaying, repositories of news files, and also presenting statistics on the quantity of readers of news that have been aired.

Abstract

Posyandu is a health service facility that has the objective to provide health services for the local society, especially for mothers, babies, and toddler. However, based on the interview with one of the nutrition lecturers from FK UB, and with the midwife in charge at Krebet Village, Malang Regency, followed by observation on one of the Posyandu at Krebet Village, Malang Regency, there were several problems found at the Posyandu and on the midwife itself. Because of the process of recording of the health services at the Posyandu is still done manually, and still using many different documents, making the process of recording and making nutrition reports by the midwife vulnerable to mistakes and inorganization. This problem can lead to more mistakes, like for the children's health indication mistake in that area. To solve this problem, a web-based information system using waterfall SDLC and object-oriented approach was developed. On the requirements analysis phase, produced 4 actors, 33 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirements. From the results the requirements analysis phase, the design and implementation process using object-oriented approach carried out. The testing phase conducted using validation testing got the score of 100 % valid, as well as the user acceptance test (UAT) to 5 users got the score of 97.1 % acceptance rate, which means that the users strongly agrees to the system that has been made.

Abstract

Naoyuki Academic Center is a Japanese language learning institution. Every week, Naoyuki conducts a learning agenda in accordance with the curriculum that has been prepared according to current needs. Until now, the preparation of the schedule in Naoyuki is done by using Excel and takes up to 3 days in arranging the schedule of tutors and students. Through the scheduling problem at Naoyuki, the learning scheduling management system will then be developed. This system was developed using the Object Based Approach from the Analysis to the Implementation stage. The system is implemented using the PHP programming language and the MVC concept while using the Boostrap and Laravel framework. The test results of the system using White-Box and Black-Box show that all functionalities are in accordance with the requirements specified. The test results show 100% for all White-Box test cases. And shows 100% valid for Black-Box testing of 24 functional systems. For compatibility testing all system functionality can run in some browsers but there are still problems with the appearance and performance of the system.

Abstract

Stress is the initial stage of the sequence of mental disorders such as depression, and others. Stress has a huge impact on the health of sufferers, but there are still many people who underestimate the existence of this stressful disease. The age of someone who is susceptible to stress is a teenager who is taking high school level education because adolescence is the age of a person to start thinking complex. One solution that has been provided to reduce the impact of stress is facilitating the counselling teacher for high school students. However, most students still feel reluctant to conduct guidance because of erratic schedules and feel ashamed. The development of Website-Based Stress Level Monitoring System aims to simplify the process of stress monitoring and consultation of students and counselling teachers. This system will be used by the counselling teacher, homeroom teacher and admin also by the Students. The Waterfall method is used in the process of developing this system by referring to 35 functional requirements and one non-functional requirement. Furthermore, the system is implemented in several programming languages ​​such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP by using Laravel as a framework. In addition, this system also uses the API from Twitter and the Naive Bayes method library to help the process of capturing the status of students' tweets to conduct a stress level detection process which will be divided into 3 levels: low, medium and high. This system testing is carried out using the white box method for unit testing and integration and black box for conducting validation testing. This test resulted in 100% valid in 85 test cases. Non-functional requirements of the system have been tested by the Sortsite tool, indicating that this website can be operated on several search engines.
