Abstract

Transporting products is a common practice in many industries. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the transfer, assisting devices are utilized. The available goods movement equipment on the market is bulky and less adaptable for moving goods in confined spaces. The primary purpose of roller tanks is to aid and facilitate human labor in the process of moving products from one location to another in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of human labor. A roller tank facilitates the transportation of containers, industrial machinery, and other heavy equipment. The purpose of this roller tank's design is to discover: (1) the roller tank's design, (2) the manufacturing process for roller tanks, and (3) the performance test results for roller tanks. Requirements analysis, problem analysis and specifications, design, technical analysis, component fabrication, assembly, and tool testing are the methods used to construct this roller tank. The outcome of this roller tank design is a design with a functional drawing of a roller tank with dimensions of 280 mm in length, 150 mm in width, and 83 mm in height. The roller tank prototype is composed of ST 37 steel plate and low alloy carbon steel. The tank's drive wheel is made of nylon, and its two shaft bearings consist of a ball bearing 6804 ZZ and a roller thrust bearing 55105

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Cluster of differentiation (CD)36 and adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) are 2 macrophages-expressed receptors that promote cholesterol uptake and efflux, in which their imbalance might be associated with the foam cell formation risk. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) has been correlated with the increase of this plaque formation. Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether expression of CD36 and ABCA1 in macrophages are correlated with coronary artery disease (CAD) risk markers in T2DM cases.METHODS: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were isolated from 13 diabetic patients and 11 healthy donors. Then, the PBMC-derived macrophages were cultured with supplement of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Expression of CD36 and ABCA1 was measured using flowcytometry, meanwhile the supernatant concentration of interleukin (IL)-1b and IL-10 was measured by multiplex immunoassay.RESULTS: T2DM subjects more likely to have low proportion of CD36-ABCA+ macrophages compared to healthy donors (p=0.041) and it had negative correlation with glucose homeostasis and insulin resistance markers, including fasting blood glucose (FBG, r=-0.408, p=0.048), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c, r=-0.380, p=0.049), triglyceride glucose index (r=-0,518, p=0.009), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP, r=-0.556, p=0.005). Moreover, it also had a negative correlation with atherogenic markers such as triglyceride (r=-0.417, p=0.043), triglyceride/HDL, and LDL/HDL, but had positive correlation with HDL (r=0.540, p=0.007). Most of T2DM subjects had high IL-1β/IL-10 ratio after ox-LDL and LPS stimulation (p=0.02 and p=0.05, respectively).CONCLUSION: Reduced proportion of CD36-ABCA1+ macrophages followed with high IL-1β/IL-10 can be a marker of CAD in T2DM.KEYWORDS: type 2 diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, macrophages, ABCA1, CD36

Abstract

Background: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is a metabolic disease with an increasing prevalence. T2DM is related to chronic low-grade inflammation or meta-inflammation conditions. Nowadays, treatment begins to target the molecules or proteins involved in T2DM. Peroxisome Proliferator Activator Receptor gamma (PPAR-γ) is one of the proteins involved in T2DM. The Herbal is a potential solution to finding molecular medicine with bioactive compounds. Extract from Tabat Barito (Ficus deltoidea Jack) has proven as antidiabetic. It has many bioactive compounds and can be analyzed using software and molecular docking. This research aims to analyze the biological and pharmacological bioactive compounds of Ficus deltoidea Jack as an antidiabetic. Methods: The bioactive compounds of Ficus deltoidea Jack were determined from the literature. PASS (Prediction of Activity Spectra for Substances) was used to analyze the bioactive compounds. SwissADME was used to know the pharmacology properties Molecular docking was used to find the interaction between bioactive compounds and PPAR-γ. Results: Ficus deltoidea Jack has many bioactive compounds. Lupeol, Vitexin, and Isovitexin were chosen to advance analysis using PASS and SwissADME. All of them had antidiabetic activity. SwissADME was used to identify the pharmacology properties. The result, every bioactive compound has its specific characteristics. Molecular docking showed that Vitexin is the best, with ΔGibbs - 6.59kcal/mol and Inhibition constant (Ki) 14.77 µM. Conclusions: Ficus deltoidea Jack consists of many bioactive compounds. Vitexin and Isovitexin are potential as an antidiabetic. From the docking results, the strongest interaction is Vitexin.

Abstract

Alergi adalah penyakit imunitas yang diderita hampir seluruh populasi manusia didunia. Penyakit alergi seperti rinitis alergi dan asma dapat diperantarai tungau debu rumah (TDR). Spesies TDR yang sering kali menjadi sumber alergen adalah Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus dan Dermatophagoides fariane. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prevalensi TDR pada rumah subjek alergi dan non-alergi, mengetahui intensitas TDR pada rumah subjek alergi dan non-alergi serta mengetahui resiko kehadiran TDR pada kejadian alergi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu, kelompok alergi dan kelompok non-alergi. Analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22. Parameter yang diamati yaitu debu, jumlah tungau, dan populasi spesies tungau terbesar. Potensi alergen terhadap individu diperiksa degan skin prick test (SPT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai prevalensi total seluruh rumah adalah 46,4% dengan masing-masing subjek alergi dan non-alergi sebesar 71,4% dan 21,4%. Intensitas TDR rata-rata pada rumah subjek alergi secara keseluruhan adalah 1 sedangkan pada subjek non-alergi hanya beberapa spesies memiliki nilai 1 sedangkan yang lainnya 0. Rumah subjek alergi memiliki Prevalence Ratio (PR) sebesar 3,333 (95%CI 1,159-9,586) terdapat TDR. Spesies TDR Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Euroglyphus maynei, dan Blomia tropicalis, cenderung lebih sering ditemukan dibandingkan spesies lainnya.

Abstract

Perawat merupakan profesi yang memerlukan kepedulian sosial dan kemampuan khusus mencakup keterampilan intelektual, teknikal dan interpersonal yang tercermin dalam perilaku caring atau kasih sayang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan kecerdasaan emosional dengan perilaku caring perawat di puskesmas Subik Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan analitik korelasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perawat yang bekerja di Puskesmas Subik Kabupaten Lampung Utara sejumlah 110 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 66 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil perhitungan statistik menggunakan uji Kendall tau seperti, diperoleh p-value sebesar 0,029

Abstract

ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit akan mampu menciptakan keunggulan bersaing apabila perusahaan menentukan strategi yang tepat. Dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing harus memberikan pelayanan secara all out untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat  kepuasan  pelayanan Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Polda Lampung. Metode yang dilakukan untuk pengujian validitas, reabilitas,fuzzyfikasi dan defuzzyfikasi. Hasil yang di dapat dari penelitian pada Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Polda Lampung yang memiliki nilai servqual rendah pada atribut waktu antri yang terlalu lama dengan nilai gap sebesar 0,1, sedangkan nilai servqual tertinggi terdapat pada atribut ruangan luas, bersih dan rapi dengan nilai gap sebesar 0,28. Atribut yang menjadi prioritas Rumah Sakit dalam melakukan perbaikan pada penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan tingkat kelemahan yang ada pada analisis gap 5 Servqual. Terdapat 4 atribut yang menjadi prioritas RS yaitu atribut 2 pada dimensi Bukti Fisik (Tangibles) dengan pertanyaan ”Bangunan Rumah Sakit indah dan bersih”, atribut 12 pada dimensi Jaminan (Asusurance) dengan pertanyaan “Obat yang diberikan mendapat jaminan tanpa rusak dan tepat waktu”, atribut 13 dimensi Perhatian (empaty)dengan pertanyaan “RS Bhayangkara Polda Lampung memberikan pelayanan tanpa memandang status sosial ”atribut 14 dimensi Perhatian (empaty)dengan pertanyaan “Perawat mudah ditemui dan dihubungi ketika sedang membutuhkan”. Kata kunci : fuzzy, kepuasan layanan, servqual, ipa ABSTRACT Analysis Of Service Satisfaction At Bhayangkara Regional Police Hospital In Lampung On Patient Satisfaction Using The Fuzzy Servqual And IPA Methods. Hospitals will be able to create competitive advantage if the company determines the right strategy. In achieving competitive advantage must provide all out services to improve service quality. The aim of the study was to determine the level of service satisfaction at the Bhayangkara Polda Lampung Hospital. The method used is to test the validity, reliability, fuzzification and defuzzification. The results were obtained from research at the Bhayangkara Polda Lampung Hospital which had a low servqual value on the attribute of queuing time which was too long with a gap value of 0.1, while the highest servqual value was found in the spacious, clean and tidy room attribute with a gap value of 0 ,28. Attributes that are a priority for the Hospital in making improvements in this study are based on the level of weakness that exists in the Servqual 5 gap analysis. There are 4 attributes that are a priority for the hospital, namely attribute 2 on the Physical Evidence (Tangibles) dimension with the question "Hospital buildings are beautiful and clean", attribute 12 on the Assurance dimension with the question "Medicines given are guaranteed without damage and on time" , attributes of 13 dimensions of attention (empaty) with the question "Bhayangkara Polda Lampung Hospital provides services regardless of social status", attributes of 14 dimensions of attention (empaty) with the question "Nurses are easy to find and contact when needed". Keywords: fuzzy, service satisfaction, servqual, ipa

Abstract

Keripik pisang merupakan salah satu kuliner khas Lampung. Buah pisang merupakan komoditas hortikultura terbesar yang diproduksi di Provinsi Lampung  dan menempati posisi ketiga terbesar penghasil buah pisang terbesar di Indonesia. Desa Tegal Binangun merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Sumberejo, Kabupaten Tanggamus Provinsi Lampung yang sebagian besar mata pencaharian penduduknya adalah petani. Salah satu Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM)  yang ada di Desa Tegal Binangun Kripik Pisang Sale. Dalam perkembangannya, Kripik Pisang Sale sekarang ini dijual dalam berbagai varian rasa.  Dalam proses produksinya UMKM Kripik Pisang Sale yang ada di Desa Tegal Binangun masih menggunakan cara tradisional terutama dalam proses pengadukan bumbu yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga membutuhkan waktu proses yang lama dengan tingkat keefektifan proses pengadukan bumbu yang masih rendah. Dari permasalahan yang ada, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat pengadukan bumbu yang sederhana sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas yang ada di UMKM Kripik Pisang Sale Desa Tegal Binangun.

Abstract

Introduction Cell-size area (CSA) becomes the standard parameter routinely tested in vitro for cardiac hypertrophy studies. Thus, staining is an essential tool for this purpose. As reported in a previous study, immunofluorescence staining is an established method for CSA. However, because it is expensive and requires a specialized microscope, e.g., immunofluorescence or confocal microscope, it is not applicable in a laboratory with limited equipment. Wright-Giemsa staining is a standard procedure in hematology laboratories and is inexpensive and convenient. Here, we shared our experience developing a CSA determination protocol using Wright-Giemsa in H9c2 cardiomyoblast. Methods The viability tests were performed on H9c2 to determine the effective dosage of angiotensin II and Irbesartan (standard drug). The H9c2 were divided into three groups: the control group (without either angiotensin II or irbesartan), the negative control (with angiotensin II), and the positive control (with angiotensin II and Irbesartan), triplicate for each group. The cells then are acclimatized overnight, serum-starved for one day, and incubated with angiotensin and irbesartan for 48 hours. Lastly, Wright-Giemsa was observed using a light microscope in three fields. The CSA was determined by three independent observers blindly, statistically different if the p<0.05 using ANOVA ways or Kruskal-Wallis. Results After the H9c2 induced by angiotensin-II 1 μM and Irbesartan 1μM, we found the CSA significantly differed among each group (p<0,0001). The negative control has a higher median and interquartile range (IQR) CSA (10.78 (6.79) um2) compared to the control group (median (IQR) 7.27 (4.91) um2) and positive control (median (IQR) 7.849(5.31) um2). Conclusion It can be concluded that the Wright-Giemsa might help determine the CSA for in-vitro hypertrophic studies.
