Abstract

This research explores the prevailing patterns in the re-design of road geometry by employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology. A total of 1,000 scholarly articles, spanning the years 2000 to 2025, were collected using Google Scholar using the Publish or Perish software. Through this process, the study uncovers major themes, advancements, and research gaps related to geometric road design. The search utilized keywords such as "Geometric Re-design," "Horizontal Alignment," and "Traffic Flow Efficiency." To analyze and visualize data, VOSviewer was used to illustrate the interconnections between keywords and observe publication trends. The results indicate a notable rise in research publications between 2011 and 2023, with recurring themes such as case studies, road alignment, and safety standing out as primary research interests. Prominent publishers like ProQuest and Elsevier have made substantial contributions, reflecting the international breadth and variety of the studies. This review highlights the essential function of geometric road re-design in enhancing traffic safety, streamlining vehicle movement, and informing future infrastructure development. These insights are particularly beneficial for academics, engineers, and decision-makers aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation networks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan perusahaan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Panin Bank, Tbk. KCU Palmerah. Dari hasil analisa dengan menggunakan rumus koefisien korelasi product moment diperoleh pengaruh yang positif ( kuat ) antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya kompensasi memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Hal ini dapat ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,637. Kontribusi ( r / KD ) kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Panin Bank,Tbk Kcu. Palmerah sebesar 40,58 %. Tingkat signifikansi Pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Panin Bank, Tbk Kcu. Palmerah adalah signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 6,93258 > 1,673 yang berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya kompensasi (X) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the determinant factors of Non Performing Loan (NPL)in Indonesian banking sector. Data were collected from 16 banks by observation during theyear 2002 to 2011. From the data found that there were six variables which closely associatedto the variation of NPL for the subsequent observation period. In addition, the sampleswere taken from public listed company in Indonesia stock exchange, in which the particulardata were imported from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD CD-ROM). The furtheranalysis was conducted by employing Pooled EGLS (Cross-section random effects). Ourresults reflected that NPL was obviously driven by the volatility and fluctuation of micro andmacroeconomic factors. The factors comprise of loan to deposit ratio (LDR), capital adequacyratio (CAR), net interest margin (NIM), inflation (INF), interest rate (IR), and exchangerate (ER) consecutively contributed to the variation of non performing loan (NPL)in Indonesian banking sector.

Abstract

The study aims to determine: (1) the number of open access resources for research data management publications indexed by Scopus, including the year of publication, source of publication, authors, institutions, countries, types of documents and funding agencies; (2) mapping research data management based on keywords. The results of the study showed that the number of open access resources for research data management publications has started since 1981 and the number has continued to increase starting in 2014 and the highest number occurred in 2019, namely 49 publications. The most publicized journals that open access to research data management was the Data Science Journal, which was 11 publications. The most productive author of conducting research data management publications was Cox, A.M. and Pinfield, S. The largest institutions contributing to the publication of open access research data management were the University of Toronto and New York University. The countries that contributed the most were the United States with 50 publications, then China with 38 publications. The most open access research data management in the form of articles as many as 107 and 37 conference paper publications. The institutions that provided the most funding sponsors were the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft and the National Science Foundation. The results of keyword mapping with VOSViewer showed that big data, research data management, information management, data management, medical research topics, software, information processing, and metadata were the most researched topics.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the welfare level of Sunday market traders in Bengkulu city as seen from the level of family finances, health quality, religiosity level and education level. This research uses a descriptive approach with the Spearman Rank correlation test method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation and questionnaire, through cluster purposive sampling method as many as 150 samples. The purpose of this research is to find out how the level of welfare of the trader's family and also the relationship between variables. The results show that the level of family finances, the quality of health, the level of religiosity and the level of education are interrelated with the level of welfare with a fairly positive coefficient. The relationship between the level of family finances and the level of welfare is 0.080 with a very low category. The relationship between the quality of health and the level of welfare is 0.270 with a low category, the level of religiosity with the level of welfare is 0.338 with a low category, while the quality of education with the level of welfare is 0.412 with a medium category.

Abstract

Kualitas air bersih merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga kesehatan dan kenyamanan masyarakat, terutama di fasilitas umum seperti masjid yang berfungsi sebagai pusat aktivitas keagamaan dan sosial. Masjid Al Mushlih di RW 07, Desa Wargaluyu, Kecamatan Arjasari, Kabupaten Bandung, menghadapi masalah serius terkait kualitas air yang sering tercemar oleh berbagai zat berbahaya, termasuk bakteri patogen dan bahan kimia. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas air di masjid tersebut melalui implementasi sistem filter air yang dirancang khusus untuk kondisi lokal. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pengurus masjid, serta analisis laboratorium terhadap sampel air sebelum dan sesudah penerapan filter. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa sistem filter air yang diterapkan berhasil secara signifikan mengurangi kontaminan dalam air, meningkatkan kejernihan, dan memastikan bahwa air yang digunakan untuk keperluan ibadah dan kegiatan lainnya memenuhi standar kesehatan yang berlaku. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang dapat diterapkan di masjid lain dengan kondisi serupa, serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya akses terhadap air bersih yang aman dan berkualitas.

Abstract

Investment has long been common among Indonesians, with gold traditionally favored. Recently, younger generations have begun diversifying into capital market instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, and Indonesian government bonds (ORI). While these options offer higher return potential, they also carry greater risk. Retail investors often face obstacles such as limited capital, time constraints, and lack of accessible information, which can hinder optimal investment decisions. This study compares the returns of stocks, mutual funds, and ORI from February 22, 2021, to February 15, 2024. A modified present value formula is used to evaluate each investment, incorporating all cash flows coupon payments, cash dividends, and stock dividends throughout the investment period. This approach addresses a common gap in investment prospectuses, where present value considerations are frequently omitted by investment managers, leading to less accurate return assessments. Findings show that, on average, stocks deliver the highest returns, followed by ORI, with mutual funds yielding the lowest. These results provide practical insights for retail investors aiming to make more informed decisions based on return potential adjusted for the timing of payments.

Abstract

In today's modern era, the interpretation of the Qur'an has undergone a significant development. Many branches of science are used by Islamic scholars to express the meanings contained in the Qur'an. On the other hand, scholars outside Islam are also interested in interpreting the Qur'an as a guide to science and human life. These orientalist scholars expressed much of their thoughts in understanding the Qur'an. In this paper will be discussed the interpretation of the Qur'an written by Edip Yuksel and friends, in his work entitled "Quran: a Reformist Translation" Yuksel offers a new method of understanding the Qur'an which is considered a new form of reading of the Qur'an that is different from the interpretations of previous Islamic scholars.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi mendalam tentang integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMPN 5 Gerung, serta untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat proses implementasinya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman fenomena dalam konteks yang lebih dalam. Subjek yang diteliti meliputi guru matematika, kepala sekolah, dan siswa yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajaran. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui tiga teknik utama: observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci, dan telaah dokumen yang mencakup perangkat pembelajaran serta dokumen sekolah. Seluruh data yang berhasil dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuannya adalah untuk menghasilkan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai praktik integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran matematika.
